Justin and Scott were wonderful to work with, they made sure to take good care of my car even though I was only there for diagnostics to get run. Justin made sure to answer my questions about the issue that had me coming to Victory even though it's the one thing the shop isn't able to repair. I definitely plan to come back in the future for other repair needed, highly recommend them.

Convenience of location and the ability to get my vehicle quickly serviced is what brought me to Victory. I recently took my vehicle there for the first time for an alternator replacement. Justin and his team were awesome, did a great job, didn't charge me a ton of extra fees and got the job done when they said they would. Because of this service, I plan to make Victory my go to shop for my future services.

Justin is awesome he beats any price of any competitor by a ton. I was told I needed a whole new front end on my 2016 Jeep Patriot which in costs $1240. That didn't sound right so I took it to Justin at Victory Auto Repair and he immediately ruled out the need for a new front end. He put my Jeep in the air and it only took minutes for him to figure out the real problem. I needed a sway bar. That's it. I only came out of $140 and was on my way problem free in under 45 mins. I was looking for a good auto repair shop and drove past Victory and decided to give them a shot. Justin was very welcoming and nice. I like the fact he didn't BS me and try to up sale me on things I didn't ask to be repaired. He has done work on my F350, F250 and also have installed a new clutch in my father's Nissan Altima. I had great service on my vehicle. Jason, the owner, kept me informed every step. At first it looked like the radiator was needing to be replaced but found out only a small part needed to be replaced. He is honest and trustworthy. BEWARE!!! My husband took his car on the day he suggested (Monday) and he didn t start on it till Thursday after it had to be towed and he kept it almost 3 weeks charged $6XX some dollars and we still had to have it towed back home UNFIXED. He has poor communication skills and kept placing other cars before my husband and we had to call/ stop by to see how the progress was going. He was recommended by a family member that only had brakes done on her car, don t go to him for anything else, he s unreliable and doesn t have a whole lot of knowledge on cars and calls himself a mechanic. Would not recommend him to no one, money is tight for everyone to get ripped off and still not fixed!Service: Electrical repair

So I went to victory's Auto Repair on Madison Avenue and he fixed my problem without even charging me and I suggest that you give him a try cuz he's very good and a very nice guy5

This shop is the worst shop I have ever been to in my life it starts off as a great experience because the guy wants you to agree to the work and then he will call you the next day and charge you for extra things and always prolong the job so that he can continue to add more things on to your bill he had My truck in his shop for one full week nothing got done he charged me $250 to pick it up he tried to charge me $250 the first day I dropped it off for deposit from the work that he will get mad if you bring your own parts saying that he s trying to make ends meet so he needs the work that he gets and nothing will get satisfied by the time you pick your car up so have a good good time taking your truck there or car there and getting ripped off because nothing will get doneService: Auto exhaust system replacement

This guy Justin is a complete rip off need my manifolds replaced I called this shop to get an estimate he seems also he tell me to get to estimates and he ll match the price so I tell him what my shop I ve been using for the past couple years he says that cool bring it up he ll do it I got my car towed to his shop and it was a nightmare for that he s more of an oil change and brake service mechanic like jiffy lube or Walmart tire service he does not know how to fix major jobs and he will complain the entire time about not making enough money to pay his bills at home so if u like having to call the police to get your car back from the shop this is the perfect shop for uServices: Auto exhaust system repair, Engine repair
