I've only had good experiences with the parts department. Charles was very kind and knowledgeable during my visit and helped me find parts for my vehicle. Also, I had a couple questions and he gave me some advice about the instalation that made the process a bit easier.

Chuck is an amazing parts manager! He knew everything I needed for my vehicle. Let s face it, cars are not my area of expertise. I appreciate all his knowledge and getting my car up to date on all the regular maintenance. Thank you Chuck!

I recently needed parts for my Volkswagen GTI transmission and spoke with Charles in the Gurnee VW parts department. He was very informative and helped answer my questions and provided the necessary parts. I highly recommend Charles and his staff for any VW DIY parts.

I cannot say enough how helpful and friendly the Manager Charles West was at the parts department. Very informative with parts knowledge and has years of experience in Volkswagen. I highly recommend visiting Charles at Gurnee VW Parts Department for your Volkswagen parts needs!

I had recently lost my spare key and needed an estimate price on how much a new key was going to cost. The parts department was able to help me order a new key and also helped me schedule an appointment to come back and get the key programmed! I can t thank them enough for the smooth process I had visiting them.
