Impecable job on my car.Their updates were consistent and informative, keeping me looped in every step of the way, which is so reassuring when your car is in the shop. The end result was nothing short of excellence,my car looks and runs as if it's fresh off the lot. It's evident that Caliber Collision puts customer satisfaction and quality service at the top of their priorities.Highly recommend for anyone needing top-notch auto repairs.

EditEd from caliber collision reached out to me Monday March 11th about my dissatisfaction of the paint and overspray on my car. I stopped by March 12th to show him the problem areas, and was reassured that they could take care of said issues in the paint in a day. I dropped the car off March 13th at 4:50 pm, I received a call the next day March 14th at 5:00 pm telling me my car was ready. I told him that I would be picking my car up Friday March 15th, I picked it up at around 12:10 pm looked at the the paint and door jambs and was satisfied that they resolved the initial problems I had and got it done when he said they can get it done. I am happy Ed reached out and wanted to work with me to resolve my issues with the paint and overspray.I chose this shop as it was one that worked with the insurance I was filing a claim with after a car accident I had that happened in January 2024. I dropped the car off February 20th for them to do the estimate and it remained there. On February 28th I was notified the repairs were started. On March 6th I got I call that my car would be ready Friday, March 8th. I picked my car up Friday March 8th around 4:50 pm, it was raining and cloudy so I wasn t able to see the quality of the paint job or work until today (Saturday March 9th). Now as I look at the quality of the repairs done ,I am feeling dissatisfied with the quality and workmanship. Right off the bat, I noticed the paint has an orange peel texture to it that is very visible up close. I also noted a piece of debris in the paint that sticks out. I can see on the door jambs very visible over spray, one section even has the sanding marks and a prominent clear coat over spray line that can be felt and seen.I will be updating my review once I contact and discuss with the shop about the quality of work I was left with.

they did an excellent job with my Subaru after a minor crash. communicated well to myself and the insurance company.very professional, pleasant, and beautiful work!i hope i never need them again- but if I do?they will be our go-to.thanks Caliber!

They did a great job on the repairs. Honest and fair. They also have a relationship with the enterprise in lake villa that will provide concierge service so you don't have to worry about getting someone to drop you off or pick you up.

Guys doing the repairs are great. Obvious professionals, quickly get to the point, know their stuff. The scheduling can be a bit disjointed for someone like me who came from a state with different laws. I wasn't as familiar with Illinois process. Got pointed in the wrong direction a couple times with who to call for what and when.Once the other driver's insurance admitted fault and the shop got the order, all was well. They accidentally "gave away" my spot and scheduled me two weeks later than I was originally booked, instead of switching the paperwork for me. That was the only major roadblock so far. But assuming the repairs are as good as they say, I'll be happy.

They did a very good job regarding the repair work. I was not happy that it took three weeks instead of the one week that I was originally told, but otherwise I am happy with the work they did.

The guys at Caliber Grayslake are outstanding. They are very communicative and clear and explain everything thoroughly. My vehicle was ready several days before they estimated. The work came out looking very good.

These guys don't want to earn your business but expect you to give it to them freely. Called to get an estimate for an auto accident this morning but instead of asking any questions about the damage they immediately attempted to get the claim in their name. They then told me they do not do estimates. The entire conversation was really telling me to take my business elsewhere based off the employees tone and demeanor. That is what I will do from now on.

Ed Groberski and his team are all stars in the auto body business! He had my car looking brand new from a front and rear bumper collision. I would recommend the Abra to anyone in the area who needs auto body work done.

I had to wait a month for my apt, but it was worth the wait. I felt the staff was friendly, and the work completed on the vehicle was extremely well done. After inspection I could not see the damage or where the work had been completed to fix the damage. I've had my car fixed here a couple of times and had to stop in for an estimate. They're very helpful, nice, professional, efficient and they keep you informed every step of the way. They work closely with several different insurance companies. The place is clean and bright although not very customer friendly as far as waiting for your car, you're better off dropping it off and coming back later. If you need a rental or loaner car they're very good about having one there for you when you drop off your car. They're also reasonably priced and honest so far as I can tell, although they've never fixed anything under the hood for me, so I could be wrong but I'm doubtful that I am. Overall, these guys are great!

Caliber Collision was very professional. My car was taken to their shop for an insurance claim. From beginning to end they communicated with me on a daily basis...keeping me informed of all aspects of the job. I've use this place a few times before always had a good experience. The guy that always helped me I believe his name was Ed. Today I came regarding hail damage and the little guy that was helping me was rude and very short with words.He made me feel like I should just go elsewhere and that's what I'm going to do. This place will never get business again acting like that.

My car was rear-ended at a stoplight. I went to insurance preferred repair locations but was numbed by the lack of communication and followup.This shop is local so I gave it a visit.The front office , Ed and everyone were very professional and kind.The work down was timely and thorough.
