Tim Coffman was very helpful and informative on the vehicle that we purchased. Salesman Perry was excellent in working with the new 2023 Explorer purchase. Very patient and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable working with him. He did an outstanding job with our new car buying process. Our experience was great and will come back and recommend he and the dealership to others.

Perry was ready for my wife and I right when we walked in through the door. He was polite and courteous, and had warmed up the car we eventually purchased for a test drive. While discussing the purchase with my wife, he made several helpful phone calls to help get the information we requested about a possible engine problem with this make and model. He even graciously offered his office and time for us to consult our own mechanic. Thanks Perry!

I went in an hour before close and Chad Plenske was very helpful during the process. I was in and out in about 2 hours and walked away with my new 23 Escape! Matt in Finance was also very helpful and showed me all my available options when it came to financing my vehicle.

Josh is a great sale consultant. He very knowledgeable of what he do. The first truck he bought out caught my eyes 2018 Ford F150. He let me test the truck out over night. The next day we had negotiations and counter offers. But we both came out just right. I sold my Truck and my car which I really didn t want to part from. He gave me something that match my car and my truck. Low miles and a gas saver and an upgraded Truck. I sold my 2004 Monte carols SS with only 66,000miles and my 2010 Ford F150.Josh thanks a lot Hope to see you soon.

A 0 star is to much for this lot. We went there with a 2019 truck to trade in nothing wrong with it but a evap sensor which is being fixed. After a hour they come n tell us that cat converters bad tire sensors bad this truck has 56000 miles. They tell us that has to be taken off trade value then tell us that its under warrenty for these issues how are you charging for something under warrenty?????? They give us a paper which says SUGGESTED REPAIRS for these things not that there bad. Another shop checked truck said they are liars nothing wrong with these issues. We told them give us our keys were done n they want to know why for another 5 min trust me thices and liars stay AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was back and forth on buying a new car and didn t even have what I wanted in mind. Alex was perfect. I just told him the features I wanted vs what I needed. He found me the perfect car, with way more features than I thought possible with my budget. He was easy to work with, quick with the process, and even offered to BRING me a car to test drive. Just amazing.

My truck buying experience at Weber Ford Granite City was excellent. From my very first inquiry phone call through the delivery process I was pleased with the exceptional customer care. My sales reps Alex Carver and Tim Coffman provided awesome customer service through the special-order process. It was a long wait to get my Raptor exactly how I wanted it, however it was well worth the wait. Alex and Tim kept lines of communication clear and open, answered all my questions and stayed in contact with me consistently. The delivery process was simple, they had all the paperwork ready to go and my new truck waiting for me right when I pulled up. I strongly recommend this team of gentlemen when buying your next Ford.

This was my first car buying experience and ultimately I discourage anyone from coming here especially in dealing with BJ.The experience my mom and I had here was awful. We went in to see two vehicles, and had spoken to a salesmen to let him know when we were coming and what we were looking at. Neither vehicle was ready for us or even on the main lot. We had to drive to their service garage and then to another service garage before we were able to locate the vehicle. Whenever my mom or I asked questions the guy kept ignoring them even after 3-4 times. When it came time to discuss numbers he refused to run anything without a commitment to the car, no one is going to buy a car without knowing how much you're paying for it. He then scoffed in my mom's face when she said that's not happening and she's never had to commit before running numbers. If you're a woman and want to be treated well go elsewhere.

I was quite pleased with the overall buying experience at Weber Ford. Last week we purchased a Ford Bronco. We were promptly offered a test drive, and I appreciated that the salesman did not insist on going with us. I was slightly taken aback when we started drawing up a deal and never actually saw anything until papers were printed out. I guess I had hoped for a little more upfront. We were given no offer of money off until I showed them the offer I saw online. We also didn't get any incentive to pay cash which we did. Overall I am very happy with our experience and will shop there again. It has been a while since I bought a new car, and things just went differently than I remembered. I would not hesitate to return though as everyone was kind and courteous which I had not found at other dealerships recently.

Jerry Price was the salesman extraordinaire! Since it was a bit of a trek for me, I bombarded him with phone calls asking all the things I d ask of him if I was there. He was always helpful and nice, very helpful and I was nearly positive I was gonna buy the 2019 Ford Explorer. I just needed to take her for a drive. I fell in love. So happy with the whole staff and Jerry was fabulous! I ll send everyone looking for a carto Jerry.

Bought a car from them for it to be in the shop two weeks after, gave me the car back with it being hit while in their care, wheel bearing busted whenever that was never a problem, wouldn t provide me a rental for the time my car was in the shop and still till this day dealing with car problems but never call me back except the one time they did they called me a Karen whenever they are the ones who sold me a bad car that needs a new engine but fail to contact me back or help me solve this issue to where I m going to different dealerships to fix this issue. DO NOT buy a car from the ford side of the dealership cause all they do is screw you over and let you deal with it on your own!! And yes I bought their in house warranty and that still did not do any help, do not waste your time or money with this place.Edit ** Rob smith called me back and is helping me with this situation currently since he had no knowing this was all going on. ** hoping this will help solve all of this

We were having trouble trying to find a body shop to fix our eco sport after it was damaged at hit and run at the grade school. After 30 days of having no luck contacting a body shop. We reached out to our sales person (Chad Plenske) he and Debbie Diller from the service dept reached out to a body shop and got everything worked out for us. Phenomenal service!

Weber Ford helped me find the perfect vehicle. After contacting over 70 different Ford dealerships nationwide to find the new Bronco, I came across Weber. I worked with Alex Carver to take my order. The supply for the Bronco is currently low and Alex was able to come through. Other dealerships were unable to fulfill my request at a reasonable price.I highly recommend working with Weber Ford and specifically with Alex. He was very knowledgable, friendly, and professional. I was able to quickly make the purchase in the morning and was driving my new Bronco before lunch.Thank you Alex for your help!

I bought a car from them in 2017, was very happy. 5 years later I have a different car that needed work done, that I did not buy from them. They still got me into the shop within a week, and had my car out within a week of my appointment. April was super helpful, nice and communicated with me. Will definitely be calling them again next time.
