I love the location. Units are clean, secure, and right outside of town between new construction subdivisions and nothing. The store manager is wonderful. She s willing to work with you as much as she can. Unfortunately, corporate is not very customer friendly and unwilling to negotiate. So, make sure to measure twice and cut once before signing a lease. Corporate has no concern for needs of their clients or staff, no matter who was at fault. Again, clean and friendly and satisfactory location but read between the lines cause you ll be stuck with what you signed on for for two months. (i.e. my walk-in, climate controlled 10 x 10 storage unit w/ hallway access meant to be a drive up double the size. Housing inventory for 600 square foot retail space might be a challenge. I suppose I m putting the 8ft food warmer and extra kiosks in my living room for now ).

Jeanie the customer service was very helpful and kind. She went above And beyond to help me decide which unit would best got my needs. I would definitely recommend using I storage to my family and friends.

Jennie was super helpful and professional. I got the unit I needed and she made sure I knew about all the new stuff that they have updated recently. Definitely recommend getting a storage unit here.

Clean units and fast service. Customer service was excellent, thanks Jeannie!Edit: the corporate overlords are always raising rent prices. Good workers but a shady company. Started @ about $70 a month and was soon paying $100 a month.

I didn't like this place at all the people are never nice they are rude and disrespectful and no answers the phone! I'm so glad I moved out to a different company all together! Oh and the gate isn't locked at night like they say it is!

Had a couple technical issues when reserving the unit on the website, however Jeannie was a great help working out the problems and had wonderful customer service. She explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood all of my terms and conditions. I would highly recommend!!!

Location is clean and the ladies at the office are very friendly! They understood our situation and took great care of us including giving everyone water in the intense heat! Allison was amazing with getting us in and taken care of quickly! Would recommend these ladies and location to anyone

I recommend I storage Pontoon Beach location. Ask for Jeannie, she is awesome! Friendly, she know her job very well, she get you in and out. She make everything less stressful. I appreciate good customer service!!

Jeannie was extremely friendly and answered all questions. Location of storage is perfect and the facility is well kept and clean. Security cameras provide comfort and assurance when storing here. Set up process was easy and quick. Highly recommend.
