I stopped by O'Brien Tire for some quick and necessary assistance. I'm 62 and retired. A wonderful young man named Eric came up to me and offered assistance without me even asking. Physically helped me with my tire situation on the spot, eased my mind with knowledge and assurance and I was on my way. No charge. Eric was happy to help. We went back and purchased the necessary tire from O'Brien Tires two days later. Good, helpful service like that is a joy to experience in these hard times. Thank you Eric!

I went to O Brien tire and service center for new tires and received far more. The sitting room is neatly decorated and has a lot of cool history surrounding the store which entertained me while waiting. The coffee and drinks in the waiting room were really cool and made it more comfortable! I came in for tires and they fixed other minor issues I didn t even know I had and took care of them! I highly recommend O Brien for your car needs. They will take care of you!

I have never felt more safe and trusted taking my car to get worked on, a quote... anything ! They are VERY honest and are by far the best in town!! I would highly recommend them!!! Well for example, I trust them to service/work on my 82 year old grandma's 2 vehicles. They ALWAYS explain everything very thorough and are extremely professional!! I can't say enough about O'BRIEN'S!!!! If you haven't tried them....whatcha waiting for?! ;) you'll thank me :)PLUS!!! They are ALWAYS willing to give back to the community! FOR ME, THAT'S HUGE!!! I will continue to send anyone & everyone I know your way and always share your posts!!! And let me add, their waiting room.... top knotch! Drinks, snacks, comfortable sitting, TVs, etc. makes your waiting time seem like NOTHING!!#TeamO'Brien

Our Jeep is now safe and drives and rides like a new vehicle. No one likes to pay for repairs, but O'Brien Service Center performs quality and thorough work with fair pricing.

O'Brien is the best place to visit. Went to the Mazda dealer and they told me that both brakes on car were bad and needed to be replaced and then flushed. Got the rear brakes done by them and then went to O'Brien to do the front brakes.O'Brien called me up and let me know there was no point in replacing the front brakes or flushing at this time since the front brakes were still over half on the pads. They saved me $500 for the combination of brakes + flushing through them, and easily over $800 at dealer. Highly recommend O'Brien for your needs as they won't just do things that make no sense.

I was told this place is Honest, they will take care of your car, that's a Lie, I heard a sound coming from the bottom of my car, I was told, I need new motor Mounts, $1,010 I said ok, after the car was repaired, I drove away on my way to work and I was hearing the same sound, I called them and the mechanic said you need Heavier oil to stop the noise because you need a New Engine, (Wow)... they didn't tell me that, taking away my options to put my money twords another engine or another car, (Shady Mechanic), didn't tell me I needed another engine until after they stole $1,010 from me without telling me about the problem I brought to there attention, instead they wanted to make money by any means necessary telling me about a problem, That wasn't brought to there attention, making me Believe, Fixing the Motor Mounts was the problem, basically they stole One Thousand Ten Dollars from Me, This Place must be Under new Management because (Honesty)...Is No Longer Their Policy, Shady Mechanics! Take Your Car To Someone Else, They Will Charge You For A Problem But Will Not Tell You About The Problem You Brought To Their Attention until after Stealing! Your Money! (Beware Shady Mechanics)!!!!!(Update) I Took My Car To Another Auto Mechanic Shop, Engine Is Fine, Another Lie By O'Brien Tire & Service Center, The Noise Was Coming From My Flywheel They Changed It And Repaired It And Now My Car Is Running Fine No Noise, Saved Thousands By Not Looking For (Another Engine) But I lost Over A Thousand Dealing With O'Brien.Warning Keep Driving & Stay Away From This Business.

The online booking is a great feature. On this particular booking I got the text confirmation an hour before the appointment, but that was ok. I booked the night before and knew when I would be in town. Plugging the hole where the screw was took an hour, but I think they had a staff meeting after lunch and did not think to change the online booking program to block out time for their staff meeting. O Brien Tire has always provided great service to our community.

I had OBrien change oil, wheel alignment and check a tire for proper balance. Excellent service performed in a timely manner. Everything I expected and more. They even vacuumed my vehicle!

O'brien has never done me bad far as my tire needing to fixed or rotating them. Our family trust them fully. keep up the good work. Also waiting room is super clean Heather was awesome. Its very rare to go to a place that treat you nice as o'briens. Ian brought me to the back checked me out and also sanitized my keys and bank card after he had use them. Just awesome!!! Love the fact they never try to upsale you on things that might need to be done . Also drinks and snacks are complimentary.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

We were traveling from NJ to KC with a boat we had just bought.. when 2 of the 6 tires shred to almost nothing. Errick the manager told us he only had 4 of the 6- so we offered to take our personal vehicle to pick them up so he can put them on.. He said He would take care of it.. He went HIMSELF and got the other 2 we needed to make it the 6. They were fast, Very friendly, and VERY VERY pocket friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this place, and hopefully never have to, but will use them again if we get in a pickle! thank you O'Brien for getting us back on the road in no time!

We were traveling from PA back to CO when we must ve ran over a nail. Fortunately, we were able to find this place right before closing. From the minute we called, they helped us quickly and efficiently. Very friendly staff, thank you for turning a stressful situation around and helping us!

I've used O'Brien for close to 30 years and my father is who recommended them to me after using them for decades prior. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and priced well for all of the services they provide. I moved to MO several years ago and continue to take my vehicles back to be serviced by them, as I have not found anyone comparable to the great job they do and for the price they quote.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

I can t say enough good things about this place. I got a large nail in my tire, and it turned out that I needed new tires anyway. Eric came out looked at my tires, wrote me up a detailed estimate, the price was reasonable, they were able to get my new tires on the same day. The receptionist Candy was very sweet and helpful. The waiting area was very clean and the free snacks and drinks were a nice touch. I very highly recommend this business.Services: Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

I camped here overnight for tire service the next morning. Got in on time. Decent price for 2 tires for my Ford 350, class c winnebago. It is Harvest Host site. Couldn't find electrical hookup on Sunday night but otherwise all was aok.
