For a long time I could not find the cause of the problems with the electronics on my Volvo, I was in different workshops, I spent money but the problems were not solved, when I got here on the recommendations of people, I finally solved the problems, many thanks to all the employees and especially Nikolay the electrician, he is the best of all that I have seen before!!! I have already lost hope that the truck can be repaired, but thanks a lot Nikolay, you are the best

Andy and Nikolai both hooked me up on def issue today. I made it to the shop and they actually treated me like a human instead of a number. Excellent customer service and workmanship. This Shop is one of best experienced advance pros who know to solve your problems quick and easy specially w/VNL trucks.They actually have 2 locations one in Gurnee also recently they fixed my fuel injectors, water pump,oil gasket,& much more and their hourly rate is also fair compare to other shops which usually charge you a lot hours till they figured out it what s caused you broke downThank you Alex!

One of the most professional shops ever!!! I had a problem with the ABS system for a long time and other mechanics tried to fix it without success. Friend of mine recommended me Truck Doctors and they very quickly solved the problem. NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP!!!! They will broke your truck and charge money for that!!!! They not responsible for that they are doing!!! It s DANGEROUS to go on the road after this service!!!!! Very rude and poor costumer service- Alex manager is rude and unprofessional guy and nasty person!!!!!!!!!!

The most professional shop EVER!!!I has a problem with Data Link Connection for last 4,5 months. Other other mechanics change CPC, MCM but problem s was not fixed. I spend a lot of money for wrong repair and change parts.Nikolay from Truck Doctor fix my problem in 1 day !!!!The best shop, the best mechanics, very professional shop manager Andrii !!!

Top guys, know what they doing, professional. I definitely recommend this place. been in Chicago been in the shops this one it s definitely different than the other ones. friendly people, good teamwork. Alex it s a Guy to talk to. Love this place!!!! My husband took his truck for the first time , to the Truck Doctor repair center in a Grayslake. And guys from the shop they did an awesome and qualified job. They explained exactly what needed to be done, gave a good and affordable price, did all repairs quickly. We were so lucky to find a shop which we can trust! Highly recommend! Also great respect for the manager, Boris, you are doing great job! High five

I love this truck repair shop :) Boris is a great truck repairman, manager with even better personality. Fast work, good job, no overcharges! They made my lemon truck into a good working piece. I live in south subs but it s always worth it to get a repairs at this place north side. Even when other shops denied and were unable to do repairs this one is always doing it all. Boris is the people person always ready to help!

I say, one the best shops I have ever been to so far. These guys know what they re doing. Big shout out to manager Alex for making a time for me last minute on Saturday and doing check up on my VNL670. I wanna say, they saved me a BIG $$$$. They caught a problem in my engine which could ve turned to HUGE problem. Over a day and a half Pete, Serg and (cant remember his name) did a huge work on my truck. I will highly recommend this particular shop to every single friend of mine and everyone who is reading my review.10/10 Camshaft - replacedFront(both sides) suspension king pin - replacedAC Blower Motor - replacedRear break shoes - replacedCenter bearing - replace

My engine was giving me issues: unknown vibration. I went to multiple shops, no fix. But these guys did the job. Very pleased with the work. Not the most friendliest folks, not the cheapest, but certainly handled the job like a catwalk.

Where do I start? If you have any programming needs this is the shop. Alex will get the job done where others have failed. The time he dedicates to customer service is top notch. The mechanics in this shop are simply genius. They know what they do. Definitely professionally! It s a little pricy place but absolutely worth it so you don t have to pay twice for poor quality labor.
