By far the best O Reilly I have ever visited. My work trucks brakes went out 400 miles from home and we "limped" into the parking lot literally spraying brake fluid from a busted caliper. These guys let us "borrow" tools and jack/stand to repair our situation in the parking lot. Thanks again guys!! Total lifesaver...

this is my store. I will not go anywhere else. the staff is great never have to wait long and they will walk you through any job your doing. if you're stuck, call them up they have the tips and tricks to help you finish.

Decent prices, smiling and helpful faces, and everything you'll ever need to get your car parts and more! And get this!.....if they don't have something you need, they can order it! (Mostly car parts that is.) Definitely my go-to for all things automotive!!!!Oh and another plus *for the women who feel like a monkey in a museum everytime we walk into an automotive store.... these people don't make you feel this way! They actually make you feel welcome, equal, and are very helpful and polite to help anyone out with anything they don't know or understand. They even provide a couple services including my favorite, they lend out "bigger" tools for bigger jobs!I wouldn't recommend anywhere else after the very 1st time I shopped here. Never went anywhere else since!

Highly don t recommend spending money here if you are Of African decent. I just spent $390.17 for brake-pads, front driver and passenger side pads and rotors on all four sides. I came back in to make sure I wasn t getting the wrong pads because I still had a older box of pads laying around. the younger gentleman was Rude as could be and refuse to help clarify the concern I had. 02-17-2023

If anyone goes into O'Reilly Auto parts in Granite City Illinois go to Old Man Cliff he knows what he is talking about and he is good at what he does . He has never gotten me the wrong parts .

The staff is awesome! They helped me reset the check engine light. The competition reset but made me feel that it needs services ASAP. Dirty sensors !

I'd give them a 5star if it wasn't for the grumpy [lets say "experienced"] man. I haven't had just 1 highly negative experience with him I've had more than I could count with all my fingers n toes.I'll give him this he definitely knows his way around a vehicle and the store. But when it comes to interacting with a human being he absolutely fails miserably every single time.If you don't know 100% exactly what part you need he will snap at you and perhaps even throw something in your direction cursing under his breath just cause you misspoke or forgot a minor detail about the part needed. In my opinion that's why I choose O'Reilly over other known stores/websites I won't name. Because I can walk in knowing very little and they always find a way to communicate and resolve the issue. Usually I leave with exactly what I need. NOT WITH THIS GUY. DO NOT SHOP WITH HIM unless you want to leave the store P'offPs don't rush him he will charge you more and upsell you. The whole time while rushing you. Thanks have a great day hope this saves someone from losing hair over a simple carpart

They take the time and effort to make certain you get the right parts. Nice to not have to run ten time to get the things you need as the case many times with other parts stores.

They have the parts man cliff that used to work at houser he is probably the best parts guy I've ever dealt with he's faster with the books than most people are with the computer and has a deep knowledge of almost anything automotive

Had a car battery on its last legs not holding charge. The staff quickly tested it and confirmed my alternator was fine but the battery only had a minimal amount of charge. Bought a new one and they swapped it in for the old fast. Car starts like a champ now. 10/10 I ll be back if I have another problem part to replace.

Friendly and knowledgeable, bought lifetime pads from them, and forgot who I bought them from and they looked it up and found that I bought it there. Very helpful and courteous

These guys are great. Went out of his way to help. I was passing thru the area lost a bolt to my front brakes didn't have it in stock but the guy searched other bolts and found a match to the threads and berry close to length to get me back on the road. I feel he went out of his way to help me.

Korey is the absolute best counter car parts guys I have ever met. Knows his stuff, plus if your a regular remembers your name and even phone number. He is the best !!!!

Wasnt sure if I needed coolant. Tried getting the cap off myself but couldn't. The staff went out of their way to check for me and helped me pour it in. They are always so nice even when I struggle to explain what I need. I never go anywhere else.

This used to be my go to store for parts, but recently there has been numerous changes of personnel, and is no longer the friendly place to shop for auto parts!! The old gang knew what you needed but the new personnel seem to have no idea what is going on. They appear to guide a customer to more expensive parts instead of listening to the customer. I will be going elsewhere in the future!!

Stopped in to get a couple 2" bolts, but of course it being a auto parts store they don't carry bolts...??? Service was good though and they were open so that's a plus.
