We had glass table tops cut they did a perfect job. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Would go back and recommendations them to friends

Excellent service, and super friendly staff. Close and convenient. I'm a contractor and sometimes I have to replace a single pane. But if you need someone to give you a hand they will install it for you too.

I went in to pick up a paper to prove that I was indeed getting work done. Heather so so nice and helpful, even suggesting I pick up the paper. When I went in, she was on lunch, and an older woman, with short white hair was there. She asked me how I was going to pay. I told her what Heather and I discussed. She told me that was wrong. I told okay, I just need the paper. She said not until I told her how I was going to pay. Mind you the work they were going to do, was a week out. I again asked for the paper that I came in to get. She refused until I told her how I would pay. I said never mind, I ll go somewhere else and turned to walk away. In a VERY rude way, she said FINE. I turn around and asked her why the attitude? She told me I was being rude. I told her that she had poor customer service, and now I am being rude. She waved the paper in my face as if I would never get it. I will never darken that company s door again.Side note, I got a different company to come out today, and less expensive.

Had them cut glass table tops to precisely the same shape of table. Nice work. Friendly service. Called a for some cut plexiglass two days ago. Ready to be picked up on Monday. Fast friendly services for sure. They also replaced two car windshields.You won't be sorry you picked them for your glass work.

Needed a window pane replaced in a vacant rental property. Gave them rough dimensions and they were able to quote me a price, came and measured, cut and installed onsite (may not always be the case but it worked here), and it looks great. Turn around time was pretty quick compared to many contractors recently.

The staff here is amazing. Fast and friendly customer service. Good atmosphere, clean waiting room and bathrooms. Everything was explained to me before hand with no additional suprises. The staff here is great to work and I will return and tell others about this place. Its really worth the drive.

I have been a customer of Granite Glass most of my life. After all these years, their staff & service has always been top-notch, professional and fair. They have never let me down and I appreciate all that they do.I totally recommend their business to anyone needing any type of glass services. They can handle it all!

Excellent service. Staff is very professional. They had repaired two prior windshields years ago. The current visit was for a chipped windshield.....they gave a Free Inspection... And a suggestion for a course of action.

I got a chip in my windshield, they fixed it quickly. Extremely friendly. They did quality work.

Refused to provide windshield replacement service. I thought that was what they were in business to do. I'll find an installer who isn't afraid to do the job, probably Safelite. Chain shops like Safelite will put these smaller inexperienced places out of business eventually anyway.

Had windshield replacement done on truck took it back they charged me another 130.00 extra to try to fix the leak plus they broke my solution tube for my cleaner I had to fix the leak myself would suggest not to do business with them ever plus they broke the switch to my PTO that is located under the hood Emily is great Robb doesn't take care of customers wellService: Auto windshield replacement
