I purchased my car here and the dealer has been amazing over the past year. I purchased November 2022 and paid it off Nivember 2023. They're a great team and easy to deal with. Always professional and helpful. A repair shop tried to cheat me by saying I needed exp3nsive work done. I called Tri City and told them and they told me to bring the car in. They checked everything out and let me know there was nothing wrong with my car at all. I never went back to that repair shop due to TriCity's helpfulness.

Seen a really nice truck online, went to look at it in person and the truck was totally different than the pictures. After going back to look at the online photos i realized they are photoshopping the pictures they post online to make the vehicles look nicer. Super shady, id stay away from here.

I hate that it has came to this. I met John Sr when he called my business wanting a new floor in his basement. I have since bought 3 trucks off him, bought my daughter's mother a car from him, referred numerous people and my last purchase was a 2019 Dodge Challenger. We have had problems with every vehicle, but the trucks are work trucks so wasn't a big deal. The 2013 truck that we bought last year, it won't pass emissions, will have to take it in shop. The Dodge Challenger this morning just paid $7300 from dealership due to the vehicle was wrecked and John Jr never mentioned such. He said he would help resolve the issue, but ignore calls and texts. But it maybe explains why he wouldn't let me drive it before he pushed the loan and said he was trying to make the car perfect. I would not recommend Tri Ctity Motors to any one again. He might says he's helping, but you will end up getting screwed by the vehicle. The Acadia that i bought my daughter's mother has the same issue. Be aware.

I am a female and my wife and I just bought a Ford Edge here. I've read some of the other reviews and we were not met with any descrimination whatsoever. They didn't haggle us. They were upfront about it coming from an auction. It was the quickest and easiest experience I have had with a car. I test drove the vehicle and it was great. After I signed the papers they told me to let them know if everything was good during safety and emissions because if not they would take care of it. They even offered to drop off the title to my wifes' work so we didn't have to come and get it! Amazing experience.

I recently purchased a f250 off of this dealership. In the ad of the truck that I saw it stated that the truck had no problems and was ready to go. Soon to find out after looking at the vehicle it had an airbag light on and countless other problems including bad shocks all the way around, bad wheel bearing in the front of the vehicle, bad axle seals on the front, bad ball joints, warped brakes, oil leak coming from the valve covers, check engine light 5 hours after purchase. I would stay away from this dealership. They try covering stuff up with spray paint and spread false info like a oil change was done whenever it wasn t touched

I have bought 2 cars and my son bought one. 2 months after I purchased my first car, transmission went out. John had it fixed in just a couple of days. 7 months later, the rack and pinion steering went and again John repaired it in just a couple of days. This car had over 130,000 miles on it and was 15 years old. I would have been a fool to think I wasn't going to have some issues. When I had the car about 15 months, I was rear ended and the car was totaled. John helped me deal with the insurance company who didn't want to pay value of the car. I bought the car back for $200 and John helped me get the body work done and back on the road. My son's car also had over 130,000 miles on it when it was purchased. Yes, there were a few issues i.e. brakes and a couple of minor things my boyfriend fixed easily and with minimal cost. My son drove that car all the way to Oregon and he kept it the 8 months he lived there.I have been there several times inquiring about certain cars and they outright said no, too many miles or problems for you with that one. Finally, John called and said I have the perfect car for you. It is beautiful and well taken care of. My boyfriend and I went to check it out. Took it for a long test drive. Came back and put half of downpayment on it and came back the next weekend and signed paperwork, gave the the rest of downpayment and drove off.John has always told me where each car was procured from and it was up to me to do my due diligence. No worries though, I have been well taken care of.While waiting on my insurance policy to come through, my boyfriend test drove a Ford truck...I see another purchase in the future!

I am very upset with your service for my friend. I have bought a truck from you and my daughter bought a van from you with excellent service. I sent a friend to purchase a vehicle from you and they were treated badly. They had 6000.00 to put down on a vehicle, but since they were black, they were told they could not afford any of your cars. They have great jobs (teacher and engineer) I will never purchase another vehicle from you again and I will tell all my friends, family to never buy from you. By the way I am white.

I had an incredibly pleasant experience here. I dread dealing with car salesman, but John was great. No pressure, no sales pitch, no bs. Just an offer of answering any questions I might have, and gave me plenty of space and time to make my decision.

Paid for a Buick with reasonable mileage , and the engine ran hot after months of payments. Received a Pontiac in exchange with high mileage. After a few days the check engine light came on the Pontiac. Wouldn't recommend this car lot

DON T BUY FROM HERE!!! Bought a truck a few months ago. Runs fine drives good. Ran a Carfax on it and come to find out the odometer was switched out and miles were not true. Now I m overpaying for a truck that isn t worth the money. Will be looking at legal actions to take.

Wish I had read reviews before I made a purchase. First of all, it is a boys club so if you are a women expect to be treated badly. A week after I purchased my car the brakes went out and I was inches away from a major accident. When I returned, they all laughed when I told them what had happened. They charged my the fix then brakes... It has not even been a year and they have gone out again. I have had to bring the car to the machinic 6 times since. This car has cost me so much money in a very short time!

WORST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER. There were so many things I didn't like about this place. I should have test driven my car right before signing my papers, because they did damage to the car in the 4 days it took them to get 2 new tires put on. They cracked the windshield and broke a strut so I had to get new struts and springs. They claim they didn't do anything, but both my husband and I test drove for at least 45 minutes each, AND had a mechanic check it out at a shop - and there were no noises from the struts 4 days before I bought the car. The mechanic also said it would pass inspection, at a shop that always fails inspection if you have any windshield crack, and yet the Tri City Motor guys claim the crack was already in the windshield. They went joy riding in my car before I signed the papers. They tell everyone that the car you're interested in, "runs like new". They tried to boss me around and tell me to sit in their office when I was busy looking up something in the lobby, they tried bossing me multiple times. They followed me outside when I got upset that they had 4 days to get the tire alignment done and they failed to do so, and I had to tell them multiple times to leave me alone. They harassed me about bringing them the purchase check in person and then they didn't have the car ready for me even though I took the morning off work just to do so, and they promised the car would be ready. Then I sign the papers to drive away, I noticed the new windshield crack and the noise from the struts. My husband and mechanic had checked out the car before buying and also didn't notice those issues during the test drive. Tri-city is worse than most car dealers from my experience - this place was stressful and ridiculously awful. There were many other sales lies and gimmicks, too many to list.

I am a disabled veteran and was recently screwed by Tri-state. I asked the salesman if anything was leaking because I can't get up from the ground because of my injuries. He assured me that nothing was leaking. I took it in for an inspection. The shop called to tell me the entire bottom was rusted out. They had to do 800 dollars of repairs for it to pass. I called Tri-city to see if they would pay at least half of the bill because I have to support a family of 3 on my disability. They cussed at me and called me a dumbass for letting them screw me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!!! If they treat a disabled veteran like this imagine what they'll do to you.

Well for years I have been trying to get a car from a car lot. For years I've been told no. I came here and John looked out for me. I have a nice 2013 navigator. So I'm glad I went here. So no complaints.....yet anyways

John is very helpful, we bought a 2009 Ford F150 truck and the coil was no good, so John had it changed and the truck runs like a top, very happy with the service and friendliness, I would recommend this place to buy cars or trucks.

If it was at all possible I would leave a rating of 1/2 a star the vehicle that I am leaving the post about was purchased on 10th of July for a 2000 s10 for 6900.00 it was only drove at most 50 miles and the check engine light has came on and will not turn off I have had it scanned and the codes that have came up was I have contacted John ClarksClark times via a phone and he was supposed to return my call and has yet to fail to return the call the breaks are now going out the radio has been locked since purchase and he has yet to unlock the radio the undercarriage is rusted like it sit for too long or sit in water and the driver's door is warped from where it has been wrecked this man is a complete rip off I will be looking into taking legal action over this matter

This place closely resembles a junkyard upon arrival, its nothing like what the little sales tactic they use on thier home web page states it is.I love the line, you dont have to haggle the price down because we already offer a big discount on our cars..good try.Be very weary of this place, most of thier cars look like whole sale auction cars or maybe flood cars from down south.I seriously thought it was a junkyard the first time I drove by,and they have cars sitting there that have been there a LONG TIME.Do your research is all I am saying, most used car lots have thier good and bad points, this place seems to be more negative.I would go to Beckham, and especially M&K first, make this your last stop shop.

Seems like your average used car lot,be cautious. They will offer to fix things before you buy, but you will pay for it.Not my first choice for sure.
