We recently purchased a 2023 Honda Accord Touring from Muller Honda and we had a great buying experience. Rob Myers and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our buying experience great. They were very helpful, and they made the process very easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.Here are some of the things I liked about my experience:The staff was very knowledgeable about the cars they were selling.They were not pushy at all, and they let me take my time making a decision.They were able to get me a great deal on the car I wanted.The financing process was very easy and straightforward.Overall, we had a great experience at this dealership and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new car.If you are looking for a car dealership that will provide you with a great experience, We highly recommend Rob and the rest of the staff at Muller Honda of Gurnee.

Purchased a CR-V Hybrid Sport L and recieved excellent service from my salesman Sumrit Bahkti. Each Member of the team, Sumrit, Andrew, Ivan, Edna and Josh answered all my questions thoroughly and impressed me with how well they knew the vehicle. I had been to one other Honda dealership, but came back to Muller because they had the inventory, and really knew details about the car that the other dealership did not. I got the EXACT car I wanted. Highly recommended!

The absolute best experience for buying a new car!! Matt and Edna were fabulous. They made you feel very relaxed and shared all their knowledge with us. There was absolutely no pressure during the entire process!! What a pleasant day it was. Also, a big thank you to Edna for all the time she took to teach me all about the car. What a wonderful caring person she is!! I know it is her job, but she goes above and beyond. Thank you to Matt for treating us so well and taking his time to get us the best deal on our new car. I know he works in the used car section, but if you want a patient and knowledgeable person, ask for Matt!! Way to go, Muller Honda of Gurnee.

Came from the city to purchase my 24 Civic Si in the color I wanted - these cars are difficult to come by and even harder to find at MSRP. I worked with Tom who kept me informed throughout the process from factory to delivery. I was in and out in a little over an hour, and was not charged over MSRP.Highly recommend for any Honda buyers-one of the better dealers in the Chicago area!

I bought a car yesterday from Muller Honda of Gurnee and I'm so glad I chose to do business with them. They had the perfect car for me and honored the Costco buying price. They gave me an excellent deal, which is unheard of in the current market conditions. Gracie was fantastic and made the buying process simple and straightforward. Josh, the finance manager, was equally impressive and transparent. I highly recommend going to Muller Honda of Gurnee if you are looking to get into a Honda. They are exceptional.

My husband and I and our daughter went in to look at new cars. We had a prior plan through Honda and knew that we wanted to go that route again. We went in and looked around, I had already looked online, so I had an idea of what I wanted. Everyone was very helpful, Peter our salesperson was great. He walked us through our options and helped us get approved for a 2024 Honda Civic Sport Boost. Edna explained everything about the car to us and answered any questions we had. We left with our new car and we could not have been happier with the experience.

Even though Muller knew this car was going to be sold, I that I probably wouldn't be a customer of their in the future they we still great!I had a120K service done to my 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid. They were through and saved me money by letting me know that the engine and interior filter didn't need to be changed, while they found that my brake fluid was dirty and needed to changed.Overall, the expected price using a 10% off service and parts was spot on.I will recommend them to the people that I am selling the car, not only because they were efficient, cost effective, and a pleasure to work with, but their closes competitor, D. Wells, couldn't come close to them in service pricing!Thank you Muller, Great Job Alan and Adam and everyone else at Muller!

This was the best new car buying experience I ve ever had!! Ivan Navarro, my sales person, was so great to work with! He made the whole experience so enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a new Honda to check out Muller Honda. Their prices were lower than any other Honda dealership I contacted, no extra add-on fees that other places were wanting to charge me. Ask for Ivan Navarro ..he s the BEST!!

I have purchased two lease vehicles at Muller Honda of Gurnee. My wife now owns a 2022 Honda CR-V Touring from them as well. I highly recommend them as a friendly dealership. I am now the proud owner of a 3rd leased Honda Accord Hybrid from Muller. I worked with Ivan Navarro, who ordered the vehicle of my dreams and finished up the lease agreement yesterday. I couldn't be more thrilled with the team and Ivan and we are Honda vehicle owners for life.

This is not actually my dealership. It's the one my mother goes to, which is way more important to me. Mom's been using this dealership for maintenance on her car for years. Sometimes she goes by herself. Sometimes I'm with her. They have never failed to be honest with her. Not once. Not that I've been able to tell. With all the worries there are with unscrupulous people taking advantage of the elderly, I'm so very grateful that mom has a mechanic she can trust. Thank you, Muller Honda, for your honesty and great work.

My experience with Mueller Honda was exceptional and I owe it all to Michelle and Edna. From my first conversation with Michelle to the arrival of my vehicle the process was so easy. Michelle was available to address all my concerns if and when I had them. The purchase of the vehicle was seamless and the car arrived in the timeframe I was given. Edna was awesome as well; she really knows her products and the tutorial regarding the car's workings was great; I walked away knowing what all buttons were and how to operate them. Mueller is a better dealership for having these wonderful people working there.

We bought our new vehicle using the Costco Auto Program. Costco sent us to Muller Honda. The salesman David K. was in touch with us the right amount, not too much, not too little. He responded to, and answered, all of my questions in a reasonable amount of time. I usually hate buying vehicles, but the combination of Costco and Muller made the process easy and as pleasurable as possible. I would recommend the combination of Costco and Muller.

Exceptional sales and financing support at every step of the way. This is our second purchase at Muller. Very patient, kind, and respectful professional. No pressure. And also the car is great. One of my most important considerations in buying a new car is the potential for establishing a long-term relationship of trust with the service department, a relationship also built on patience, kindness, and respect, professionalism. I especially want to know that my family members are treated as well after purchase as before. That relationship is an essential part of the ownership experience. Our experience with Muller so far has like that. Thank you.

I called to ask for help with my 2008 Honda Accord V6. I spoke to the service advisor Allan who would not give me any advice except sell me a $165 diagnostic fee. I explained that I had taken it to another dealer and was just looking for advice from a Honda dealer, I was told that this advisor had been there 20+ years. I asked if he knew if knew of my parents. He said he did not. I explained the sentimental value of this vehicle. See I had lost my mom, dad and brother (mom and brother 6 weeks apart) and that maybe you had known them. I had told Allan how important this vehicle was, how it even still smells like my mom. He didn't care. He then said well if you took it to them and they did not fix the issue are you sure you should take it back to them? I said yes absolutely. He then proceeded to tell me you know we can block parts from going out from the dealership for this vehicle. At that point I had enough and asked to speak to the service manager who did explain what possibly could be wrong. But, I called the parts manager to let him know what Allan had said. I got 3 phone calls until I answered my phone telling me if I that I needed to leave it alone and not report this to the GM.This story gets better, back in 2018 they took advantage of my father with Alzheimer's Disease. He had bought a brand new Accord the year prior. He came in for an oil change and they talked him in to rolling over his loan into a new Accord making his payments $900 in 2018!!! He was very evident of showing signs of having Alzheimer's Disease.This Dealership is HORRIBLE!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANY AND ALL PEOPLE GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

Overall the dealership was ok, Miriam was very nice and respectful however negotiations were minimal. When I called the dealership to ask if they can remove tints that were already on the car prior to purchase, I was told to go elsewhere due to "not having proper equipment". The tints were too dark on the used vehicle, which could pose a danger to myself and others when it is dark outside. The tint level on the windows of all four doors was most likely 5% transparency (legal level is 35%). The rear window might have been the same but was slightly more transparent, regardless still dangerous. I wish the dealership could test out the window tints to make sure it is not only legal but safe to drive with.

Went to Muller Honda on the recommendation of a friend for my son to get a car when he was in a bind. Had a wonderful experience with Edna and Leesa and Ryan in finance and since I was in the market for a car myself, I went back to them.Edna and Leesa took care of me as well, answered all questions and explained things clearly, they were just a pleasure. This time I met Josh in finance and he was equally as kind as the other members of the team. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle.

Recently bought a used honda. Sumrit the salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me through the process, explained the many options and features of the vehicle.Any questions I had were answered without reference to anything else. Bernie, the finance manager was equally knowledgeable and efficient in his explanations. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a vehicle, new or used.
