Went there and they had horrible customer service. They also ended up Giving us the wrong item and the whole time the guy had an unnecessary attitude when all we did was ask for help to find a certain item.

Just wanna give this location the recognition they deserve! I came in for a head light I did not ask them to put it in for me because I ve had previous auto stores like this tell me no! I ve had to change my own light with a baby on my hip. However not today! My screaming baby was hungry so I breast fed him.. walking into the store & everyone made me feel comfortable! They took care of us immediately. Elsie Gilliam was amazing. And the man behind the counter was very kind.The treatment I got today should be the standard!

Staff was very friendly. Weird using the scan tool you have to plug it in to there computer to find out the code. I guess I'm old school. But staff was very helpful and all assisted me and were happy to do it. The woman elis was very friendly

Very rude I had a flier that was by the full synthetic. Oil with purchasing the 5qt jug of oil along with a STP filter the price shown on flier was 37.99 4 both the 5 QTS Of oil and STP filter I showed them my VA ID showing on ID that I'm service connected disabled actually 80 % and when the lady rang it up it came to 47.24 which actually with the 10 percent discount with tax percentage for state and other tax it only rang up. 41.28 on my scientific calculator I only went there cause oreileys was closed for the evening never again they showed no passion or interest when I spent cash money I wanted to purchase a diagnostics tool.that same night but I put it bk after I seen wt rang up 4 oil n filter lousey service

Ladies behind counter were talking and in no hurry to assist customers or ring them out.I had to leave and go to O'Reilly next door.This was the 270 and Halls Ferry location.To many workers for this type of service.

I enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Wasn't really impressed with front desk staff...when I asked a basic driving instruction, i.e. which way to the highway, was told; she didn't know and to use my phone. I'm 62 and don't use my phone but talking and an occasional text. Had to stop at a gas station to check. I would stay there again. Also couldn't figure out why no chairs on walk out deck.

I've bought several parts from this location and they never seem to last long. I will admit I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to cars and ask questions. Very rarely have I visited this location and staff don't seem annoyed having to answer questions. They act as if it's a burden. After my last visit I will not be returning. The starter that was purchased here is less than 6 months old and already had to be replaced. After the warranty is up on it we do not plan on returning as customers based on quality & customer service.

These people close the doors 10-15 minutes early and then don t even answer the phone after 9:30pm. If you close at 9:50 please update your hours. This is unprofessional and a big inconvenience to the customers. The people who ensure you as the employee have a job. Without us, there s no need for you to be there so treat the customers better please and thanks.

Went in this evening for a tail light replacement. Michael was super helpful and replaced it for me. Thank you and keep up the great work.This is review number two 12/28/21 Josh went out of his way to fix my clamp on a hose that had broken loose. Very courteous and fast. Thanks again!

Depends on the time of day do you go there and who waits on you. I do think this is one of the better AutoZone's but only because of a couple employees they're on the extreme end of the spectrum for excellent service and then there's one he's actually pretty knowledgeable but he's also pretty coarse I waited in line for like 35 minutes and for some reason I kept getting passed over and when I asked for help the sales guy accused me of trying to say that I bought my item there and it was bad she must have thought I was going to ask for a refund or something I was just looking for a quick solution so I could get to the dealer safely. AutoZone don't even sell my car parts.You never know he could just be having a really bad day but I do highly recommend this AutoZone almost every one of them in that store is highly knowledgeable..

First time in this location, and was very pleased by service and far better than any other auto parts stores I have been to. The employees are very knowledgeable and Michael had gone out of his way to make sure I had all the things I needed for an oil change. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Horrible experience, The Manager Micheal Davis was very rude to the employees when one employee was helping me find the right engine oil(I overheard him ask a employee if he needed to get bigger shirt sizes bc his stomach was hanging out and that's disgusting) he told his employee. I'm very displeased with the way this establishment is ran.

Update 01/02/20: Poor guy but patient and quick service for 1 guy running the store and helping customers. All I needed was my used oil to be recycled.6 months ago: Helpful with my return. Good chat with the sales guy about my car. Quick service.

I have never had a problem with these guys. Swapped out a bad battery last time. Very friendly and helpful. I'm going there again in a few minutes to deal with an a/c issue. I'm anticipating another positive and painless experience.

Went to return some thing dat was 366.00. So when i walked in one of the workers name Christopher ask me why u returning all this stuff in a mean an not so friendly tone. Usually the would say is there a reason why you returning the items. But not this guy an all while i was waiting for my refund this guy never made any eye contact an didnt count my money out to me just gave it to me an walk away. He need to be retrained asap.

Needed a battery went in $200 for a battery and they wouldn't loan a wrench to put it in with. $15 for a wrench they're getting crazy. When I took the old battery in they said they didn't put my warranty in right so had to refund the battery and sell it to me again and then it still didn't show up.Then he said no we don't refund your core we just take your battery I said oh no I get my core back so they finally did refund it. I had to tell them my phone about a dozen or more times noone knows how to use a pencil any more

I stopped in to get a replacement or splice for my windshield washer hose/tube that had broken. Joshua came out to my vehicle with a piece of tubing and spliced the broken hose/tube for me. It was quick and he refused to take payment or even a tip. Awesome service!

I am 38 years old and for the last 22 years, since I have been driving, this particular AutoZone has had the worst customer service out of all of the automotive stores in Granite City. The employees are rude and the lines are always long. They don't prioritize jobs, manage time, or satisfy customers in any way shape or form.

Fast, friendly service. Good selections. We returned an item, with receipt, with no problem. Employees will help with changing batteries and adding oil. A real help to us girly girls!

I needed help with my engine light, they told me the code, printed out a page for me to take to the shop. Any questions I had they were able to answer very thoroughly. They also give suggestions on how to fix the problem. They are very knowledgeable in car parts and know what is the best recommendation for your vehicle!
