They are always quick and kind. I've been using them for over 10 years and drive from Collinsville to Granite so I Know the job is done right. And Ladies get a $10 off coupon on Thursdays. Can't beat the service or atmosphere.

The guys were nice and all, but they forgot to put back on my oil cap.Not the worst thing to forget, but it basically renders the oil change useless. Now I need to get another oil change due to dust/debris getting into the value cover and replace the cap.Service: Oil change

Had a full service oil change done. Service was quick. The gentleman that ran the place were very sociable and talkative. The price was great. I recommend you use local businesses only.. not a national chain.

Rapid Lube was truly amazing. They were extremely helpful, and they got me in and out. I received an oil change, and they replaced my air filter. Honest people, and you don't have to worry about them trying to overcharge.

Great customer service. They were honest and patient. Spent time to explain full synthetic vs. regular oil to me and showed me the paperwork for what my new car needs. I will be coming here for all of my oil changes.

We stopped by (without appointments) for an oil change earlier this afternoon and the gentleman at the counter explained the service options clearly & concisely to us. The people at the shop were all very friendly, worked quickly, and finished up within 10 minutes. They also honor military discounts for service members - I didn't even have to inquire about it! I'm extremely satisfied with their performance and professionalism. I recommend giving these guys a shot!

RUN- RUN- RUNI took 2 cars to get the oil changed there in the same day and I wish I never would ve went there the first car I have a bad smell of oil burning The second one they screwed up big Time the battery light and the brake light is both on and wasn t before I went thereThey DO NOT KNOW what they are doing and who knows how much it s going to cost to fix. STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR! Do it yourself or pay the dealer you will save yourself a headache!Service: Oil change

Thursday is ladies day! Go and get your discount. The staff here are friendly, some are hilarious, and all our knowledgeable. You don't ever wait long - and I know that makes a difference for those who are on the go & have to-do lists a mile long.

Waited 10 mins in the opening of an open bay , guy doing the oil change in the next bay never acknowledged my presence after making eye contact,.then made a phone call .never said a word . Nobody ever came out or even acknowledged me so I left . They couldn t have cared less about Someone waiting for an oil change .will never return .

I went here about 4 months ago. I'm only giving 2 stars because the work was done right. But as I watched them.do my oil change there was a moment when dude was smoking his cigarette SITTING IN MY CAR! Very unprofessional. Had my car smelling like smoke. I will not be back!

A little bit more expensive for an oil change then other places, but they check out all your other fluids and most importantly they have never tried to upsell me when I've gone there. Quality service center.

I'm either going to change this to a 5 star or 1 star depending on the next couple days. Got an oil change and the check engine light came on while driving home. Autozone said it's a coolant fault. The radiator lid was a little loose. Hope that was all it was.

Had an oil change done in and ended up with stripped threads so drain plug was letting oil leak.Found out after going to walmart that they hadn't changed the oil filter either cause it still had a walmart oil filter.Tried calling the owner no response. Now I need to replace the oil pan.Most places won't do oil change because of the leaks from drain plug.
