Bought a car 3 months ago literally and already need a new motor (2018 at 113k miles) Only drove 3900 miles. Warranty provided is trash and many shops do not take the warranty. He doesn't have a mechanic. He can't provide paperwork saying the car was properly inspected. My dad is working to see about the lemon law. Hopefully it's something we can do soon as far as him selling a bad car. Stay away! People work to hard to be finessed by these sellers. I bet my bottom dollar he was aware of the engine problems.

I bought a car from these guys and had a really good experience. 9 days after I bought it, the check engine light came on. They would have been well within their rights to charge me half of the repair per the warranty on the window. They charged me nothing whatsoever - didn t even bring up the possibility of a penny exchanging hands. And they fixed everything in only a few hours.

Purchased a 2013 Ford Mustang from this establishment yesterday and not only was the process very easy, but fast and efficient! Great prices on those who choose to finance, and they let us take our time and make sure it was the right fit for us, customer service was great, I hope I will not be returning to them with any issues, but was told that if any occur to come back and they will be taken care of.

I purchased a vehicle from M & K a few months back and when I needed it serviced they offered to do it, I was happy to see it was done very quickly and went beyond expectations, I appreciate their want to make sure they do every job right. I will surely be looking to them again!!

I bought my vehicle a few months ago from Mark. The first month of having the car was great then it seemed like it was one thing after another and of course frustration sat in. Through it all he was vwry patient with me and did everything he could to gwt my vehicle up and running. I honestly could not thank him and his mechanic enough. I would go to him again.

We have bought several cars here since the year 2000. One of our sons has bought two cars here as well. Nick and Mark are great to work with. We have never been disappointed in their serviced. Very good experience! The owners were very personable and understanding of what I was looking for and didn't try to waste my time looking at cars that wouldn't be suitable. They allowed me to walk around the lot & browse & answered all my questions. They also worked with budget and I was able to find a great car! It was one of the best car buying experiences I've had...no pressure or hassels!

So after a year of owning a car from this place,. I've spent $4,000 on repairs on a 08 Honda. I still owe $5,000 on it. I've took it to four different mechanics, including a Honda mechanic. I'm still having issues with the car. I got sold a lemon, and would not recommend this place.Edit: The first issue(SAME ISSUE) started a month after I bought it. They said they couldn't help.

Brought a car from them back in February. Recently broke my inner and outer tie rod. They fixed it for me when they didn t have too. Mark is a sweetheart. 10/10 would definitely recommend him to buy a car from. Thank you so much for everything

I bought a 2012 Ford SUV on 3/14/2020 and it was the most easiest, and stress free and in a timely manner.. this was by far the best experience I ve ever dealt with EVER.. Thank you Mark and Nick for being so kind and helpful. I 100% recommend M&K Auto Sale

The people here are extreme friendly and helpful and they have great cars, too! I couldn t be happier with the one I got from M&K and I d happily recommend them to anyone. I know where I will be buying my next car for sure!

Guys are nice. Of course they are they're used car salesmen. But they sold me a truck that started having some issues not even a week later and they would only fix one issue, with the turn signals not working right. And that took over a week... I had to leave my truck there for a couple days. Also the abs light comes on all the time now. And I didnt say anything to them about it but it also had no lube in the rear axle and the pinion bearing is loud. I had to add almost 2 quarts. I am ok with that because I can rebuild the rear axle. But then a lugnut came off just Sunday, not even 3 weeks after I bought it. Whoever is inspecting these vehicles for them isn't doing a good job at all. Like I would be very wary if I were you. I was treated nice to my face but they wouldn't return my calls about the other issues I had with the truck. Just giving out the facts.

I have bought several cars from M&K, never got a bad car. The 1998 Caddy SLS I bought in 2004 is probably the best Car I have ever bought from any dealer. Must have been made on a Wedensday. But has 207,000 miles and my daughter in law is now using it as a daily driver. My neice has also purchased a vehicle from M&K and is very happy with the car. Nothing but kudo's for M&K!!!

Junk cars and they want to rob you on a trade in..If you have bad credit this might be the place for you but if you have good credit keep driving, as for the A rating,it's because you can pay the BBB for your rating.
