They went above and beyond to help us out!From the moment I called (8:15am) to get their help, they were very attentive and took no time at all getting to my house to jump my battery. They explained what was wrong with my vehicle and then they took my car in themselves so I wouldn t have to bother with it. When finished with my vehicle, they contacted me and let me know it was done and that they had done a free inspection on my vehicle. They had some suggested services that needed to be addressed. At no point in time did I feel pressured to get these services done! It was explained very professionally to me that they should be done soon, but that they would work with me to get these scheduled in a way that it wouldn t break the bank either. They cared enough to let me know that if I scheduled these preventative maintenances on my vehicle in a staggered manner now, then they would always be staggered when having to do them again and that that is easier to manage. I think that s above and beyond! Usually shops are trying to get your money and on to the next! Never did I feel that way about these guys! I would gladly take my vehicles to them! I would also refer any of my family and friends to do the same! Actually, in all honesty, my mother-in-law is the one who referred us to them! Custom Wrenches is the spot to get great car care & great customer service too!

Absolutely fantastic service and wonderful group to work with. Very courteous and professional. They ve helped me through some serious car trouble and was always polite and explained everything they were doing and why. I also love the inspection aspect; it makes it feel more like car maintenance than repair at this point. After a summer of car nightmares, it feels good to be on top of my vehicular health for once. Had a very pleasant experience at custom wrenches. The staff were very polite and answered all my questions and completed the job in a timely manner. Any time I have a problem or issue with my ram 1500 I will always take it to Custom Wrenches Inc.fair and up front prices not hidden expenses .

Custom Wrenches are the ones we trust to maintain our Chevrolet SSR show trucks. They always do a great job.They often find small things during their inspection that can be fixed before the issue becomes an expensive one. Friendly, reliable, trustworthy and professional.

Great service. They also did an all point inspection of my vehicle to let me know of other maintenance that needed to be taken care of soon. These people are beyond amazing. I got stranded traveling home from Ohio and they got my car in immediately and got me back on the road as quick as they could. They treated me like family and I couldn't ask for a better experience in an incredibly stressful time.

The thing is a very simple thing. It's been three months ago, and there have been no comments because of classes. I needed to replace eight spark plugs and I asked if I could replace them for me. They replied to me that we can't just replace them, we need to inspect your car before we can replace them. Replacing the spark plugs is by definition not difficult. I waited three weeks, during which I inquired several times and they said they were waiting for parts. Then I couldn't wait any longer, so I went over and asked and they said they had already replaced them. But the car still had problems. They finally attributed the problem to a problem with the design of my car's engine itself. They suggested I google more before buying the car, but that's not why I came here. They wanted me to spend $7,000 to replace the injectors, which I did not agree to. Then I went to an autorepair in stl and they told me that my spark plugs were not plugged in tight... After they helped me tighten the spark plugs, all the problems with my car were solved. All I can say is that Custom Wrenches they are good, but not professional. Fixing a car is not by googling, it's by expertise.

Beings they knew my vehicle after spending $3000, I called a month later to get an O2 sensor replaced. Was told they would have to run a diagnostic, now normally I m ok with it. Especially after 3 months on a vehicle, but this is only one month and they want to charge another diagnostic after having the vehicle for an entire three weeks. I already said what I needed to have replaced. After spending $3000 and a month later they want to say calm down after asking why will there be another diagnostic charge when it s been less than a month since my last supposed diagnostics. Anyway I contacted another shop and they already quoted the part and labor along with the shop I decided to go with runs free diagnostics, unlike custom wrenches which charges $145. Josh can contact me any time he feels to discuss the matter if he would like, I personally only wanted people to know how you may be treated by one of the mechanics after giving them your business for years and then a month after spending $3,000 in their shop.

My check engine light came on while driving home to Wyoming, and an auto part store's computer signaled a bad o2 sensor. I took my car to Custom Wrenches, they provided a thorough inspection of my car and found the o2 sensor code was a wrong diagnosis and were able to resolve one the problems, the other issue was too expensive for me to get fixed. Nonetheless, Josh and the team were very friendly, went out of their way to fit me in last minute. It was clear why they are a Gold Certified AutoCare Center. The silver lining to my car issue is getting lucky enough to find this shop, I highly recommend.

Amazing experience with all the Staff specially Suzi from front desk! Simple Tire was hell for me the buyer who just recently got to town in Mulbery!Suzi reached out to help my simple tire solution get solved!!! Thank you so very much !!!The owner also talked Jeep shop with me at 8am drop off! He was very cordial and amusing and had the shop do a an amazing wheel alignment on My 99 Jeep Wrangler with 33 s freshly installed!As from New York I m not a local, just happened to make a lucky online appointment with an Amazing shop!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I took my truck here a few years ago for a warranty fix and they "found" 1500 dollars worth of extra repairs. Not being able to afford that, I took my truck back and did the repairs myself but in the process found that none of the things they said needed fixed were actually in need of repair. Totally ruined my trust for mechanic shops. Go to a different shop.

Excellent service! We were traveling from Ohio to Texas and had a shield from the bottom of the car come loose. Custom Wrenches helped us quickly and kindly and got us back on the road safely. We recommend Custom Wrenches to everyone!

Let me tell you this little gem of a shop is the best place you can take your car. We are traveling and had car issues, called them and Suzi fit us in no problem. Turned out to be a minor repair thankfully. Josh and Suzi were so sweet and friendly. Made sure our lil one had Cocomelon on TV and made sure we had everything we needed. Even as far as making sure we call when we reach our destination. If you ever need anything you call this shop and you will be treated like family. Thank you so much!!!

Man these guys were on point. Vehicle was diagnosed and the problem was discovered. I took it to two Chrysler dealerships and Z1 and they couldn t figure it out. The Chrysler dealership said it was electrical and turned out the engine was bad. Custom Wrenches is and old school shop with knowledgeable and caring people.

I had my car towed to Custom Wrenches due to the brakes failing completely while I was driving. This was a scary situation, but I chose the right place to handle the task.Because my vehicle is older, the required parts aren t always readily available, but the skilled team at Custom Wrenches was able to work around that problem and get my brake system working like new again.They also performed a thorough inspection of the car, and documented several maintenance recommendations and concerns for me.They were very professional and easy to work with.Service: Brakes

They are always good to work with - explaining what needs to be done, pointing out other repairs without pushing, communicating progress, etc. And, of course, they do great work.Finally, a shout-out to Josh for being pleasant to work with and for treating his customers with respect.

I have been a customer of Custom Wrenches for nearly 10 years now. When they tell you their goal is to keep you as a life-long customer they really mean it! I have countless stories of them looking after my family's vehicles in all manor of situations. From emergency repairs both big and small, to fighting on my behalf with an insurance repair claim, not to mention the countless times they made sure I would not be stranded either by prompt attention or making a loaner vehicle available to me. I had recently changed jobs and not working in Greenville anymore had me thinking I may need to switch to a closer shop. They offered to find me a reputable mechanic closer to my new job so they would be confident I would be taken care of. Their expertise and dedication and friendly demeanor is why I still call them my mechanics! They are definitely worth the extra drive!
