Is second time being at this shop. Good experience both times. Was having the turbo and actuator replaced this time. Part came in later than what was expected and he still got it finished by the end of the week like he had promised. It's really appreciated that because it's my work truck.Definitely recommend this shop and I will be back for any future service.

I don't normally leave reviews, however every once in a while there is a company/place/person who goes above and beyond to the point where it would be a disservice if I didn't share my experience.Today it was like -4 degrees when I got off work at 0700 and my morning was not going well. I got off work and the battery in my car was dead. Get a new battery from NAPA, get the car started, and leave work to get gas and drive home... Only to realize that my e-brake was frozen stuck. When I stopped at the gas station my passenger side rear rotor was smoking from the heat/friction, and I was at a loss... Mind you, I have an 87 mile drive home after work and the hope that it would release with some heat obviously wasn't happening.This shop, luckily, is next door to the gas station I was at. Without any appointment, with a car they generally don't work on, I went in to see if they would be able to help (knowing I'd be stranded if they couldn't and was looking at a really expensive tow).... and they made the time to get my car up on the stand and fix the frozen e-brake so I could make it home. All of the crew there was spectacular, friendly, and they really stepped up and helped me out in a big way.These are the kind of people you want to do business with. To the crew at the shop: thanks again for saving my morning! You guys rock!

Chris is by far a terrible owner doesn t want to help people that don t want to pay thousands of dollars for him to do horrible job. I took my truck back after it broke down again not leaking at all when I had to pick it up fuel was coming out my exhaust. Then as a mechanic he acted like his bob cat was broken so I had to dig my truck out of his yard with no power on my rig. Do not come here for quality work he. The wife had an accident and we called full throttle diesel performance for a tow. They got us off the highway in a safe and timely manner. I highly recommend calling them for any towing and truck repair needs.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD I GOT MY TRUCK TOWED THERE AND THEY HAD IT FOR LIKE 5 MONTHS AND I CALLED EVERY COUPLE OF WEEKS AND HE KEPT SAYING we ll get to it next week or I m still waitin on one of the parts it s parked in the back out of sight out of mind finally I got sick of waiting and I said just get it started well he called me back 2 weeks later said it was done and I owed him $1000!!! Nothing was replaced and he quoted me a bunch of things belts glow plugs for 1800 now nothing is done after 5 months and it s been done a week and he s telling me it s $35 storage fee a day !!!!! UBSURD!!!! and I talked to a lady up there and I said I m not trying to be rude here it s just you had my truck for 5 months and you guys are calling me multiple times day after day to come pick it up so says we ll you called us a couple times I m a row last week so what goes around comes around!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Our diesel truck was having issues while in the St. Louis area. This shop had the best customer service, was very knowledgeable, and fixed other issues I'd be dealing with for awhile. Incredibly fast service and very fair pricing. It will be worth it for me in the future to drive 2 hours to this shop, rather than use one closer to home.

My truck broke down in the middle of me doing a load ( Hotshot trucking) on 01/03/2023. I gave them a call and they tried helping diagnose my truck over the phone but that didn't work, so they said get it to us and we'll figure our what's wrong. I got ir to them later that day and the following day they figured out the problem. I was advised that they had full bays with jobs they already started but they'll do their best to get me back up running asap due to the fact I use my truck to make a living. Here we are today 01/06/2023 8am and my truck is repaired and ready to be picked up. I appreciate the speedy repair and being concerned about my needs as a customer. Best shop period. If you have a diesel truck and need anything done to it please go here. Customer service was on point. They called and kept me informed and it was just awesome to work with them.

These guys are good people,I broke down on way to a car show in Madison ill. This was a Saturday around 2 p.m.. Anyway they helped me get my classic back on the road with some bolts out of their shop. And did it for me. Didn't want any money from me. If they ever see this thank you.

I've been taking my work trucks there since I heard about them. They have great service and are super friendly and knowledgeable.
