Wow! These guys are great! I hit a deer. N 2 days later a racoon. A few miles down the road my car overheated! This is my first brand new car. With full coverage insurance. So I had absolutely no idea what to do or even where to start. They were the first place I called. N Jody was so amazing! So helpful! Informative and knowledgeable even on the first initial phone call! He seems to know the area( i was on a back road). I knew I made the right call. I didn't even try anyone else after talking to jody. The lady at the desk, Sarah. Was so nice n very patient with me every single time I called w a question. I would recommend them to anyone thank you so so much for your great service!!!!

First time using them. Had a door hinge on the drivers door for a 2021 Ford Escape replaced. Was a warranty repair through Ford dealership. The repair was done fine. Nice job of cleaning the vehicle. Communications were good during the process. Recommend this business to others for repair work.

Outstanding service. Got door hinges repaired on my truck...the same day as promised. Was charged less than a previous bodyshop charged and thier fix had only lasted a few months. If you need something fixed or repaired at a great rate, call Jody at ROUTE 71 AUTOBODY!!

Far exceeded my expectations. Not only did Jodie and his team do an A+ job, they took the extra time to clean my truck inside and out afterwards. My truck looks better than the day I drove it off the dealer lot. Thanks for the great workmanship, and thank you Sara for the great customer service.

Our new car was backed into while we were home visiting family. Rt 71 got our vehicle in right away to ensure the repair would be finished prior to us heading back home. Jodie and his team were professional and easy to work with. They went above and beyond even correcting some issues that were unrelated to the incident. I would highly recommend them. I've had two different vehicles repaired here. I cannot recommend this company enough to anyone looking for body repair, paint correction or anything visually car related. The work is top notch, and they really care and love what they do which is visible in the work you receive.I've had a work vehicle repaired, and a personal vehicle. The personal vehicle was treated well and was even detailed on the inside and was very well taken care of while they were in possession of the vehicle. I can trust them, which means a lot.I'd give this small business six stars if I could.
