Great service! Had an oil change appointment, in and out within 45 minutes. Enjoyed the comfortable waiting area. I was pleasantly surprised to walk out to see my Honda freshly washed. That was a very nice touch. Thank you.

I just purchased a new vehicle and had an issue with it a couple days later. Took the car into service without an appointment and was able to get help. Alan made sure I was taken care of and my issue. The part was on back order and Alan communicated with me regularly on the status. The issue has been fixed. Great service, Alan went above and beyond. Thanks!

We used to go to Libertyville/Pauly Honda, however after recent ownership changes it has gotten very expensive, disorganized and unreliable at best. When our van had a complicated issue we chose Muller Honda this time and I am so happy that we did! The entire service experience was absolutely wonderful, despite having an issue that that turned out to be more difficult then anticipated with many maintenance items needed at the same time. They were wonderful and walked us through the process with fair pricing. They helped us understand what was needed immediately and what we could make a plan to fix a little later this year. I was updated every day and felt I knew what was going on at all times. They came through for the quoted price, despite a couple unexpected parts that were needed. Shane was our main point of contact and had great communication about this entire process. We also worked with Mark on Shane's day off and he was also so informative and helpful.

I ve always heard horror stories about how my family/friends hate going to ge their car serviced. So naturally, I was always a bit hesitant whenever I took mine in. This is not a paid/ discounted service review for full disclaimer. Every time I take my car to the Miller Honda on Grand, the service is top tier. They make me feel like family and always ensure that I get the service I NEED, and not the service they need. 10/10!

Everyone in service dept is very polite and accommodating. My car was finished when they said it would be and I was notified by phone right away. Convenient location and easy to schedule appointments. I prefer not to use the schedule bot.

Shane was polite and diligent throughout the whole process. If the service ever needs a face to represent their team, it should be Shane. Hands down made this repair process the best I have had with any service department I have worked with.

Excellent customer service. Highly trained staff who accurately diagnose issues and promptly resolve issues the first time. I can always count on the Muller Honda service team for a pleasant experience for maintenance or repairs.

Thank you, Muller Honda of Gurnee! Shane, in the service department and Jos�, our service technician did a great job fixing the sliding door on my 2010 Honda Odyssey van. When I had to wait for a part to be ordered, the Service Manager, Marc Schwartz, explained what was needed and loaned me one of their brand-new loaner vehicles until my van could be repaired. Friendly service! I'll be back!

Fast & efficient. Shop running on time. Courteous advisors. Easy checkout. Car returned clean. Only recommendation is lower price or have coupon that doesn't expire for people who have bought multiple cars from them.

Nice, friendly service. Honest about what repairs are really needed on your car. I took away 1 star because they need to improve the customer lounge area. It was dirty and not enough comfy chairs for everyone waiting.

Great visit! I was able to bring my car for an oil change and tire rotation on the same day I made an appointment! Love that they now send the inspection results and service recommendations thru your text. Alan was very courteous and polite.

Service Adviser, Shane Wiker was very helpful when my Honda CRV was being serviced during the cold and snowing period in January. He made sure the loaner provided to me was clear of snow and ice before I left the dealership. My car was also cleared of snow and ice when it was ready to be picked up.

I've always gotten great service at a reasonable price at Muller Honda. At my recent appointment for an oil change and multipoint inspection, Jose was very helpful in explaining the maintenance recommendations clearly with transparent pricing and frequent updates.

Service was good. But I asked for new wiper blades and he said they would install new blades. They didn t install new blades. The good news they didn t charge me either. So I will get blades somewhere else. Other than that service was good.

I started going to Muller Honda of Gurnee when it was Rosen Honda. That's how long. I have always had the best experience there. The service department is awesome. I would never go to any other. I'm one really happy Honda owner. Jason is my service guy. He is the best.

Stopped in to have a rock shield put on my new Honda cr-v hybrid Everyone was awesome. All very welcoming. From parts to auto shop and Edna in the office! She was awesome, took time to explain how to work most of the buttons on the dash. I didn't even buy the Honda there but it didn't matter. She answered all my questions and was very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. Even gave me her number if I had any more questions.. I have been taking my car to this Hoda dealer for 24 years now and they have alway taken good care of me. They have done pretty well with servicing my car and fixing problems (accept for the push button starter for the year of my veh). Honda can't seem to figure out a permanent fix to this issue that is countey wide. Also the men's restroom has not been cleaned since who knows when, so I make sure I don't need to use it when I bring my car in.But again, the guys in the service dept have always been great. If it wasn't for them, mostly Jason, Alan have taken care of me, I probably would not return. If you can't even clean the restrooms, what does that say about how you see your customers?Thank you Jason and Alan for always being a great help over the years!

Working with Alan L. is always great. As with Shane also. They are what starts the service call on the right foot. Have not had any problems with the services performed over the past few years. It was disappointing to find out you are no longer applying the oil change reminder stickers.

Overall great customer service at this location and I plan to continue using their services. Both David Krochmal in sales and Alan Lauritzen in service have been a pleasure to work with. I needed to get my car serviced before my long trip and I forgot to schedule an appointment. I reached out to them and they told me to bring my car in and they'd make sure to get it serviced.Thanks Muller Honda!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Transmission replacement, Oil change
