The ABSOLUTE WORST! DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR AND JUST GO ELSEWHERE!! 5 HRS for a basic 30hr oil change which was estimated to be 2 hrs and I was ok with waiting.Now it's been 3.5hrs of me waiting patiently! So I decided to ask for an update. No one could give me any sort of update or possible time frame of when now this 3.5hr basic oil change would be completed.Waited patiently for 1 more hr still nothing 15 mins later and now 5 hrs later they say there finally completing my paperwork. For me to get in my truck and now my check engine light is ON after they completed this 5hr oil change and didn't even close my hood. So when I did get ready to leave the parking lot my hood almost flew up and open on me while driving. Good luck for anyone that goes here. O wouldn't go back even if they to me that would work on my truck for free. FOREVER

We can t say enough about the service we received here. We had a loss of power issue on our RV w a Maxxforce 7 and pulled in late morning on a Monday. They were able to prioritize us for an initial assessment within two hours and Eric started working on it that afternoon. Eric was excellent - very patient, thorough and knowledgeable and very meticulous in the RV. He diagnosed the issue and he and Lucas worked to get the needed parts quickly and at a more reasonable than expected cost. We wouldn t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone needing service.

I truly had to take the time to acknowledge the gentleman Amel, each and every time my company has truck issues he ALWAYS solves them, even if we don t know what s even going on or what part we re looking for he takes his time to research and figure it out for us. If the part is not in stock he ll somehow some way get it the same day each and every time. Truly a pleasure to work with and that s why we constantly come back time and time again.

Quality Control is the name of actually haveing OEM parts for an international stood in the morning called earlier to get a part came there not 20 minutes after got there checked " its the same right?" "sales associate said " yeah" so thought nothing of it when i came back to take off the original part from the truck with the identical OEM part that was confirmed it was I looked deeper into knowing that the quality lazily done at best for1. the 3 holes that is screwed in arnt even slotted or drilled into it2 the main pin screw (black screw thats popped with the black metal cap)isn't even leveled theres extra left over metal that wasn't shaved down and an additional metal ring at the base of the cap.3 HOW CAN THIS BE OEM ????I just wanna know what kind of quality control is there when i keep having to make the "OEM part " to OEM fitting and need some kind of reassurance that theres a second look over when giving out the parts i dont want to rant since others have done the same in the review logs but come on this isnt my first time dealing with OEM parts NOT being OEM fitment at this locationSomeone at Rush take this to heart because for me and others this is down right laughable at the way its done( Tryed submitting photos into Goggle review of the parts quailtiy issue but was taken off)

Nice people 6 hours to do an oil change didn't change the water separator filter or clear the code when the mechanic drives truck and it says Service needed and he sees it but still doesn't clear it I went back in to let them know that code wasn't cleared one computer clear the code is on another truck getting Regen and they wanted me to wait till that got done which could be hours so I left my filter light came back on I had to stop at the TA and change my water separator filter because he didn't change it another $38 on top of the $435 they charge me to do the service.

Pretty reliable shop! Came in one week but they where real backed up and they let me know that the following week would be best to leave our truck there.. They did a great job, at the time of pick up the issue that it was brought in for was not fixed but they made it right and jumped right on it, thanks gentlemen!

Started out with discouragement with the time it took to get parts and the lack of qualified techs turned into an appreciation for the people here. Rob is a great guy and kept me on the progress of my truck! And a shout out for Bruce and his apprentice for getting the ball rolling and completely the job in a timely manner! He gave up a day off to get it done and I greatly appreciate the hard work he did! From one veteran to another I give my most heartfelt thanks!

Never return our emails, never tell us the truth about when things going to be delivered. New reps everytime we turn around. Hold times on the phone are rediculious. Just a nightmare to deal with or get anything from.

Matt Summers at the front counter is very helpful courteous. Always go above and beyond to assist with finding the correct parts. If you are at rush truck center in st louis and need parts Matt is your guy. His customers service is impeccable.

Absolutely horrible service!!! I called and asked if I could have a front end alignment completed on one of my coaches while they were in St Louis. They said sure, they aren t busy and if we get there first thing in the morning they can get me in and out. Well Coach arrived at 7:30am before they opened and they didn t start working on the Coach until 2pm! I told them if they couldn t get it done early in the day just let me know and I ll bring it somewhere else, they assured me they could get it done. Well here we are, coaches are supposed to be on the road and it s not finished! The person on duty could give me no explanation as to why we weren t taken first, all he could say was there was some trucks in front of you well that s funny because we were there before you opened! Coach still isn t done, they don t care, worst customer service I ve seen in a long time!! NEVER AGAIN!

After buying an International we were very excited and hoped it would be a good brand for our fleet but after this experience we are considering switching to Freightliner. We bought quite a few parts here and they gave us one that was wrong. When I tried to return it I was told I needed to have the original credit card otherwise I would have to wait 2 weeks for a check from Texas. So I left and went back another time with the credit card that was used for the original purchase. They said my card was declined for a return, not a purchase! Even when there are plenty of funds available. I called my bank and they did not see any activity on the card. So I left again to come back a third time when the manager who I originally spoke to would be there. He was out for the day at 2:15 on a Friday of course and the card was declined for my return again. My bank tells me there is no activity on the card meaning that the return is not going thru on their end but this is still my problem. I finally gave up and they are supposedly sending a check that will get to me whenever they feel like it. As a small business owner this whole experience has been completely unsatisfactory. I am obviously not a personal friend of the guys at the counter so this is a real review.

This is definitely not the place if you're an owner operator. I went in with a leveling valve leak. It was obvious, you can hear it leaking there. The mechanic comes to get the truck, sticks his hand under the leveling valve and says yes, your leveling valve is toast. That cost me $300 diagnostics. By the time I left the shop it cost me $814. And that was only the leveling valve. It will be a cold day in hell before I go back

I bought my first truck on the 7th of April and took it to them to inspect it. Even though it took two weeks for a part to come in I was always treated with respect and kept up to date on what the delay was. Derek is an employee who took matters into his own hands and got that part for me. I have to give a strong shout out to the VERY hard working Matt Summers. He works the front dest and to use the word multi task to describe what he does is an understatement. I told him as I waited for my key there is NO way I could do what he does. I say to all to have mercy on the guy because sometimes he has to work alone, answer phones, go to the rear and check on packages PLUS deal with people face to face. All alone (or so he was when I was there this morning). Keep up the good work guys and because of those two (and the tall guy who works Saturdays whose name I cant recall but helped me out and even gave me estimates when I first went in right at closing on a Saturday) and the black guy whose name escapes me at the moment but his name starts with a G and he wears glasses. Took make a long story short because of their professionalism I will be back and I recommend to all to try Rush Truck centers for their truck repairs in the Saint Louis area.

I normally don't even post reviews but this is one of the worst trucking repair shops I've ever been to in my life. Had my truck for over a month. Making up fake repairs for profit. Lying to customers etc. If could give no stars I truly would. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!

I had (and still have) two problems with my truck. Dies/dead throttle several times a day and overheating on the highway. After two weeks and several excuses, they determined that the two problems were related and replaced the water pump, thermostat, and fan clutch.The estimate that I was given was around $1200. The invoice that I received was almost $2000. After speaking with the rep, I paid almost $1500 for the repairs.The same day, I put the truck in service and it died 4 times and heated up to 240 degrees on the way home that evening.I have called twice in the past 2 days to speak to the service manager, Luke, who is never available. Not at 8 am, not at 5 pm.. Each time I am assured that Luke will call me back. Which he has not.Maybe they're good at something, but fixing trucks and customer service are not strong points.

One of the worst parts department. They won't do anything if you don't have a vin # . Even if you bring a part and say this is what I need still they won't even attempt to try to help without the vin. The company should get kids and pay then $6.50 an hour this unknowledgable un-usefull non labor is a shame.

Very poor customer service skills with the gentleman working the counter buy his self around 11am. I was there in line told what parts I needed and then I waited while he helped many other customers coming in after me. After 20mins of waiting for my parts he then wanted to say he was going to help another customer that came in after me with a return. Today the lost around 1000.00 because at that point I walked out. He was very rude with each customer he helped maybe having a bad day but not good when working with customers. Now at another parts company down the road getting my parts. Thanks for nothing today.

I came here with a problem with my a.c.. they replaced a broken hose and some other parts. While I was here I had them look at the rear leveling valve because I felt that the truck was riding too low. They told me I needed a new leveling valve. I held off on that replacement. Two days later my a.c. exploded everywhere. Took it to a different shop to find out that rush forgot to put the bolts back in on my a.c.. I again had my leveling valve looked at and they told me that the problem was the riser connected to the frame. It was too short. They replaced it and it works like a charm.Point is rush did shoddy work by leaving bolts out and tried to charge me for a valve I didn't even need.

I was over charged for parts and even charged sales tax although I'm rolling stock. I have an account in Illinois but hag to go to Mo to get the parts. These weekend counter people need to figure out who are good customers and who aren't!!!!
