Emanuel did a great job. He showed me all of the features or the vehicle I was interested in. He stayed late on a Friday night to help ensure I could take the car home that day. He even answered a few questions I had after I purchased the car. Everyone was friendly and no pressure.Great people and experience.

With my first purchase at Woody, I have to say I am quite pleased with the experience. I walked into the showroom and was immediately greeted by Jarvis Jackson and expressed my interest in a used car on the lot. We were shown right to the car, and he walked around the car with us answering all our questions. Just like that, we were ready for a test drive and quickly got on our way. We fell in love with the car and after some discussions decided it was the right one for us. The finance process was quick and painless, and we were out in record time. Everything went better than expected until we got home, and that is where the story took a turn. The car started but had a very rough idle, nothing like it was doing on our test drive and this was 10 minutes after we left. Called Jarvis up, and he said they would take a look at it the next day. Let's just say that Jarvis helped us out tremendously as they took care of the issues with no questions asked. This was an awesome experience, and I would recommend talking to Jarvis if you are looking for an easy, no pressure purchase!

We just purchased a 2024 Buick Enclave at Woody. Our sales rep was Jarvis Jackson. He did an outstanding job of answering all of our questions and finding solutions to our needs. We were very pleased with Jarvis and decided to buy our vehicle. Then Deb the finance Mgr was very helpful and thorough in her explanation of the closing process. The entire process was very well done and comfortable for us. We highly recommend Jarvis and Woody Buick to handle any purchases of vehicles.

My experience With Woody of Gurnee. Was exceptional. They really worked with me and sent me out In the vehicle I loved. And Miss. Rivera my sales person was Great and very professional. And did everything she could to help and assist to what I wanted, also she listened without being Pushy for a sale. But genuine to see what I was looking for. And Jeremy was great and really worked on his end as well to make sure I drive out in a Great vehicle I Loved.I would recommend People to go there and hook up with Miss. Rivera and Jeremy. We had a wonderful experience here! Jarvis greeted us at the door when we arrived and showed us the cars we were interested in. Her was very friendly, knowledgable and extremely polite the entire process. We never felt pressured to buy a car, I truly felt like he wanted to make sure we were getting the right car for our family. I wanted to try parking and see the turning radius. Jarvis took us to a big lot so I could try everything I wanted.We found our perfect car and bought it! There wasn t a lot of back & forth negotiating, everything was great!I highly recommend this dealership. They are honest, priced competitively and great to work with. Ask for Jarvis if you come!

I stopped into Woody s this week while traveling from Kentucky on business after randomly surfing the web one night in my hotel and seeing the awesome deals they were offering. I am so excited to say: my trip was totally worth it!!! Nick Smoot was great at making sure I got the deal I wanted on the car I wanted. He was patient and so thorough while showing me all of the tech and updates on the car I was purchasing. He maximized my time there by taking care of connecting me to all the features while the bank was working on my loan.When taken to the back to discuss financing and warranties, the girl was so sweet and personable. I so appreciate the time and effort the team at Woody took to ensure I had an experience that was well worth it. I m now the happy owner of a new 2024 GMC Terrain, and it is GORGEOUS!

I worked with Jarvis this weekend with getting my daughter a new car and I must say the experience was great. He made sure to answer all of our questions during and even after the sale. Thanks again Jarvis. Although Woody car dealer didn't offer or have any snacks , Jarvis was willing to go get us some just to make sure our visit and experience of buying a car was great. Now, that's an above and beyond type customer service.

Overall we are very satisfied with our experience. We bought a new car for a great price ( with a big discount). Our interest was as low as it gets. Sales person -Jeremy was really knowledgeable, and he knew how to move through the process with ease. The lady handling finances was great as well. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Went 10/30/23 and was assisted by Jeremy the car salesperson. I initially was looking around for this certain trim and color of a 2024 buick envista. I did financing online beforehand and was followed up by Alex the sales manager. He informed me about a promotion that was going til the end of the month. I drove about 30+ miles for this certain car. Upon arriving the car was front and center when I pulled up, Alex had the car ready and Jeremy was ready to take me on the test drive. Jeremy was a great person to drive with, gave me the time to feel the car out at my own pace. Loved the car so went to the financing office. I was helped by Kevin who is such a character!! Im very pleased i went with Woody Buick GMC of Gurnee. Will definitely recommend this dealership and the staff. Very pleased and the whole process was painless. THANK YOU Jeremy, Alex, and Kevin!!!!

Aside from the month long wait of back order parts needed, great service experience. The repair service for my vehicle was fast, less than a week. Our sales person Jarvis took time to find us the truck that fit our needs but wasn't more than we could afford. We appreciate his patience with us. And he never tried to strong arm us into a decision or into something we couldn't afford or feel comfortable with. I recommend Jarvis for anyone in need of a new vehicle.

Jeremy was absolutely amazing from start to finish! My husband and I were shopping for a new car and to say the least, Jeremy exceeded our expectations. Our experience at Woody Buick GMC of Gurnee was very positive. Genesis was knowledgeable and pleasant, a pleasure to work with. Jarvis and Kevin were also very helpful. The price was right and we are very happy with our vehicle. There is a "family" feeling at Woody and we feel we have made new friends. I definitely will go back and recommend them to others! I had an excellent experience working with Sam and Chris to invest in a new work Truck. They helped me to make sense out of my situation and get me into an incredible new truck at an unbeatable price! After having my car stolen and coverage denied by the insurance company I really did not know which way was the right way to go new or used. I stopped by to get information on the new 2024 GMC Sierra's 2500. I was set up with Jarvis. Jarvis was great. He pulled up the vehicle to me and showed me everything I needed know about the vehicle.
