Joshua Kimbow helped me so much. He was very patient. He was not pressuring. He answered all the questions I had and was very professional. This is my new equinox! Thanks to Mike Hartsoe and Zac Copeland in finance, this baby has a new home. Never any pressure. Mike got it all cleaned up and let me take it home for a test drive. WOW! Weber has a customer for life.

I had a wonderful experience buying my new 2024 Chevy Trax with Jason Haug. He was able to answer all my questions and was very patient with me as this was my first new car buying experience. I never felt pressured or that he tried to upsell me on anything. Zac Copeland was also great helping me on the financing side as well as I had many questions about how it all worked. I would highly recommend Weber Chevy!

Larry Blake was very patient with us and our 4 year old son. We had done our research before we got there and knew we wanted to test drive the 23 Chevy Traverse. As soon as we told him which vehicle we were there to see he immediately had it brought up front and ready for us to test drive. He made sure we knew everything about the Traverse before taking it for a drive. When we got back the staff were super friendly and helpful to help make the purchasing process go as quickly as possible. Larry even gave us his cell # to make sure that if we had any questions once we got home we could contact him and he would help us figure it out. He was very knowledgeable about our vehicle and we are very happy with our purchase. Definitely would use them again.

Wade was great. He knew exactly what I was looking for based on my budget and made it easy to find something I liked without pushing anything on me. He explained everything clearly and it didn't take too long but he also didn't rush through anything. This is the salesman to go to when you're looking for a new vehicle.

Kevin and Zac were nice, caring, and I cannot say enough positive things for Kevin. He is awesome. He set up everything for me. There was inclement weather the night we picked up our new car and I was involved in a minor accident, Kevin has reached out to make sure I made it home and when he found out about the accident, he has touched base and checked on me multiple times. I will follow Kevin Jones to buy my future vehicles.They both waited for us and stayed late to ensure we were cared for and happy that night. The dealership closed at 8pm and they did not rush us.Kudos to Zac (his amazing relationship with lenders to get us the best deal possible). They really mean guaranteed financing!We were Lou Fusz customers, now we are Weber.

Jason had the vehicle we were interested in cleaned and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. He didn't have to tell us much about the vehicle as we had already researched the vehicle and had also drove a similar one at another dealership. Jason lead us through the buying process very efficiently, but was also very personable.

New Surcharge For Paying With GM Credit CardsMarch 1, 2024By Moore, Phillip from Godrey, ILI have a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 WT. The heater core started leaking. I took it to George Weber in Granite City because I like the quality of their work and the experienced mechanics that work there. The repair was very expensive but I know the work was done right and no damage was done to my vehicle during the repair. The reason why I did NOT give a Five Star rating was because I was taken back a little when I went to pay for my repair. The dealership had begun a new policy that even if you use your GM credit card to pay, you will be charged a 2.99% surcharge for using the card. With my bill already being expensive, that came to an additional $50 charge that I was NOT expecting. This will make it hard to return in the future for any expensive repairs. Sorry to see that the dealership has begun this policy to its most loyal customers.

I'm truly excited about my new car purchase. Matt Yarbrough the sales man was very pleasant and never pushy. He went above and beyond making sure I was happy with my new purchase. Great experience! We bought a truck for my son and had a long distance trade. The whole process was smooth and easy.Trey Kelly was very helpful and always available to answer any questions we had any day of the week. He is very professional and easy to work with. Walked in on Monday night to looked at cars and was greeted by Chris Kavadas very nice and polite and said he would help us. He took our information and was able to help us out and not one time did he say oh you can't get that car. I was so pleased with the car that he showed us. Chris Kavadas went beyond and was able to get us in the car that night and had us to come back and help us set up everything in the car and explained everything and when I had questions he was so nice to answer every question that I had. While the purchase process was seamless through, and working with, Wade Hampton, I cannot say the same thing about contacting their finance department.I bought a vehicle from them last year with a CNA extended warranty. I have since sold it and have been told I must go through their finance to get refund on the extended warranty.I have sent two emails to their finance folks with no response. Seems they sell to you, then forget about you...
