You don't need no big fancy tire place l. These guys are trustworthy and friendly. They did everything they could to get us on the road when our valve stem leaked. Stupid autopart stores didn't have what we needed, but these guys came up with a legit solution and got us on the way to Colorado. Thanks a ton guys!

Do NOT buy any tires from Up & Out especially USED!!!(Yes, it was used but they are supposed to be in workable condition.)I bought three tires from them yesterday afternoon. It took them about an hour to do them, got home and one of them had a huge bump in it. Took it back up there and they took about an hour to fix it. They apparently had to call around and go get another tire to fix it since I had already paid for it. All this time, they didn t even bother to tell us what was taking so long. They stayed inside the garage most of the time, coming out a couple times and still not mentioning anything. We finally got it fixed and then went home to a low tire pressure sensor coming on to find out the two front tires were low (one being the one that was replaced). We aired them up, no biggie.Today, we drive to Collinsville and it came on again, by the time we got back to Granite, it was completely flat and messed up my rim.They told me they could charge me to tow it but couldn t fix it until tomorrow or charge to fix the valve stem which wasn t broke until they changed the tire.. they d rather leave you stranded out on the side of the road. Dude even mentioned if something happens within the week to let them know. Also mentioned he s a mechanic, he doesn t do tires BUYERS BEWARE!! Go somewhere else for used tires if you can t afford new at the moment.

I have bought two sets of tires from this tire place they're great people great prices like I said I buy new tires when I buy from them because they're so good and reasonable way better than Walmart's brand I think they're great

They are putting the wrong size tires on vehicles and hoping no one notices. when legal action is taken maybe it will stop. Does a deadly accident need to happen before anyone there cares?? I have children that could have been hurt.

Rude and unprofessional. Called to price for trailer tires and whoever answered the phone was more focused on continuing a conversation with their coworkers rather than greet a customer on the phone. I thought I had called somebody's home who was having a party. Said something about it out loud to my wife who was sitting next to me he popped back on the line to tell me if I didn't like the way he answered the phone I could call someone else. If I'd have taken a look at some of these reviews I probably wouldn't have wasted my time calling them

Called first and not sure who I talked to but they were very friendly. Pulled up and Drew was done changing my tire out for just 45 bucks in less then 10. I m buying a rim and going to be back for another tire. Great place

Extremely unprofessional!!! Spend your money somewhere eles. If I could upload my recorded call I would. The people are rude and answer calls like they are in a bar then yell at you on the phone. Don't go here!! Go to O'Brian or Pattersons.

Super friendly had no problem changing my tires even came to my neighborhood because i was on a flat! Love these guys! Nick is my favorite they are also super quick and reasonable!

Came at 3pm really needing a tire! I seen a worker changing tires with two other workers and He s coming up to me telling me We re closed when they close at 6pm! Felt discriminated! Never going there again! WORST EXPERIENCE!

There s so much I can say right now, but I m not only because it s a black on business and I m not into turning down another black person but I would advise anyone who is needing a tire not to go to this place.

Stopped by here to get a nail removed from my tire on short notice. They removed and patched my tire up in 5 minutes and barely charged me anything. I can't recommend them enough. Excellent service
