Adam the store manager was very helpful, him and his team took very good care of me and my vehicle. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, they got my vehicle right in without delay. They inspected my steering components, and properly aligned my vehicle. I was back on the road within an hour. I have had no issues since my visit and my vehicle no longer pulls to the right, it also rides better on the highway. The complimentary water kept me hydrated during my visit, and the TV in the waiting area kept me entertained. The place was very clean and not a chaotic mess or noisy, unlike many other auto mechanic shops in the St Louis Metro Area. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs. The Staff and Service was Excellent!! Btw it was only $98 for an alignment and I got same day service. #WinWin

I am so impressed with Granite City Meinicke. I don t know what to say. I had to trust somebody to do this work to my classic I just knew I could trust him. I am completely 100% back safe, secure completely happy I am the first owner of my car for all these years and they just secured me for 20 more years. I really appreciate it. I m so happy happy holidays. Thank you Meineke PS Granite City Meineke had to put up with me, being a crybaby, running in the store, begging for help and they delivered the mechanics been there for 12 years and he damn sure knows what he s doing. They also charge you for the actual time they fix your car they don t hold your car for more time and they called me as soon as they was done I was impressed and now I m VIP and I get discounts so I say go to Meinicke get a warranty and get some discounts it s the truth shocking but I just did it I think his name, Josh, but I like all them

I purchased 4 new tires, had them balanced and a wheel alignment done in under an hour. I was very pleased with the professional service and courteous manner that was provided to me. I recommend Mieneke to all.

My experience at Meineke was unthinkable, I've been a customer to this business for well over 12 years and I've never had such rude disregard also disrespected service as I had at this location. The service worker Mr. Adams asked me what I needed so I began to explain to him just and oil change and wind shied wipers. Before I even gave him my keys I stated to him, I'm in the award program I would like to use my points to pay for my wipers, he then stated well I'm not sure about that but I will check im kind of new here at this location, I told him no worries.He printed the invoice and the wipers where on there I then again address the wipers and asked will he take those off as far as me paying out of pocket because I can go to the place that I usually go which is where my service is always excellent. I also told Mr Adams that I am in a service program that pays for my oil changes and I have to call to get authorization for the oil change to be paid for by the company he said okay which was the whole reason why I didn't want the wipers on there because the wipers are not included. He stated he was going to call his boss hopefully his boss was going to answer the phone. I told him okay let me know. I'm on the phone with my service provider for paying for my oil change all while he's giving me the invoice telling me how much the total price with the wipers. I asked him again did you find out how to use the points so I can pay for the wipers at this point for some reason Mr Adams got really rude really disrespectful and started yelling that he did not know anything about that program the point system that Meineke has and at their store they did not honor it per his boss I told him that's fine no worries again he wanted to talk to me and tell me that I signed the invoice and I knew what I was signing and I simply stated to him but I told you that I wanted to use the points and if you all didn't honor it or you didn't know anything about it that I would just go somewhere else and I was just so bothered by the service that I received from him he even yelled at the service guy and told him to go out to my car and take the wipers off of my car I've never been treated so rudely with a service that I'm paying for from Meineke ever so I'm looking forward to having this issue resolved and I had to pay out of pocket for my oil change and my wipers. I never have an issue with paying for any service that I'm getting but the fact that I have a service program that I pay for and that I've used many times before and also the fact that Meineke has a point program that they offer on their website and in store this is totally unacceptable I will never go to that Meineke again ever Granite City Illinois and I really hope that this matter can be resolved.Thank you.

Josh and Adam are great!! I have been to meineke 3 times this month and each time I have dealt with both of them. They definitely go above and beyond!!! Josh is very friendly, talking to you more like a friend instead of just a customer. I will always take my vehicle to them!!! Very much appreciate a place that is honest and not just trying to get you for more money.

Was having issues with my battery terminal. After going to 4 different places, finally came here. The man that took care of us was super helpful and got us in and out quickly for a great price. Would recommend them to anyone.

First, the 2 employees I dealt with were both professional.Second, the rating is low because of the sticker shock.And yes, I know they offer financing, but I'm not going to finance something so outrageously priced.

Called in for 2 new rear tires , upon arrival they wanted me to sign for over 1,200 dollars for a pair of wrangler truck tires , manager said that's what you paid last time , I told him look again I got 3 tires last time . Then he said oh yeah but prices have gone up , then said he would do 990 dollars at that point I walked out. Hope it was worth loosing my companies fleet business.

Joshua was soooo helpful and patient with my service needs. I have a 6inch lift on my jeep wrangler and he helped fix a major oil issue I had going on. He explained everything in full detail and in layman's term. Thank you!!

Josh was the guy that took care of my car and he did an amazing job i was in and out he was straight forward and reasonable about the price super nice and they have great service and hospitality I would recommend them very highly and i will be taking my car to them anytime i have a problem with it

Avoid Meineke in granite City!!!I got my cvs axle and rotor replaced at meineke in granite city and they didn't put it on right. It was loose cause popping noises and my brakes would grind on rotor which obviously is unsafe. I took it there three times the first two times I was told nothing was wrong so I took it to obrien tire. O'Brien told me the axle was very loose and could potential cause accident and damage my transmission. I took it back to meineke the third time and told them obrien said the axle is loose and rotor needs fixed I had video it needs fixed. So I leave there for two days and they tell me it's your strut that's wrong nothing we did is wrong. So again I take it up to O'Brien's get another video with it in the air showing that axle is loose and rotor is messed up and needed fixed. I called while I was there and told meineke again hey this needs fixed my jeeps in the air you can literally touch on axle it's loose the rotor is grinding this needs fixed I have video will you fix it. Manager meineke tells me I trust my mechanics work I said so your not gonna fix it even thou I have video he proceeds to hang up on me.I reached out to corporate who said that shop would make it right. I called today after corporate told me to call them again so they can make it right. They still refuse to admit fault and reimburse me for the costs of having to have the work redone. Don't go to this shop they will mess up your car and not take responsibility it could cause major accident and more costs getting it fixed right.Update they refused to fix them so I had to buy new ones and have work redone at another shop.

I recently had an unexpected--and unpleasant--problem with my 2013 Chevy Cruze. I was getting low-oil-pressure warnings which kept recurring over the past couple of weeks, even though the car had never done this before. Turned out my valve cover had sprung a leak--but Meineke was able to repair the car in approximately four hours time--which is a good thing because I really rely on that car...Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

My daughter took her vehicle in for a simple tune up and they messed something up in the transmission. Over a month kept her car telling her one lie after another and district manager never would call her back and 2 weeks later after having her car over a month they can't do anything for her. The manager Aron is clueless. They also refused to tell me who the owners were. Worst place ever!!! I called the BBB and have read several reviews that other people have experienced the same thing. That place needs to be held accountable. I am contacting my attorney.Service: Auto engine tuning

Made an appt for an oil change. I was greeted n seated. My keys were returned to me in about 45 mins! Aaron was congenial, professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service and the personnel!

Been dealing with this Meineke for 10-15 years. Very good service. They have a new crew as I found out when I brought my vehicle in. They inspected the front suspension. When done no one bothered to talk with me. The man behind the counter just handed me a work order for over 1,600 dollars. Took it to another Meineke for a second look. ( NO WORK NEEDED EVERYTHING OK) Used caution.

Had a wonderful experience over the weekend! One of the only places with weekend hours available. Called to see if they could repair the issue we were having with failed bearings. Will was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Scheduled an appointment for the next morning online. Dropped the car off the night before via night drop box. Next morning, Will called to let me know what was wrong. Was thorough, patient, and informative. Work was completed within a couple goes. Two wheel assemblies replaced, brakes, rotors, and one caliper replaced. Car drive great! I will definitely go back there!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement

My worse experience ever. They did replace some gaskets and a few other things. But they made my car worse that the car died while at a stop every time. I had taken it back 4 times and they refused to fix the problem. They broke a clip that holds the wire in and made a vacuum leak worse. Then they bent one of the motor mount bars and did not reconnect it to the motor. This company has nothing but very incompetent mechanics. Even when I took the car back the last time I showed them what they did and they said we are not fixing anything else on your car . I paid over 1500 for nothing they just rip you off and won't take responsiblity for what they broke cause my car wasn't like that before they worked on it. Stay far away from Meineke on Madison Ave in Granite City.Service: General repairs & maintenance
