It was very nice meeting the new service manager, Antim. He made me feel comfortable when going over recommended services and got me in and out in an hour. They even washed and vacuumed it. Will definitely be back!!

Great customer service! I have heard many bad things in the past but I gave the new management another shot and they blow it out of the park! Service team took great care of me and were awesome with price. It is safe to say all my cars are coming here for any service needs. Great job Antim new service manager, Amy, and Precious!

My AC wasn t working and I brought it in for a recharge. A few days after the recharge, it stopped again. The service team was able to diagnose that it was a leak and quickly were able to replace the broken parts. They even gave me a free rental car while the repairs were being made. Thank you for such great service!

Antim provided excellent service. You can tell that s he s present with every customer he s dealing with. Automotive is in his blood, and he s the one person that will always make you smarter about your vehicle and explain what services and maintenance s are needed and why also resolved them completely and in a timely manner. Will be coming back in the future.

Antim and his crew are absolutely top notch! I brought my wife s car in for a sweeping noise. Not only did they want to test drive with me to verify the noise, they really put my mind at ease to know it was nothing serious. They had me fixed up and out in no time! Super professional and really attentive of my time!! Thank you. I will definitely be telling all my friends!

I had front suspension repairs done to my Jetta at a different V.W But somehow I still felt the problem was still present.After arguing with the Service Manager about it, I decided I would bring my vehicle to Gurnee Volkswagen I spoke with the Antim the Service Manager and I explained to him my ongoing issues. He was Very UNDERSTANDING and POLITE, and above all he he was Honest. he was able to address my issues and concerns, I ve now scheduled an appointmentWith them and from now on I will bring my business to them!

I want to make sure everyone knows to visit Gurnee Volkswagens service center. The service here is absolutely amazing and their Service Manager Antim is the reason I am coming back again and again. Not only am I going to continue bringing my Jetta here but I am going to bring my wife s car and tell my friends to start coming here. Amazing job guys.

Had an issue with my car and had no appointment. I was told it maybe sometime to look at it. I agreed and within a hour it was already looked at and the problem was provided to me by a tech video. I was blown away by the customer service and how fast they were able to help me even without an appointment and the video was on point.

I have been buying cars since I was nineteen.I am npw 63yrs of age; I never had such worst service in my life. I'm a veteran and work hard everyday. I bought a car from this place that had an issue when I got it. Was promised that it would be taken care of with no issue. But when they found out what it would cost thier whole conversion changed from being helpful to giving Me some compensation with me holding the bag for the rest.i shouldn't have to have had to come out of pocket for anything that was pre-existent when I bought the vehicle. Never the less I will never do business with them again nor give any good references either. I work hard for my money and didn't appreciate the service I received from these people at all.i also told them not to send me any surveys because it wouldn't be flattering at all.

Service center hours are inaccurate. The service center says it is open until 6pm on Saturday, but everyone except the cashier leaves by 3pm. Needs to be fixed.

This place either changed their management or after 50K in miles it is back to snake oil vibes we all know so well in dealerships. Today I was told to look into car phone mic connection issue on a 2021 Atlas 170 dollars was first required to diagnose the prob- so they can know if a warranty can cover it. I was curious about conditions under the repair is not coveredand this is what prompted this long review - "it can be damage like we just thad on a 2024 Atlas that got chewed up by rats" . Well no rats in my garage for sure. After a quick Google search I learned that this is a common issue. I hope the vibe is better the next time or time tor I will dind less snakey and insulting kind of place. There was more off putting stuff but this was top of tier rude. The porters were nice.
