Would never come back to this shop again! Paid $1,460 (plus fluids and spark plugs etc) for an engine to be placed in my car. Was told that they would test drive the car to make sure everything was running smoothing. Literally noticed problems the same day I received my vehicle. Which I feel they would ve noticed if they would ve efficiently assessed the car. Within one day of driving the car the lights were on. Given it was a used engine but I feel they knew the engine was bad and still decided to put it in to receive a payment. Driving it around the lights came on immediately. I took it back to the shop to figure out a solution and came out of more money. For something that yet again did not work. Almost $2,000 for nothing. I m highly disappointed and would not recommend. If in the area I would choose Carstar or Meineke. They might seem pricey but I ve never received a car back where the problem was still not fixed after paying a large sum of money.Just your responses are highly unprofessional. I m glad I didn t have an interaction with you because you clearly lack any customer service skills. I never intended for you to fix the engine but at the very least let a customer know that it was a bad engine. Like I said I noticed that after driving the car, so why wasn't it noticed when it was test drove? It could barely pick up speed and at the time of pick up non of that was noted. That on top of many other thing is a issue with this company . And I called multiple times, y all don t answer the phone. Ig you re too busy going back and forth with the people that leave you bad reviews. Trying to be smart rather than learning how to properly conduct a business. I m not mad but I will continue to do business at places that actually knows how to run one!

I went in this shop because they had items for sale outside not realizing that they had a whole shop (as it s an auto repair business) on the inside called Nina s perfume outlet. It is real perfume! They have every perfume you could want & gift sets very reasonably priced.Along with the cutest jewelry, shoes, children s clothes, etc. and the people or the family I should say, were wonderful! They provided great customer service, which is so hard to find these days! I worked with the daughter who was relatable and kind and willing to help me with anything I needed. She was patient, she was willing to take anything out of the package to show me. She was just so helpful and so nice I would recommend this place to everybody! Christmas shopping? Give them a visit!I would give them 6 stars if I could.Thank you.

Since you asked, I did call her to ask about having a clutch installed.And while I can't say much about their service, I have to say I was put off, by having my call received by a recorded message to have my call returned. It just wasn't reassuring unfortunately but I might try again.

The only shop i take my vehicles to in the 618/314 area. 10 out of 10 recommend. They are knowledgeable, honest and profesional. I have never had bad experience with anyone in this establishment and the work is always done right!

I took my classic convertible there for an estimate for some work done.The counter girl stated I had to leave vehicle over night. Upon picking up my car I noticed the top was unhatched and almost a full tank of gas gone. When I questioned if someone had been joyriding in my car the counter girl acted like a thug. Then they wanted to charge me for an estimate. I refused, turns out whoever took my car for a ride damaged the front in by obviously bottoming out at a high rate of speed. I highly do not recommend this untrustworthy shady business. The counter girl has zero business experience and knows nothing about customer service. The man that owns I'm sure pays dearly for having that at his front counter, he can do a great job but with thieves and thugs running your business I guarantee she looses more business for him then all the good work he could possibly do. Buyers Beware SHADY business! I came in because my car had a dent... what kind of car business are you if you cant even identify a actual dent. Are you suggesting I falsified that there was a dent in the side of my car? , lol, ok... your right I came in for fun. Thats quite a story you made up. I didnt need anything for any attorney or an insurance company? I had just bought the car. I wanted the dent fixed. So, like I said shady Lady, you're ruining his business and you know it. You're poor daddy, but where else would you work, you're not even qualified for a counter job. I mean your great at stealing cars there's a good career for you, but you already do that.

I stopped by this shop recently as I was having vehicle issues and the staff was very friendly. They were able to get my vehicle in and had me back on the road quickly.
