I was next door at another store when my car broke down. I went in to O Reilly s looking for help. Immediately Ashley and Jeff jumped in to help me and fixed my car! They went the extra mile without hesitation. I will come back to this store and recommend to friends. Thank you Ashley and Jeff for all your help. You are amazing!

I had a great experience at this new O Reilly Grayslake location - Saturday afternoon, November 11th. The employees were kind and understanding. Mark was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what I was expecting. I will definitely be going back and letting others know how helpful these employees are at this location. I highly recommend this O Reilly Auto Parts store. Patrick Gasiorowski, Mgr, you have a good team working for you.

I won t be back. I came here to get a part. I walked around and I looked and no one acknowledged me. I walked up to the front to ask a lady behind the counter and she did she couldn t help me that she was just a driver. Wow then this Hispanic white passing male walks in. I went over to ask the sales association male and he said that after he helps the man who walked in behind me he would then help me. Well I was there first. To be discriminated against that set me on fire. Never felt so humiliated and disrespected in my life. But that s ok. I will take my business elsewhere.

The guys at O Reilly s Grayslake were amazing. They helped me figure out that the previous auto parts store had given me the wrong spark plugs. So grateful and hopeful that this will help.

My daughter was in an accident last week and I went to O Reillys for pricing and to order parts. I worked with Jeff and he was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and even spoke directly to my mechanic when I wasn't sure about a part. He even brought my order out to the car for me. Amazing customer service and I will now be a faithful customer because of Jeff.

Jeff saved our 4th of July! We needed a power inverter to be able to power the medical equipment of a disabled family member so we could take him to a celebration. Jeff found one and explained how to use it. Thank you!

It hasn t been longer than a month since they been open and already messing up. Got the wrong part even after giving them the exact model. Unbelievable
