So I have no problem with the service writer but only with the turn around time of the job.....took my traverse in for a transmission recall and tire rotation I was told by the service writer it should take 7 to 10 days not a month for the job to be done I expected a quick turn around time but it ended up being that they said it was a delay and they had all the parts typical run of the mill things you would hear but no explanations were given as to what's taking so long but they were persistent on to the loaner that we were using from them for us to come in and trade in the loaner and get a smaller vehicle when I do have a large family of 6 I was extremely unhappy with the way we were treated

I purchased a used 2017 Chevrolet Cruze from the vibrant saleswoman named Jewel. She answered all my questions and accommodated my needs to help me find the perfect car. They gave me a fat sum for my trade in, a 2011 Toyota Camry, and they got me below the month payment I was expecting.The most easy, memorable experience I ll ever have at a dealership. Definitely recommend seeing Jewel to start you off in your car buying process. She ll take good care of you ;).

Thought that the oil changes were free to veterans. Be aware I got cussed out because I assumed it would be free.
