They somehow came up with a magical same day delivery fee of $75 and wasn t told about it at the time we paid cash on delivery of our propane + the prepaid balance in our account. If we would have known about it, we would have waited another day or just paid it at the time of delivery. Instead I get a surprise bill in the mail. I miss Hometown Energy.
