They replaced my convertible top and they did a wonderful job. The top and the install was done quickly and professionally. I only am leaving 4 stars because I did have some dirt and a small mess I needed to clean up after I picked up my car. It's not a huge deal because I love cleaning my car, however for that 5 star service review just do a quick vacuum and pass over of a vehicle before you give it back to the customer. Such a simple and essential step for that world class touch. I would gladly come back for any other upholstery needs. I would recommend their services to friends and family.

Went in for a headliner replacement in my Volkswagen Jetta. Called three different shops in the area (one wouldn't even go near my lil German car), and these guys were not only quick but fairly priced, too! Was a little hesitant (too good to be true?), but I am happy to say my new headliner looks amazing!! These guys are the ones you wanna go to for quick, affordable, and reliable upholstery work :)

Took my mustang in to have some custom work done on it. Took 2 weeks to get the job done. Told me I had nothing to worry about my car. It would be inside the whole time and would be taken care of while it was down there. Picked it up , it had 3 scratches in it that was never there. Don t know what they used to try and clean it up, but it just left my ceramic coating all messed up with all kinds of marks in the paint. Forgot about all the cat paw prints all over also. So if you need work on you car that s going to longer than a day or two . BEWARE!!!!! Most unprofessional businesses man I have ever worked with!!! I would not recommend even taking a bicycle seat down there!!!!Service: Custom upholstery design

Went in to discuss a motorcycle seat cushioning replacement and the guy who we working with me was very helpful. He clearly knew what he was talking about. He gave me options on the design, cushioning, and even discussed considering aftermarket seat replacement instead. real down to earth guy. and honestly I might just go along with getting the seats from him.

probably not best to have someone with some road rage driving a company vehicle in St Louis. the man driving the truck clearly didn't understand how merging works, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt since a lot of people don't merge properly, until he flipped me off when I merged *behind* him. then, in a construction zone, he kept weaving in and out of lanes seemingly trying to keep people from passing him on the right since he was going slow in the left lane.obviously there's a lot of crazy drivers in the city, but it's rarely in vehicles plastered with a company name and phone number. but hey, at least he got my attention!

They installed a new convertible top on our "04 VW Beetle and it looks great. We had a small mechanical problem, but they stood behind their work and fixed it. Would highly recommend them for all of your upholstery work!

We have a motorcycle that we love everything about... except for the seat, which we found to be too narrow and too hard. We thought about buying a custom seat but that proved to be too expensive. A friend suggested that we could perhaps get an upholstery shop to help. We called Granite City Upholstery shop and explained what we wanted. They suggested that we bring the seat in, which we did. They listened to what we wanted and they made it happen. They were pretty reasonable with pricing and they had a decent turnaround on time. If you need anything upholstered, it's worth it to check them out!

Scratched my speaker grill with a huge scratch when getting my seat out of the vehicle. Wiring harness was placed in the wrong spot when reattached, causing the harness to get smashed when the seat was lowered. I had to check the passenger for placement to fix it myself. Completely dumbfounded how it was placed the first time. The actual seat recushioning is more comfortable but looking at it it does not look very professional like I expected for the price. Would recommend you try somewhere else.

Excellent! Totally restored the interior of my truck. Looks better than brand new. If you have anything that needs to be reupholstered, give this place a call. You won't be disappointed! Just wow.
