Wow they were always the best place to take your battery to be charged but this time they said my three year old battery had a dead cell and couldn't be charged. I couldn't see how leaving my lights on would cause a dead cell, so I tried to charge it myself. The first thing I noticed was they didn't even clean the battery posts. After a couple hours on my small charger it was holding over 12 volts and it couldn't do that with a dead cell. They said just being it back and we'll try it again it could even be your alternator is bad. I gave up on them and just left it on my 2 amp charger for a whole 24 hours and it's in the car and good as ever they just wanted to sell a battery I didn't need and the way things are now that is 150 that can buy me some food be careful

Came to buy my mother 4 new tires for her car. The workers were very friendly and respectful. Payed $516 in total for 225 60r16 goodyear tires. This included the value installation for each tire. Took around 1 hour since there wasn't any cars ahead of me. Reasonable amount of time to make sure the balancing and everything is done properly and to make sure it drives well. I opted for text updates. I received a text when they started and finished. Very good service, will be coming back in the future for tire rotations included in the value installation. Value installation is worth it for the hazard protection, just $25 per tire. My experience was overall a great experience. Car drives very smooth with the new tires.Edit: I forgot to come back to change my review. Originally I gave a 5 star review, but short after my visit when I needed to take the tires off my mother's vehicle(which had not been taken off since the original visit) the lug nuts were EXTREMELY loose. Whoever changed the tires that day thought it was a good idea to not make sure they properly tightened the lug nuts on the tires. Something very simple that can be done in a few minutes, but instead of doing their job properly they decided to play with the customer's safety instead. I cannot recommend this location if simple things like tightening lug nuts does not happen. There are multiple things that can go wrong when the lug nuts on a wheel are loose, including having a wheel shake and come off during driving. Very unprofessional to not be able to tighten lug nuts when you took them off in the first place. I have to give a 1 star review for this since something like this can actually be fatal and potentially cause car crashes and kill someone.Service: Tires

If this is the Woodriver location they are fast and very nice. Granite City location, gets 1 star and that's being nice. Went to get my oil changed at the GC location. Sign on the door said temporary hours 8am-5pm. Fine! I waited on the parking lot until 8:30am, no workers! This place is horrible! Again, I'm only talking about the Granite City location!

I have been using this Walmart for years. Last week I took my car in an some overweight guy told me that they could not work on that model of car. I informed him that was odd being that they had changed my oil so many times in the past. He then needed to get a manager to check if he could change my oil. After waiting a while for him to come back he tells me he has heartburn and looks at me like a sad pathetic puppy hoping I wont make him do his job. He finally agrees to change my oil and now it's leaking everywhere. My driveway is ruined and I need another oil change. Don't go here. They are lazy and have zero ethics.Service: Oil change

Great Service with all Employees being very helpful!!!! DJ did a Great Job on my tire installation!!!!One year later still the same great service, DJ still there doing what he does best!! I've personally never had an issue here and have always received friendly and quality service. The only reason I didn't rate at 5 stars is because the wait times can be long sometimes. Aside from that though I confidently visit this Tire and Auto frequently!

NoPost the pic I sent.As usual the "tire technicians" have failed to use the appropriate bead sealing techniques for my aluminum wheels. Looks like another 4 to 5 years of constantly having to fill my NEW tires daily because Walmart t.l.e. falls short and does not know how to stop new tires from leaking due to their incompetence.

They was SLOW!!!!!!! I got there at 8AM with 2 cars in front of me and I was getting new tires put on my truck and I didn't get out of that place until after 12PM

Good customer service from Eugene but I came in for an oil change and left without the proper bolt attached. Now my check engine light won't go off.

Two stars because the staff do try. It is a wonderful if this department makes a profit. The section closed early because it was short staffed. My $20 oil change took almost an after it was in the bay, math does not work!

Walmart does not compare to the care customers receive at O'Brien Tire & Auto Care. If your time is not valuable - and so you can afford to wait too long to get service, and if you do not shop while you are there only to spend what you thought you were saving by going there - then I'd recommend looking at Google reviews before deciding (3.2 compared to 4.8) For over 90 years, O'Brien Tire has served this community and supported many, many charities and fundraisers just by the asking. Think about what Walmart does to the community when you support it by shopping there, but it does not support this community or even their employees. They spend their money in Arkansas. O'Brien Tire & Auto Care keeps its right here in Granite City. How good does it feel to go somewhere and be treated with good ol' fashion kindness and know they are experienced, competent, and will take care of you instead of being part of the cattle call mentality: Move them in and move them out. When you have a choice, please choose to support our local businesses instead of feeding in to the Arkansas billionaire monopoly.

The person on the phone gave me a quote on tires way lower than they said they were when I got there. For that reason alone they did not get my business and I was ready to replace all 4 tires. Poor training? I don't know, but they l Iost me.

They did a great job but the wait to me was to long due to me being the second customer of the morning and staying there 3 hours for 2 tires and a oil change.

Horrible experience! Purchased new tires on Thursday, by Friday, one was flat. Took 2 days for them to fix it, waited over 5 hours.. will NEVER go there again!

I stayed there for hours, just to get a tire put on. I personally witness the auto techs on their phone, playing around and pretending to be working on my car for over two hours.

I called they said 20 minutes in and out I get here and they tell me four and a half hours just to get a tire plugged
