First time there and the price was good, but the tech over tightened my wheel and it just came off on the highway. I'm 260 miles from home at 430 in the morning stranded. They need to use torque sticks on those impact guns to prevent this from happening to anyone else in the future. Very disappointing indeed. Hopefully I'll get some assistance from the manager or owner when they open at 9 am

They were very friendly. and had my flat fixed very quickly. I needed 2 plugs from some nails stuck in the tread of my tires. I just sat in my car while they fixed the flat. No longer than 15 min on the day I went. And the price was very affordable

This place is complete get overs. I would not trust them to do BUSINESS AT ALL. They took my money to put a sensor on my 2018 impala and did not know how to set the sensor in all reality. So after taking my money they tell me they do not know how to program my tire sensor AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND OF MY 25 dollars. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO-ONE THERE BUSINESS IS HORRIBLE. THEY BASICALLY GOT 25 free dollars from me. So if you have any tire problems please go to a more professional place, because there professionalism is TRASH!!!

Always very busy but was able to fit us in, in a reasonable decent amount of time... The tire we bought was used but looked almost new. Great price also. $45 for tire, mounting, balancing and old tire disposal... Great deal!

I was getting ready to go out of town and need to replace my two front tires before the drive... I had a fixed budget for the trip, which ment I couldn't drop $500 dollars on new tires, so a friend recommended Cheapies Tires... I got two used tires for $90.00 dollars, worked in with the budget, so I was good to go. I was in and out fairly quick, so the wait wasn't bad. They have new tires to so you don't have to get used. If you are on a budget, not on a budget, or just don't have enough ends to get what you need done, done... I recommend Cheapies Tires... check them out.

10/10 recommend super nice and helpful I called 10 mins before closing they weren t able to provide a full service for new tires but they helped by putting my spare tire on & they were sweet .

They service ppl in the order that they want to. Not on a first come first serve basis. I told the guy I was here before the car next to me and he basically said yeah whatever and made me wait for another 30mins. I WILL NOT RETURN AFTER TODAY.

Serviced 3 cars before me that arrived AFTER I did, I ended up wasting an hour and still was not seen. I ended up pulling off and went to M&M in Cahokia. Though I live in Granite City.

Definitely overall satisfied with my experience here. Woke up in the morning for work. Had a low tire popped in around 9 AM. Couple people in front of me. They got it plugged pretty quick and I got to work. Good cheap efficient service

Ask for Dalton it might be a long way but he takes his time and does the job right and he can direct you to someone else that does the same if he's busy just tell him BJ referred you

Cheap tires but watch which employee you have. The prices can change depending on who services your vehicle. Strap up they had a shooting a few months ago from someone. Cheap and easy. Buyer beware.

Called at 1:50pm and asked about tires for today, person on the phone said no problem to just arrive before 3pm. After driving 30 min I pulled in the lot at 2:40pm and they came out telling me too bad. Don't tell people you can do the job and then when they arrive tell them "too bad". Last time going here or recommending to anyone. - Granite City

This place has horrible customer service! Don t go there unless you want to waste over 1 hour and 20 minutes on a Saturday! We called ahead to make sure they had our tires in stock and the lady said they have several. We went dropped the tires off and we were told 60 minute wait so we left and came back and during that time no one even looked at our tires we waited another 20 minutes for a guy to come out and tell us they don t have our size tires seriously! We will never go back here again and won t refer anyone to them either. Save your time go somewhere else!

Cheapies car tires, I concluded that many customers find them satisfactory. The tires seem to provide good value for money and perform well in different weather conditions. Some customers have even commented on their durability and longevity. However, it's always recommended to do thorough research and compare different tire brands before making a purchase.This location is awesome. They always take good care of car tires.

Trash service this was my second time buying a tire from cheapies with warranty but they selling tires with nails in them just so they can keep getting money out of people.. They talk to customers and employees anyway and think that it s ok then want to call the police because you are right and they are wrong they give you a bull . A receipt with no fine print that explains there policy and got workers that complain to customers and to the owners on why they shouldn t work there such a day wow
