Broke down tire on a Sunday in St. Louis and our tire couldn t be delivered till Tuesday. Called Patterson upon a very highly recommended suggestion. I have a close friend who said they did a full set of tires for her Mrs. cook and she said best price in town check them out. We went in around 11 and they had tire in stock and got us in and out. I appreciate you all for the kind service and fast work. We made it back to Texas safe. I will continue to spread the good word.

My mother paid these thieves almost 4000.00 to put a motor in her Chrysler sebring..the first motor they installed ticked and used oil...barely ran. After jumping through hoops they finally agreed to install a better engine with a one year warrenty. AGAIN they installed a junk engine that ate more oil than the last..The motor gave out within a couple months. THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY turned into a 30 DAY WARRANTY. So two motors and 4000.00 dollars later and my mother has a blown up car..Good luck with these crooks..All we wanted was a fair deal. We have and will continue to spread the word around about this place. Absolutely unacceptable.

Brian and Kevin and their team are amazing. My AC in my new Lexus sports car went out after only having the car for two years. I took it to the dealership in hopes of the extended warranty covering it. It didn t and they were going to charge 2k+. Took it to Patterson and Brian immediately told me it wouldn t be close to that price. They took care of the diagnosis and got everything fixed all in one day, all for an extremely fair price.I have also taken my Lexus to Pattersons twice for new tires when given an absurd price from the dealership, and was given a honest price and was fixed up very quickly.Gonna save some time and money and just skip the dealership any time I need any work done. Highly recommend this shop. Very trustworthy, honest, and reliable business, thank you so much!!Services: Tires, Auto A/C recharge, A/C installation & repair

Brian and Kevin are the best in the business! It doesn t matter what the issue is or how last minute, Patterson Tire is always willing to help my family and I in a bind. We will continue to use Patterson and refer anyone to them! This is the 2nd time in a month that they have fit us in same day and they clearly take a lot of pride in what they do. Bought a set of tires...one went flat..took it off and took it to patterson to be fixed ( supposed life time warranty for puctures) was told it was not a pucture...but a corroded rim....and was told I would be charged next time...took tire home and put back on truck..went flat 5 minutes later..took to another place and they found pucture in tire....obviously patterson just put air in tire and handed it back with out checking for leak....over the years I have bought several sets of tires from patterson..never again..you lost my business.Service: Tires

Very unsatisfied. I made an appointment for 10am after being told it would be best to make an appointment and by 1pm my car still hadn t even been started on. I simply just needed rear brakes and even bought the brakes myself. Would not recommend this place.

I brought my 2001 Dodge 3500 Dually here for an alignment. I explained what I wanted and they gave it back with exactly my requested camber specs adjusted properly (most shops that I've used in the past don't know how to adjust a 2nd gen dodge camber) and made sure the steering wheel was dead straight! (Usually shops skip this step too). I'm very happy with the results and the truck drives better than ever. I will definitely be returning for future work.Service: Wheel alignment

I went in for new tires. Here we are a month later and my steering wheel shaking. So I seemed a second opinion from another tire shop and Patterson didn't balance my tires! But they sure charged me for it. And they also broke my key which costed 300.00 dollars.

They told me my problem was the EFI. The mechanic had to tear it down 2 times over parts he should have replaced with the EFI. 5 months later I was told the problem might be something else. Total cost $3ooo (parts), $700 (towing) $1200 (labor) and my vehicle is still getting towed. This is all true. They said they did me a favor by only charging me $1200. From the looks of reviews, I guess they would be good for tire service. DO NOT USE FOR ENGINE/TRANSMISSION.Service: Engine repair

My wife and I burst a tire a day before our vacation ended. We were lucky enough to be staying near Patterson's. They gave us a great deal on a new set and did the change the same day, excellent service particularly on a Saturday morning. Everyone we encountered was friendly and very helpful. We love going here! The staff is great! Friendly, polite, and informative. They have been fantastic in helping my young adult daughter service her car. Always speaking to her with respect and being helpful. Never have they tried to take advantage of her or give her misinformation. My husband and I get all of our tire work done here too. No complaints at all. Thanks for great quality work without overcharging customers!!

Never take your car her lmao, it took them a month and a half to even look at my car and then for 3 months it's just been sitting there because they're "waiting on a part". Unironically take your car to AutoZone lmao

Honest people here and great service and price will be coming here for all of my auto needs. $39 for oil change everywhere else about $80. Paid $700 for 4 brand new tires with 75,000 mile tread.

This is an update! Remember to always make an appointment. You may have to wait a couple of days because they ARE BUSY, BUSY but it's because they have excellent service. I finally went in for my oil change and my little red truck was leaking. The leak was a water pump. Whoa! It was leaking bad, very bad and the cost is bad news. But it needed to be done. Because I had an early appointment I got the oil change and the water pump. All in that day. I was told the the parts for the water pump had a Life Time Warranty and if something goes wrong, just bring my little red truck in and its ALL done for FREE. And my old saying is...If it's free, it's for me. Anyway in the past at other places I was told a 12 month warranty only. Now this warranty is only on certain things I would imagine, so ask if your having something done. Is there a warranty? The people are very friendly and helpful. Now their waiting room is a little chilly in winter so dress warm but they do have cable tv, hot coffee and the people you meet while waiting on car to be serviced are so friendly. Anyway this is my update. I will continue to do business there. Talked to a gentleman about how much it would cost for front-end alignment on my truck. Cost was as expected, reasonable and you can make an appointment which is a plus. The gentleman was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. I plan on checking out tires and oil change which I will need sometime next year. They also will give you a quote if you go on line and fill out a questionnaire. I did not do this. I prefer to go to the establishment and see if they are friendly or helpful directly. The gentleman passed the test. Price and friendliness.

I was referred to this business by a family member and my expectations were exceeded! I was helped by Brian who took the time to listen to what I needed and was just a genuinely kind person to talk to. The wait time was not long and the prices were very fair. Highly recommend this business even if you are not a local...well worth the drive!

This is my first review ever on a business, I had an appointment at 10:30am for a wheel Alighnment for my 1994 chevy 1500. They did not call me to tell me my truck was finished, I called them and they said the truck has been done. After I get there and pay for the Alighnment I drive it down the road it it s pulling way harder to the right then when I brought the truck in. After going back and confronting them about the issue they said they forgot to tell me that my left front upper control arm bushing was bad, my gearbox was loose, and also my idler arm needed replaced, and that I would need to get all those parts fixed and come back for another Alighnment. They did not call me to let me know of any of those problems before proceeding to do the alighnment anyway and charge me for it. Also the reason for doing the work anyway the guy at the desk told me I thought you knew what you were doing .Service: Wheel alignment
