I had to double check the sign to make sure I was at a Loves and not a pilot. They made an announcement to pull forward after you fuel, this is pretty common. But normally drivers don't have to share only 2 squeegees between 7 pumps

Great for gas and restroom break as always! This is a smaller (by Loves standards) and dated located, but still was well-stocked and had friendly staff when we interacted with them.

Pulled off I70 and into Love's with light troubles.Such a great place to be. If I was meant to have issues that night, I'm happy to have had them there.Friendly, helpful, clean, safe.... all those things and then some. Thanks to all that was part of my experience there. I'll be back!

Of the major truck stops chains, Love's is the best. Usually clean, well-run, dog parks, & doesnt have all that ripoff "reserved" parking. This one is particularly good.. only negative, like all Loves, is the incessant loud ridiculous unnecessary loudspeaker announcements, telling a guy 17 times that his shower is ready. But hey, can't win em all..

Drivers , we pay for this ?We should go out cleaner not more dirty after taking shower.This is shame for Loves and they used to have one of the nicest and cleanest showers to enjoy. This is not right.

Cashier doesn t know simple math and cannot give proper change, when it is pointed out to her she shakes her head calls client honey and tries to say something that doesn t make any sense. Even using calculator doesn t help. Later when manager comes out after hearing details he shows absolutely no interest and gives proper change and says happy now !

#1 video when I enter #5 shower room and pretty nice room. #2 video - I m get in shower then turn hot water on and grab shower curtain closed then I notice curtain really SO DIRTY and VERY GROSS make me feel disgusting and sick because I am pregnant again so I m decided grab curtain off keep open as I won t see any dirty front of me. How I can to be complaints to against them for NEW CURTAINS in each shower rooms? Please help me out! Thank you!

Let me begin with the time we left Chester's Chicken at this location. We got back on the road at 6:50 PM tonight, 12/03/2023. I love the biscuits they make at Chester's Chicken, but tonight, this particular location brought up a question. So you mean to tell me that you stop making biscuits between 6:50pm till your closing time 10pm? Knowing that it is a busy gas station not only for regular customers but this is a busy truck stop too. And to top it all off? The 1 biscuit I got was very dry, crunchy, hard, and burned. The Chester's Chicken at the Sauget Love's location is way better than this 1. The people there have much better service.

One of my greatest irritants is not getting my fuel receipt at the pump!!!! Sometimes I go in to get my receipt and buy something else and forget to get the receipt that really p me off!! However inside I found the place, in the really early a.m,clean and pleasantly maintained by Nate. Diesel available at the auto pumps. Fuel prices comparable for the area

June 2022. Not well kept. There s a dog park. The dog park doesn t have the waste bags and the trash is overflowing just like some of the other trash cans outside. It s a bit dirty and not kept up. There s a hiring sign so I assume they are short staffed.

The young man that assisted us during the snowstorm was very helpful, respectful and genuinely compassionate. His name was Trevor, and I loved how he went above and beyond for us. What an asset to the company...

I was just in the store, diesel side and a heavy set short employee named Scott had to be the rudest most prejudiced employee I have ever met in my life. A couple of Hispanic gentlemen in front of me purchased a beer and something else, he was repeatedly laughing at them and mocking them for buying the devils water and asking them about partying tonight while ringing them up. And then in a sarcastic tone asked them repeatedly if they wanted tequila, even to the point of imitating drinking motions as if they couldn't understand him, and pointing in the direction outside, letting them know that they have tequila across the street for them. People like him are a large part of what is wrong with this country.

A good place to stop for fuel, food or just to take a break. Plenty of parking for everything from big rigs, to cars and separate RV spots too.Nice and clean bathrooms. Facility is brightly lit at night and appears well maintained. Fully stocked store, plus Subway and Cheaters Chicken. What more could you ask for?

The lady Anne is very rude to everyone who is not white. We don t expect racism from loves customer service. Loves should take it serious. She is directly refusing service and saying i don t care about anything

The cashier was pretty rude when I asked for a gas receipt. If they don't like printing receipts out inside. They probably should ensure the pumps have paper in them. I would have preferred not to walk inside for my receipt.

Nice Love's. Friendly staff that greeted me on the way in, and thanked me on the way out. Pump area is well maintained, and the washrooms were very clean at the time. Tire care center on site like almost every other Love's in the country. Place is surrounded by grass so it's a great place to walk your 4 legged co-driver.

hii this is pargat i came this loves store to change my flate tire the guy Bosten did wonderfull job . he was very polite and professional guy he done his job within 20 minutes. i will recommend everyone to visit this job for any damage these guys are truly professional

I have been to every Loves in the lower 48 and it is easy to see that this is the cleanest by far! Both restaurants are miles ahead of other locations in being clean and well taken care of. The staff is very friendly and a welcome site to others not taking their job seriously. This store deserves a commendation and a 5 star all day.

The bathrooms were okay. Not exactly clean but not nasty. I go to check out and I have my barcode pasted on my Home Screen so I don t have to get into the app every time I use my rewards and the blonde lady at the truck counter gives me attitude and says I can t do that and I have to show her the card in the app while giving me the nastiest tone. I ride with my husband so we have one rewards account between us so doing it this way has been easier and I haven t had an issue at any other loves but it seems this one is dead set on making your life more difficult and being rude as hell in the process. Not looking forward to coming back here and will actively try not to and I m not one to write reviews but this experience was overall awful.

Clean bathrooms, and they let my rambunctious toddler run without conplaint! Always a win for a mom. We got in and out of the parking lot pretty easily. I can't remember if it was easy to find the freeway again, though.

The store itself is good.The people working there were good.Most of the pricing is expensive. The antifreeze that I had to have for my vehicle was about twice as much that it should ve been.As well as the fact that you only carried 50/50.I needed car repair and even though they had a shop behind the store, they don t work on autos.It was a holiday weekend and I could not get a hold of customer service either on the website or anywhere else.I missed out on many points because I had to spend a lot of money when I was there.All because you deactivated my account.Explain to me how that is encouraging people to be your customer.That is not customer friendly.

I have never before left bad feedback.. Only a handful of times have I left good feedback robot a place that was exceptional.. But I feel compelled to leave feedback about. Chester chicken. At this loves... I was treated very poorly and With hostility by a girl named bath and her manager.. Apparently they were out of chicken and it would take fifteen to twenty minutes to catch up which I was fine with... I told her I would be OK with that and she became hostile. And actually took off her hat like she was ready to fight at which time her manager said he would handle it and became just as nasty.. There was no line And no excuse for being out of chicken... All I wanted was six legs and six thighs.. I told her I would wait and she become hostile. I ended up talking to. About her nasty attitude. And being combative and actually hostile.. He spoke with her apparently.. When I went back they had chicken and She refused to serve me and had a subway girl handle my order which stared at me in utter discontempt As if I had done something wrong. At which time she started to utter disrespectful comments unprovoked. A true class act... I tried to call love's customer service and gotten nowhere.. Beware drivers at this location . I am truly not a complainer. I have been doing this for 26 years and this is the 1st time. I have ever posted something like this.

Had a loose tie rod on my f350 stopped here to ask for help. Ran into a man named Josh who works at the shop. He was on break but said sure I'll help get you going.He got me going asap.Thank you man you have no idea.It's hard to find good help loves you guys have a winner with this guyThank you Josh you guys will get my business anytimeThank josh

Registers are directly inside the main entrance and there's no where for lines to form, so when you try to enter its a challenge to even enter the door staff wasn't very pleasant to help you find something or even ring up your purchases. Since we were traveling when we stopped here I wont have to return to the store. However of you do live in this area I'd suggest you take your business elsewhere as my experience was not a favorable one. I hope it was just a bad day for them but I don't think it was.
