What a waste of time, never even responded to my estimate, had me go to the shop and take my own pictures and upload them. They never gave me a estimate or anything! Don't waste your time with this company!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I was so pleased with the front end work Snelson did on my vehicle! The staff was so professional and polite! They made the my experience painless, I was so pleased! I would recommend Snelson's Granite City without hesitation! I can't say enough good things about them.

They seem very unorganized. My name and address were misspelled after repeated three times. I called and rescheduled an appointment, the day of the appointment they had no idea. What made me most mad was I dropped my car off at the Swic location. Just to be cleaned. They drove my car a total of 22 minutes to their other location without my consent. (I know this because I have an app that tracks my cars location. I did not give permission for them to drive it across town or waste my gas! I never signed ANY paperwork. When my car was done, I asked the receptionist where is my car at? She said "where you picked it up" all confused. She never told me that they relocated my car and charged me full price!! I expected it to be cleaned at the location the guy scheduling my appointment asked me. So if they would have got into an accident, there was no paperwork saying they would cover it or I gave them permission to drive it. I do not trust them now, they were NOT honest with me.Also the interior I had clean was okay. They forgot to do the trunk!!! That should be included. I can still see dirt on the doors and missed pet hair. For $40 I expected better.

They treated us with dignity, fixed the damage to the car in a very prompt manor. We are pleased. Not to mention, they detailed the car for us too. it looks great...Thanks Snelson!!!
