If you re going to breakdown this will be a good spot to be. My truck transmission was broke down and I towed it to this shop, and they found out the problem right away. Mr JIM,( the owner) is a very helpful person, he helped me a lot, he said he wouldn t charge me for storage and I can pick up my truck anytime. The drivers lounge was comfortable and the people were very hospitable! They gave me a ride to motel and also Mr. Jim send me a driver/mechanic) to took me to a car rentals(enterprise) which was 30 miles away from the shop. I really appreciate their service. And you will never regret, I really recommend for all folks to go and get a good service for your truck and trailer.

Stopped in for an air relief valve & leveling rod after giving them a call. They got us right in and back on the road. I have saved the location in my Google maps and will use their services again! Thank you & your mechanics so much for the fair price and great service!

They are very bad people .scammers, I had air leak . Air compressor discharge hose. they charge us $2262.83 + card fee total $2342The owner Jim he is very bad parson.He doesn t want to talk to me why? He changed us so much. he stressed my driver he told us you have 5 minutes to pay. they don t take cards over the phone. Because they now the are scammers.Please avoid them they will take advantage off you.

If you re going to breakdown this will be a good spot to be. They got my truck in on a Friday late morning and stayed after closing so I could get home for the weekend. The drivers lounge was comfortable and the people were very hospitable! They made the breakdown not feel so bad!

These guys are the best. Had an oil leak thought it was going to be 1 of those days. Mechanic looked at found out the power steering pump bolts were loose. Fixed in 5 min awesome job. Nice to know there are shops like this out here. Thx guys

They r robber i had 2 change my trailler tire i have my own tire one of my tire need new air valve and new mudfad they work slowly to making there labor hour extra they take 3 hour for this don t go there please

Very bad experience. Bad scammers!!!! Avoid going there. My truck stuck there for 2 days. The owner Jim took advantage of our problem. He know we have loaded trailer and need to unload that. He lied first they ordered wrong part and my driver waited overnight and then next day doing there job slowly to charge me extra labour. We agreed on $1400 and then bill turned out to be $1800. Then start giving excuses that there was other problem never called company and take permission. Don t go there worst service and big scammers!!!!!! It was just nock sensor for what they charge $1800. Can you believe that, they taking advantage of the carriers. Owner Jim is so rude. Going to complaint in county against him.

Biggest scammers ever!My driver went for a PM service , first when he asked for the price , they never gave him any price, they told him that they need check. Than they started working on the truck without any permission or letting us know about the price for PM, we ended up paying $1162.79 for PM which is more than double or the price that it should be !And on the top of that the only way of payment that they receive is EFS or Com-checks Avoid this place!Service: Oil change

I can not say enough about this shop, my freightliner with a 60 series 14L decided to kill 3 injectors .. this shop got me right in, did diagnostics on it, tore it down pressure tested the cylinders and bore scoped them to ensure no other damage had occurred. We replaced the injectors they ran the over head and had me out and done the next business day!!! Came in on a Friday around noon, out by end of business day Monday! My truck is running better right now than it has. They know what they are doing. Wish I lived closer to this shop because they would get all my business!

Went to loves to get trailer tire and there was a 3 hour wait. Came here got 2 used tires for a reasonable price and was done in 45 minutes. Stop going to loves and come here to get the tires or mechanical work you need. Very friendly staff and they love my GSD (German shepherd dog)

I came here for air leak. They changed the brake chamber and fixed air leak.I was in and out within 3 hours.Price was very reasonable.Good service. I recommend this place.

This Shop is top notch. They pulled me out of a jam when a airbag on my trailer blew out. I could tell a minute after walking in the door I was at the right place. Yes It could of been a bad day. But with the apmisper and cheerful personalities of everyone from the office to the shop . How could one stay in a bad mood? Thank all of you at Central Illinois truck. And yes Jim. You will be getting that call with my big long list as soon as I can schedule in some down time . I left there feeling like I found a place with high standards. And good mechanics. FINALLY!

I will say, thank you very much,from the bottom of my heart. I've been in so many mechanics shops in my live, I've seen so much,but just few of them make me feel blessed. Our RV hit road debris on the interstate and did some major damage to the exhaust and drive shaft. The whole crew went above and beyond to get it repaired and get us back on the road. Just a great business and so grateful that they were there for us.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

If you are a trucker and break down in their vicinity get a tow on down the road. It will be worth the cost of the tow. If they know they have you they will charge double for the work and also charge for their mistakes. They don't guarantee their work, probably because it's sub par, and will not offer to reimburse any of the cost when their work craters in a few days and you have to have someone else do the same work all over again for half the cost. Total nightmare and ripoff. If I could give them no stars I would.

Double charged for the same thing, first time it failed 10 miles away from shop, returned, then charged again for their own failure, total amount of 1600 just for one signal light. They are too slow so labor is really expensive at this place. They've threatened to our driver and wanted to fight which is totally unprofessional. Never again this shop.

@Amanda- honey, you can't give a one star and say that's a great place ;)Now review- if your truck is going to have a trouble of any kind, I hope it will be close to this guys.They are honest, they know what to do, they will get you back on the road.The price... well, the price is rarely or never good for the one who pays.I thought it will be a little less, but I am not complaining.For me, the most important thing is that they are honest and good mechanics.Completely opposite than that awful elliot truck service, who are located in vicinity...Thanks Mike and Brandon

We were travelling from Kansas to home in Indiana when our diesel pickup overheated. We had as livestock trailer with 3 miniature horses on board. From our first phone call we felt certain they would help us. We told them about the horses & that they needed hay & Water. We had neither. It was almost closing time, but they helped us, took us to a motel, and assured us it would be okay. They even came back thru the night to check on and feed the horses. Once they got the parts, they repaired us & we were on the road. These guys know their diesels & go above & beyond. Thank you CITS!!! What a great experience!

They went above and beyond to fix my truck AC. It was hot as hell and AC broke down. The part needed was on national back order.They make glider kits so they make it work with a similar model AC compressor.I am glad I stopped here to get it fixed.I was out in 3 hours

I give this review 2 stars on the account of this first and last experience with these technicians. I went to the shop and purchased: 4 cheap batteries priced at $107 each; one alternator ($240); 3 hours of labor at $95 per hour plus tools and tax. Total time spent working on the truck (as I timed it) grand total of 1hour and 50 mins of labor. The shop foreman, Brandon, said that it's standard rate to charge 1.5 hour of labor for 20 mins of labor. I told him that did not sound accurate and I would need to get authorization from my boss. Where upon, he began threatening me if I don't pay what they charge they would remove the parts from my truck and have the sheriff tow my truck off the lot at my expense. I profess to the guy it's not within my authority to authorize the payment. I informed him I need to make a call to my supervisor. He then proceeded to start shouting profanity towards me as I walked out of the door. I need to step outside to have service to make said phone call. I made the call and in return my boss called the guy so he could inquire what was going on. They disputed a $1,045 job that should have only cost $850-$900 after tax. Then Brandon theatened my boss about removing the parts and calling sheriff. Then hung up on my supervisor during middle of phone call. In the end, I didn't have time to dispute it nor did my boss. They took advantage of us and charged an additional $140 for work they did not do. This service provider has been backlisted from two companies due to the lack of professionalism.
