110% the best car buying experience I could have ever imagined. We drove 5 hours round trip after talking to Laura about a Mach-E that they were selling. Al Cioni Ford was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered a no-pressure and overall positive buying experience. I would recommend anyone give this Ford dealer a call for their next car. I plan to call them when I need my next truck. We are thrilled with the purchase and will carry fond memories of the customer experience.

The staff at Al Cioni Ford were great to work with. I purchased my Mach e from out of state and had it shipped. The entire process went very smoothly from the initial call to working with the transporter. I would gladly work with them again.

Have purchased two cars from them and it is always been the best buying experience you could ever want.You feel like family through the whole process. Never laughed while filling out paperwork at any other dealership.I have bought from other bigger area deals and it has always been a huge mistake. Having been burned by them I ask myself why the heck did I waste my money and time.If you look at a used car on there website and check the Carfax 9 times out 10. That car was bought serviced and sold at Al Cioni. So you know you are getting a great car and a history of service.I found it best to check the website weekly when we shopped for the current SUV we bought. Be ause they get a lot of cars and they can go fast.Don't do like we have and purchased elsewhere. You truly get no baloney at Al Cioni.

I ve always had wonderful experiences with Al Cioni Ford. I got my most recent car there, get all my oil changes done there and anything else I might need done. The sales department and the service department are very friendly. Wouldn t go anywhere else.

Last minute call to see if I could get a tail light replaced and they said sure. It took them a very short time and the charge was minimal compared to what I was quoted at another dealership. Won't call anywhere else from now on!

I went to Cioni Ford for service. The work was done in a timely manner and most of all: Done right the first time!I purchased a Ford Maverick from Cioni Ford. The order took 18 months to complete. (Fords problem not Cioni) I was treated like family by Cioni Ford. No markup from MSRP! Cioni Ford is definitely the place to buy your next Ford vehicle.

Although we had to wait a long time (no fault of the dealership) we really enjoy our new Maverick. Cionis dealership was very accommodating when the truck finally arrived helping get the truck to us as soon as they could.

This family owned business was a very nice experience on buying our daughters car very down to earth and friendly talking with them was like we all grew up knowing each other even though we only met them this one time but it was a great experience and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle

The team was courteous. The only issue was I paid over 100.00 for the works which is oil change tire rotation and check everything over. The next day my tire low light came on. One tire was significantly lower. I paid 2.00 to fill it back up to pressure. Days later it is still holding pressure. Makes me wonder if anything was looked over.

Can't get a better service manager than Jared. He is on top of things and he is moving all the time. In the last hour I have been sitting here in the shop he has been on the phone at least 20 times ran across the street three times to the office. Out picking up cars, putting it in the shop, back and forth communicating with the customers. People are in paying bills it is unbelievable how much he does. and the most important part everybody called him by name I haven't seen one person that didn't come in and call him by name is just a name you remember jarod.I hope the boss realizes that he is the heartbeat of this place "Al Cioni Ford".
