I came in with 2 toddlers and Alonso was absolutely amazing with assisting us! He moved car seats before I could even think about it, kept the kids happy, extremely patient with the three of us, and incredibly knowledgeable. He left no questions unanswered and is readily available even after purchase. He truly went above and beyond to make this process as seamless as possible. My kids woke up the next morning asking to go back! After the purchase I went home feeling like I got a great deal and happy with my new car. Highly recommend.

My family and I have had the best experience at Gurnee Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. It started last Summer when my wife purchased a Jeep Wrangler 4xe from the dealership for our daughter s 16th birthday. She said it was the easiest and one of the best car purchasing experiences she s ever had and we normally drive Audi and Range Rovers both known for good service. My first experience with this dealership was not actually a car purchase. This winter I was driving the Jeep Wrangler and on two separate occasions I had flat tires due to screws in the roadway. Their service department is second to none. They got me in for repairs despite the first time being almost near closing time and the other time during the daytime in half an hour getting me back to work in time.Two days ago, following a disappointing experience at a Toyota dealership In Waukegan, I drove to the Gurnee dealership to test drive a Jeep Gladiator. I could ve easily gone to the car dealership where I leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from years ago, but I chose Gurnee because of the service experience in the past. Do you want to know what ultimately sold the vehicle? It was their sales staff. The second I walked in the door they were polite, warm and friendly. My sales consultant Steve Hibbing treated me more like a guest in his home than a customer looking for a new truck.I knew the truck was going to drive amazing - Jeeps are exactly that. Steve answered every question and anything he did not have an answer for, he told me he would look up versus guessing. Steve took the time to walk me through every step of the paperwork and made the financing process easy to understand. He presented every available option, did not rush the sale, did not pressure me into a decision and made sure every question I could think of was answered. I was so impressed with him I even had him handle the purchase of my Jeep Grand Cherokee as its lease term was over, while I was there. On a side note the service tech who handled my tire repairs months before, saw me on the sales floor, said hi and made sure everything was going well still with the Jeep Wrangler!!Just as polite and professional was Nick who handled all the financing and business end of the paperwork for me. He went through every single document, and made sure I understand everything I was signing for both vehicles.After all the paperwork was done Steve took the time to explain every button in the truck and the accessories. Afterwards, I drove the vehicle I drove to the dealership with back home, while Steve followed me home in my new Jeep Gladiator (and another dealership employee followed also to drive him back) since I lived in town. Now that is service!!!! Since then, I ve received numerous texts and emails from Steve asking how I liked my truck and if I had any questions.I cannot say enough about this car dealership. This is exactly where I will go and refer people to for not only a great product but great people.Thank you to Steve and everyone at Gurnee Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram!!!!*** UPDATE *** I love this car dealership and I'll recommend them to anyone. So the Jeep Wrangler is going to my soon to be 21 year old who will be taking it back to college with him this weekend. I scheduled an appointment (it took five minutes) over the phone and the next day (Thursday) I went to the dealership for an oil change. The dealership teaches customer service to everyone that works for them. They were not only very nice and courteous to me, they were like that with the two customers waiting in the room before me. The service advisors updated them both with the status of their service and communication is one of their strongest strengths. There's plenty of car dealerships out there but there's not many like this one. Want a Jeep, Chrysler or Dodge? Come here. You will not be disappointed.

We had previously brought our Jeep Commander in for service and had a good experience so when we wanted to buy a new vehicle, it seemed the obvious place to begin. James Osorio was our sales person and he was excellent. Super knowledgeable and friendly, he truly made our purchase very easy. We are absolutely in love with our new 2023 Dodge Challenger.

Had appointment for an oil change which took about two hours. The technician spilled oil on frame and exhaust never cleaned up so now I have an oil stain on my driveway and my truck smells like burnt oil. Cant tell if I m leaking oil or if it s because the technician didn t clean up the spill. Hope I don t have to bring it to another shop to get it fixed correctly.Update Norberto and his crew quickly took care of the issue and even sent someone out to scrub the driveway. Thanks to all who went above and beyond for helping to correct this issue.

I went in already knowing what I wanted just needed help actually getting it done. The sales rep Santi and the finance guy Alex were amazing in walking me through the whole process and answering all questions I had. I did have to go back to get something fixed but they made sure everything got taken care off and the service dept. Danny was very nice and helpful. Overall every-time I ve gone in I feel very welcomed and they already communicated with each other I m coming in so it s made every visits very smooth. I also appreciate they do follow up calls after a service to make sure everything is up to standards. I would ve definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in switching up their current car.

Very professional and courteous service from EVERYONE I encountered on the service team. Fraz was professional and kept great communication with updates on the progress of my vehicle. Other service team members were just as courteous when I picked up my vehicle. Both porters were amazing especially Joe who made my drive in as comfortable as possible. I very much appreciated the shuttle service! I will be returning here for all services big and small!

One of the fewest dealerships that were actually honest, friendly, and we were able to make a deal and purchase a vehicle within our budget. Our sales guy Steven went above and beyond when dealing with us and wasn t pushy at all. We would definitely be back to purchase another vehicle as well as recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Wonderful experience! Easiest car purchase ever! Dean the sales Manager was honest and not pushy. He was available on the spot to evaluate my trade the day I called. Dean set me up with sales representative Amir which was great. Amir was friendly and efficient during the process. He was also very patient with me and was able to answer all of my questions. I also spoke with Angel on one of the occasions I stopped in to look at the vehicle he was also very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the way buying a new car was made easy at this dealership. The finance process was a breeze too and I m so glad I purchased this car at this dealership.

I had recently bought a new Dodge Durango from here. I had a great experience. If you ever wish to purchase a new vehicle, stop in to see Alonzo. He's easy to deal with, won't pressure you into anything and does his job very well. I will be back to purchase another vehicle soon because of him. Go see him. You will not regret it. I recently had brought it in for repairs on things discussed prior to purchase. They gave me no hassle and fixed everything in a timely manor. Once again, highly recommend them to anyone.

I had the pleasure of have Mr.Douglas as my service advisor. He was great. He made sure to keep checking on me while I was waiting for my car to get fixed offering me beverages and making sure it wasn t anything else I needed help with. Very respectful and caring. Also after the car was finished instead of just giving me my keys and having me leave, he showed/ teached me new ways to keep my car in great shape. I am grateful that I was given the opportunity to have him as my advisor. I would recommend him to everyone that is in the Gurnee area and needs any help with a dodge/jeep/or Chrysler. Also I would like to say thank you Mr.Douglas for your help and for treating me like family.

Angel was the salesman that helped me and although I had no idea of what to do or ask he really explained everything and took time to make sure I understood everything as we were going through the process. I recommend this location and angel to anyone looking to buy a car regardless if it s the first time you buy a car or if you are an expert!

I was very impressed with the service provided by this dealership. I called last minute to try and get in to multiple dealers, including the one I always go to and no one had openings.This dealer is 20-30 minutes out of my way but when I called, Danny told me no problem and to bring it in the next day. They had my oil changed in about an hour , they exact amount of time they told me, and never once tried to sell me any additional services I didn t need. They also gave me a $25 coupon on that service AND a $25 gift card for my next visit. I will sure be taking to trip to this dealership next time.

I have been buying my vehicles from gurnee dodge for over 12 years. I bought my first truck here at 18. Recently we have purchased 2 jeeps and a new truck and the experience has always been easy. The staff is extremely easy to work with and go above and beyond to make us happy and comfortable with our purchases. Needles to say when I m ready to trade in any of my vehicles in the future this is where I will be going

I had a pleasant experience with the service department. My 2020 Ram power running boards were shot. Norberto was able to get a warranty claim processed and I was able to get my new motors installed. They re working great as new. Norberto was very communicative and did his best to get the warranty to cover my parts. The only downfall was that I had to figure out my way to and from work as they didn t have any loaners to give out. Besides that, the whole experience was great! I ll definitely be back to get more service done to my 2020 Ram Laramie Longhorn.

Sincerely wish that a rating of zero was an option because that is what I would rate this dealership.I am almost 60 years old and have bought over 30 vehicles both new and used over my lifetime. I have never worked with such an incompetent dealership that lies and has zero commitment to their customers! Customer service at this dealership is nonexistent.Back story: Looked at the website found a new jeep that fit what I was looking for and called the dealership. Asked questions about the vehicle and advised that I would call back if I decided to drive an hour to look at it. Called back told them I was heading their way and asked them to pull it up front. Did also confirm it was still available and was told it indeed was. Arrived at the dealership and was told that vehicle was totaled 3 days prior. Was this a huge misrepresentation / bait and switch? Certainly, feels like it.I did end up buying a new vehicle. It is now over 2 months since the purchase and still no title or plates. Upon contacting Austin, the assistant GM at the dealership without any research he blamed the delay on the state of WI saying that they are backed up. I contacted the state of WI to find out the dealership has never sent in the vehicle paperwork.Dealers in the state of IL have 20 days to get the paperwork sent or they are in violation. Sadly, upon calling the dealership back and sharing the paperwork was never sent in there was not even so much as an apology. Could have cared less. It s been, lies, excuse after excuse and the un around. The current temporary plate expires in 3 weeks and the dealership told me I needed to call the state of IL to extend it. I asked for their help as their customer and the GM Alex told me no. I asked for the owner of the dealerships contact information and was told no. Asked that he have the owner call me and of course no call back. I will never be back, nor would I recommend this dealership to my worst enemy!Please think twice before visiting this dealership as I assumed this was a very reputable dealership that sadly turned out to a huge disappointment and time consumption to have to chase down what I paid them to do. Buyer beware!

My daughter purchased a 2022 Dodge Challenger which was later determined to have a serious exhaust issue.Upon contacting the dealership about this issue, I was assured this matter would be immediately resolved to my satisfaction.The individual I spoke with was Dean Maricela s.True to his word, Dean went out of his way to make certain the necessary repairs were made to my daughter s vehicle.Throughout the entire process Dean displayed a professional demeanor which instilled our confidence all repairs would be made to our satisfaction.

Alonso was the car salesman I dealt with and it was the easiest experience I ve had with a car salesman. I sat down told him what I was looking where my price range was. He was quick to give me all of the information and an out the door price. There wasn t any back and forth or need to haggle. I Would strongly recommend Alonso to family and friends in the future.

I called to set up a recall with service. Got told to come in to have them chevk to make sure it's needed than they will order the parts. Went there to than get told. We don't do that here. We will not look at your car and we will have yo order the part than call you to set up a day... I had gotten a sitter for my kid today which was a waste of money because of this...Than I get home and get a text that says sorry we can't order your part...I had bought 3 cars from here in the past... couldnt remember when i stopped using them. Than this happened and it all came back to me...They broke one of my prior trucks mirrors the day i bought it didnt say anything. Than when i brought it up they said. Oh... my bad we will get that part.... it took almost 6 months for them to fix it...im litterly never going back here and telling everyone to stay away.

Great experience from start to finish. Santiago and Austin were great to work with on the sales side. Mark helped guide me through finance and warranty options. During delivery of the vehicle, the windshield cracked. They had a plan in place and executed that plan right away.

Had a check engine light on Sunday,checked Monday for appointments and was able to get in the next hour. Very helpful and informative employees, Norberto helped me and went over everything that they were going to do. Overall a great experience at the dealership service department.
