Its where I have always went, never had a problem, till tonight.. my car overheated. My car didn't have any transmission fluid in.. I just had the oil change the day before yesterday This is the first time I've driven the car, besides home. It was a different crew than normal. There used to be a girl that worked there. The place was top notch then...Valvoline needs to get her back, immediately, she was an excellent and outstanding employee and she made sure the nonsense didn't go on with all the young employees they have working there. If my car still runs and my engine is not blown. I'll come back and give a better review because this usually is a good place to take your vehicle for an oil change and I know it's a mistake, but this is not a mistake that this place should be making.I did specifically ask them about the transmission fluid and checking the pressure with the tires. I stated it was real hard to shift and I just bought the car that should definitely be on the camera thank you for letting me know that that is not part of the process. I never knew that but I did specifically asked.I am proved this review because they care enough to respond and offer a solution. Anyone can make a mistake, but for a company to follow through and give feedback is good customer service.

Incredibly rude. Very short attitude. I told them I didnt feel well and didnt feel like moving rhe car a again so I was fine with waiting for the other cars. To this they roll their eyes. And when I did get pulled in the tried telling me transmission was sealed after I told them it wasnt and where to look. And they rushed the change didnt check my lights, wipers, battery; forgot to do my tires and told me I was being hostile when I told them AGAIN my transmission wasn't sealed and that i needed to calm down and stop complaining. Literally go to any other valvoline and they wont be so disrespectful Collinsville is always great I knew better than to waste my time on them because this is the same service I always get at the granite location.

Very quick and yet very thorough oil change. The young man who did my service was also quite professional. Surprisingly they carried the oil for my European vehicle. I will be going back

Low prices and great staff. Quick easy oil changes but their prices for air filters and wiper blades is 300-400 % higher than retail auto parts stores.

Literally paid over $100 to listen to one of the techs complain, whine and cuss about customers coming in. If you don t want customers on Christmas Eve, why are you open?

Always take care of the customer very well even after the initial visit. Make sure to use the coupon on the website before going in for an oil change!

I am very pleased with the my experience at the Granite City location. The customer service was top notch! I was greeted immediately after being guided into the bay. The Service Advisor, Britney was amazing! She was very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I was was advised on services that were recommended and services that my manufacturer recommended. I assumed she was the manager because of her demeanor and how thorough she was. To my surprise, she said wasn't and that she is "just doing her job" I will gladly pay a few dollars more for my vehicle needs knowing that I'm not just getting an oil change. Just got done with an oil change. It was quick and easy and they made me feel like they were doing a very good job and putting a lot of effort into to getting it done right.Jason especially made me feel the experience was noteworthy to write a review.Cheers bud

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Everyone was friendly but Brittany was the associate who greeted me and talked me through what they were working on and suggestions for work that needs to be done. She was knowledgeable, patient, but above all friendly! It will be a little bit of a drive to come to this location moving forward but I think I'll make it because of the service I received this morning!!

Changed my girlfriends oil to find out that they didn t even do it. I called the manager and they said there s nothing they could do about it. Never going back

Had transmission fluid changed and after my transmission would not go from reverse to drive like normal and I am still having problems fixing it.

This Valvoline was efficient, reasonably quick, had the oil filter for my make and model car.One thing I noticed was how the new workers were treated.Very supportive from the senior (?) staff. Told them by name out loud that they were doing a great job, I was truly touched by the mannerisms I observed.Great experience, would recommend.

Oh I just love this group of guys. I take my son and daughters car to them and they are great. They don't try to sell you what you don't need and let's you know what is due. They are considerate to their coworkers they are training. Highly highly recommend them.

I have no problem waiting but being pushed though when I went in for my TMPS system light being on was rough. I expressed concern about my tires and they just put air in my tires and sent me on my way. Said hopefully it will turn off. It certainly did not turn off, it was not helpful.

I have relied on Valvoline Instant Oil Change for years, on a variety of cars. I posted a review a while back about my daughter's older Buick Lucerne. This time, I needed an oil change for my own Chevy Cruze before a weekend trip to Arkansas. In short order, the car was ready for a weekend trip for less than it would have cost at the Chevy dealership.Service: Oil change

Clean, competent, friendly, carful, sensitive to viral concerns without being extra crispy fascism flavored; I enjoy doing business here. I've gotten services I usually do myself at this location, because of the way the staff treats me and conducts themselves with the other patrons. I'm feel good about supporting this particular location financially. I'm grateful they are part of my automotive care team. Very impressive staff. Thanks y'all. Knocked it out of the park.

Not too impressed with this garage. I went for the usual oil change and they tried to up sell me for every. Little. Thing. I did let them rotate my tires and change my wipers but when I left, my car had a definite shake to it. The staff WAS nice but they seemed to have a couple new guys who didn t know what they were doing.

The guys there are really friendly & professional. Doug took care of my oil change & the other guys changed my bulbs and did my tire rotation/balance. They're all really nice & I appreciate their honesty. The only place I don't feel ripped off when I get service.

They've always been respectful and professional with quick service. My tires are always pressured exactly as I request, oil changed and done promptly. With full synthetic the oil changes are a bit pricey but no more so than anywhere else. THIS WAS AN AMAZING DAY ...I HAVE A 2020 DODGE 1 YON DAULLY...I HAD GONE TO JIFFY LUBE LAST WEEK AND THEY DIDNT HAVE THE FILTERS FOR ME TRUCK...SO BY CHANCE I TOOK A CHANCE AND STOP BY THIS VALVOLINE TO SEE IF THEY HAD THE FILTERS FOR MY TRUCK...THEY DID IN JUST AS I WAAS ALL RRADY IN THIS TOWN ...I SAID IL TAKE A CHANCE...THEY HAD THE OIL AND SO I HAD THEM TO GIVE AND GET MY OIL CHANGED changed...they did a great job for the first one they did.. thank yall

A professional place of business on the automotive industry. The store I visited was in Granite City and the store employees were professional in their actions before and during my visit. Wait time from arriving at the store until time in the door was bad at all. Price for Service was a little steep, but overall not a bad experience for the first time. Thanks for your time and .
