I would like to try and sum up my experience at Mastercars co inc . I strongly recommend everyone that is planning on make a car purchase to stop by if your local and meet the folks at mastercar . I quickly realized for a family oriented car dealership it s clear why they are still in business after 20 years . They are passionate about cars and motorcycles !! It was apparent from the first interaction that they take pride in all that they do . From selecting vehicles to providing the best service and experience possible . When I say there was no question unanswered , every form of contact Was either answered or promptly responded too . ( and I live in a different time zone ) They have a wide variety and selection of vehicles and motorcycles to fill any desire . Looking around their shop I felt everything was carefully choosen for quality and desirability . These people are serious about their reputation. They want to please their customers and succeed in this industry . They have definitely raised the bar for other dealerships to strive for . Everyone I met at the dealership was there because they wanted to be there . It was a career of passion for them not just a job . In today s world, that is so hard to find . The purchase I made was everything they said it was and more . There were tons of pictures and documentation . They were honest and up front and no hidden surprises or tricks . Honestly I was feeling it was too good to be true but the whole experience was great .I feel like I not only made a great purchase but I made some new friends . This dealership and people have earned my trust . I flew in ( they even picked me up and brought me to the dealership ) and met everyone and drove the car home 1,000 miles with no issues !

Master Class Cars have exceeded my expectations! A pleasant car buying experience, most of it done online. Other dealerships turned me away, wanting $12,000 down payment. Master Cars acquired financing for me at $0 down. They are true car guys selling cars. They made it possible for me, they can do the same for you. Don t hesitate to contact them. I am glad I did. They are true car guys selling cars. The salesman of the year, great guy Todd, even came to my house so my wife could sign the paperwork. They really go above and beyond to make the sale. Call them now and get the car you want. Don t waste your time at other dealerships that treat you like a number. These guys make you feel part of the family.

Alright so I purchased a 2016 CTS from here. This was the best buying experience ever. They got me great financing & was very helpful/friendly. I made the mistake of waiting too long on deciding to have extended warranty. They went above & beyond to make that happen for me. If they don't have the car you're looking for. They will try & locate one for you & discuss pricing through them. I highly recommend them. Again great great customer service.

I purchases a 2016 doge challenger hellcat from here they did what no other place could and got me in the vehicle I wanted and made sure it was affordable for me even with not best credit. So will Def keep my business thanks tod and the finance ppl for everything.

I had been looking for a clean, lower milage sports car for my son that was stationed in Texas...he found the 2004 Corvette online..I showed up to Master Cars without an appointment and Todd was more than happy to answer all my questions about this Corvette. After he offered me the test drive I knew I found the right car! The paperwork and pickup was hassle free Thanks for the great purchasing experience and awesome car!

We absolutely LOVE buying cars from Mastercars! They make a very stressful process EASY and fun. You can tell that all the employees truly love what they do and help you find exactly what you were hoping. We have bought our last 5 cars from there and will be lifelong customers no doubt about it. I got referred to master cars by my friend I m not one to buy from used car dealerships I normally buy from the dealership But these people that work at Master Cars are awesome when they found out my interest rate was going to be astronomical they call a bank in Saint Jacob called State Bank of Saint Jacobs they approve me no problem anger my jeep refinanced and saved me $300 a month these are awesome people to work with Todd was amazing to speak with and work with his coworker that took me on the test drive was amazing as well I appreciate running into the people that master cars and look forward to working with them in the future.

Great car buying experience. Worked with Chance. They were very accommodating with my schedule and I ended up getting a great deal on a C7 Vette. These guys are real car people and they know their stuff. Great family owned business and the owners are just fantastic people. If you're looking for a performance/luxury car, I'd put these guys at the top of your list to visit.

Place has over priced vehicles and might be stolen. Chopped and rebuilt. Could be scrap yards and rebuilt. Buddy of mine bought 1 and it was trash. They wouldn't work with him. Said it's called buy here pay here as is. They scammers.

Quick and easy purchase, and the car was delivered to Michigan the next day! Todd arranged everything, it was delivered as promised and shipping was super quick and professional. Would purchase from here again.

All the staff members at Mastercars are kind and make you feel welcome even if your just walking by and stop to relax for a moment. The sell high quality sports cars. What I like is they welcome trade-ins on non sports cars. I've bought 2 so far and both were great cars sold to me at a great price. Other banks won't finance you, give MasterCars a try. It worked for me. I'm not joking. Go in and check it out yourself.

This was by far the best car buying experience I ve ever had. There was no haggling or back and forth. We had the deal done very quickly. All of the staff that my wife and I met were awesome. I d definitely buy from them again. I also highly recommend this dealership.

These guys are great!I bought a Harley and couldn't be happier.Price was on point,excellent sales staff "Dino" and the finance department..If you need clean bike or car I strongly suggest you check out Master Cars!

Be careful dealing with this dealership. They lied about the vehicle I purchased from them saying "non smoker" - has huge hole in the driver seat! How was that missed? Truck smells terribly of smoke. I asked about cracks in the dash: Response was "only one small unnoticeable crack" when in reality there are 3 major cracks and the dash is flopping around. They also said the body had no work done and the vehicle was accident free, when in reality it has major sections of the body replaced, so poorly that its obvious only in person. Once I received delivery, I called to complain and they assured me they would file a complaint on my behalf, except they waited and waited and eventually no claim was possible.HUGE HUGE NO. DON'T DO IT. SHADY DEALERSHIP NIGHTMARE.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! not worth it

Top of the line customer service. Honest. Todd was an amazing salesperson, he picked me up from the airport just so I can look at the car I was interested in. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and the whole process took no longer then 30 minutes as they prepared all paperwork before I even arrived! I'd definitely buy another car at this dealership.

I have heard about Mastercars Inc on the radio for several years, and after a disappointing offer from a regular dealer for my car, I thought it wouldn t hurt to give them a try. So I took my car to them to see what they would offer, and they did not let me down! Gary, Todd, and the rest of the gang were simply a class act, and had us out of there in minutes with a check! No matter what sort of transportation you might be looking for, do yourself a favor and check with Mastercars Inc. BEFORE you go anywhere else at the very least, you know you will be dealing with honesty and class!James and Christine Waters

I bought a 2003 Corvette 50th Anniversary last Mo. from these people, and they were a pleasure to deal with. The salesman name was Todd, he was just great. When I received the car it was nicer than describer. No problem at all in the whole transaction. when I go to buy another car, Todd will be the the first person I call.Bub
