Highly recommend! Called Scott s Auto Service to get my 16 Ram exhaust manifold and gasket replaced. They put me on their schedule I dropped my truck off. And had it back within a couple hours. And they didn t charge me an arm and leg to get it fixed! Super great family owned and operated company! I ll definitely use you in the future for repairs needed!Service: Exhaust

They are really good. They will track down issues till they get them solved. They basically rewired my electrical system and rebuilt most of my cooling system (separate incidences) in my 2007 Equinox.

Scott s Auto Service is the only auto repair shop my family will go to. Scott s is family run, professional, friendly, and fairly priced. They explain things so that the customer understands what exactly the problem is, and what they are paying for. I don t have to price shop or question if they are over selling. They are straightforward and honest. They work very hard to accommodate their customers, and I can t say enough good things about them. I recommend Scott s to everyone I know. I have that much confidence in them, and their business.

I was worried when the ownership changed. The previous shop was honest, trustworthy, efficient, and reasonably priced. I'm glad my concerns didn't pan out. We've gone to Scott's several times since it changed and I have been impressed they are still running so well. I brought in the vehicle expecting one thing, they called to let me know it was something else (and something much less expensive). You don't expect to get this type of honesty from auto shops. And they are pretty good about turning around the work quickly. Thanks for being such a great example!

They Fixed my oil leak for 198.00 wow I just got it out of the shop Madison Auto repair on Madison street. 350.00 dollars and it still had the leak. I was told fixing it would be 1200 so I had it towed to Scotts and problem solved for under 200 bucks

This is the best auto repair shop around! I've been going to this shop for years, though it went by a different name back in thr day. Scott's does a great job in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. If you want your vehicle fixed (actually fixed) with no hassles or any bull then go here. My family and friends that go here feel the same way - 100% reliable and they get it right!

Weber charged 2800 to NOT fix my car. Tried to sell me another. Scott's fixed in one day $360

Brought my car in for an alignment, and no one else was waiting. I told them I needed an alignment, check my trans belt because of squeaks, and change me oil. An hour and a half later I saw they had parked the car back in the spot I came in. So I had to inquire about the car. They charged me $44 for a 4 quart standard oil change. They said they could not give me an alignment I suppose because they don t want to buy an alignment machine. And after having to ask again about the transmission belt. The guy who does the work is hidden in another office where the front office lady keeps relaying messages to him and then tells me everything looks ok with the belt. So no solution given for the squeaky belt. I was hoping this would be a mechanic shop I could use in the future, but after that negative experience, I won t be back.

I had my car in here to fix the check engine light and spent over $3,000 to supposedly fix the problem. A couple weeks later my check engine light starts flashing which it never did the first time so I bring it back in. I get a call at the end of the day saying that my car is ready, when I get there I am told its going to be $195. What? They never called and said they were going to do work on my car and negotiate a price. How can they just do work on my car and not let me know how much its going to be before they start. Not a place i would recommend or ever go back to.

So I took my truck in , There s was a bracket issue for the rear end. There was also a rear seal leak, I had rear seal replaced by them about 2 years ago, so wasn t under warranty anymore, since I only had 7000 miles on it, they decided to warranty the repair, shows that they care and are honest. Never had a shop do this before!

Well I would say they're not professional mechanicsI called them ask them to put a oil pan on my 1987 Chevy truck and they told me they couldn't work on it cuz it was a 1987 is there something wrong with their tools they don't know how to work on a 1987 truck shoot it's easier to work on one of them is the new ones so very not professionalI will just do it myself just wanted them to do it was going to pay them because I didn't want to do it on the ground cuz I don't have a lift but I'll do it myself after that one that is the funniest thing I've ever heard any shop say in my life

They got my car in quickly, fixed the problem and reprogrammed my windows so they operated properly. I think they even vacuumed and washed it. Matt was great to work with.

Super friendly and very knowledgeable staff did amazing on my camaro which is like my baby even let me know what I was going to need but great prices and friendly staff will highly recommend and always take my car there.

Car has been in and out of shops because of check engine light. Dropped it off at Scott's and by noon he had found the problem and fixed it. Light has been off 5 days now.
