The fastest service ever! In twenty-five minutes we changed the oil, checked all fluid levels, topped up where necessary, checked the filters in the cabin and engine, vacuumed the interior, washed the windows! At any car dealership, you need to book an appointment in advance and wait a week or two, and they will do the same for you in an hour or two. Clean, fast, high quality! Save time, then hurry here! Five star plus 5 Highly recommend

I m really glad I skipped the dealership and went here. I was dreading taking my car in for an oil change. I thought it would take hours! The dealership took over 4 hours! Fastlane took only 15 minutes and they did an inspection and vacuumed my car. They went over what the inspection consisted of and the results. I m soo happy my friend recommended this place! Thank you, Bill!

I came back for my second oil change here because of the quick service, attention to detail, and excellent customer experience.I was greeted immediately by Sean, he set the expectation for what was to be done, how long it would take, and he had a very pleasant demeanor.After the service was completed, Sean explained all of the fluids that were topped off, inspection detail, and systems that were left alone because they were sealed.Included in the service was an interior vacuum and windshield cleaning.Upon getting into my car to leave, I was thanked by the owner for my business.I couldn t ask for a better experience!

Today is my first time here. My sister has been coming here for more than 20 years, and there's no question why. Super helpful, courteous, and everything -- even the bays -- are incredibly clean. Up-front prices. My fifth star is hard to get... Very well deserved.

My experience was very enjoyable, the young man who assisted me was polite, personable, quick, and efficient. At the end of the service he went over all the things they did and checked as well as what to keep on eye out for. The waiting room was clean snd comfortable.

As a personal mechanic that knows rip offs This isn't the case in this shop, They do quality work and make sure everything on your car is working correctly with their inspection which is completely free. Sean makes you feel at home & you don't feel any kind of negativity or betrayal from this tech. If I could give ten stars I would A++

Very professional and thorough service. This is the first oil change place that is honest and doesn t try to sell me anything I don t need. Transmission fluid, coolant, differential fluid, all good. Most places will try to sell you a fluid flush/change.I went in for an oil change, and got an oil change. They also clean your windows, and vacuum if you would like them to.

Very professional, but it will be your most expensive oit change. They charged me 50% more than the Lexus dealer, 80% more than my regular place. You will find out that your car needs a "special" oil filter and 5.2 qt of oil , not the usual 5 qt, and unfortunately, they will need to charge you extra for the special filter and the extra .2 qt. Understandably not busy, so it will be quick. there is no need to wait in line. I would recommend this place to anyone who can't wait and needs an ego boost by having the oil changed very professionally.

Morris and his team have helped maintain all my vehicles for years. They go above and beyond with there service letting me know about any upcoming maintenance that is needed. They also change my fuel filters on my diesel pick up the right way. I recommend them to everyone.

These guys were so efficient and professional. The facility is very clean and they work very hard to give the best service possible. The owner Morris went the extra mile to provide great customer service. He honestly made my day! While traveling through on the interstate a giant piece of plastic flew under our car and was making a bunch of noise. We went to the neighboring Midas and were told not to worry it would fall off or melt. Went to fastlane and the gentleman quickly looked under our car, told us it was wrapped around the driveshaft and removed all the plastic at no charge. So thankful for his kindness!

I'm giving them a one star, which is two more than they deserve! They quoted me $90 for a pair of wiper blades because "they're special OEM blades". I went down the street to Auto Zone, where I got my blades, fuel system cleaner, washer fluid AND rear brake pads for $100...and they installed the blades!

One star is one star too many!!! These guys chanced my engine oil that i drained out on the highway the next day because of bad oil filter installation, almost destroyed my engine there. At the same time they didn t tide screw on my rear differential oil level plug , so i was driving with dripping oil from there for three months until the differential got damaged! The old grumpy owner doesn t want to take responsibility for that. It will cost me over $3000 to fix my car. I don t recommend this place at all !!! Save your self a lot of trouble and find another place, there is plenty out there!!!

Cross-threaded drain plug required a new oil pan at Toyota and a day's wages--combined around $600. Fastlane was the last person to service my car prior to having it serviced at Toyota. Chris the manager told me on the phone that he discussed it with the Fastlane Gurnee's owner and said it could be Toyota's fault when they took the drain plug out so Fastlane would not pay for it. For the life of the car I have had Toyota do 95% of the oil changes and only took it to Fastlane because they were close by and I was in a hurry to get it changed. My mistake for sure!!!
