Piss poor nobody would take the time to look up my order In their computer system and I didn't have my receipt so they refused to refund my money. I had to call the corporate office to get a new receipt and purchase order which I was told they could've done that in the store.

Yesterday I stopped here to buy a windshield wiper blade. I was immediately asked if I needed help finding something. The gentleman located the part on his terminal. While going to fetch the blade , another worker asked if I needed help finding something. I said I'm OK. Then after paying for item, a 3rd worker asked me if I needed help finding something. I said I was just waiting for person to install my blade. The gentleman installed blade for me and I thanked him. I liked how many workers tried to be helpful unlike Autozone where everyone there ignored me last time I went. I will come here again next time.

They put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I called back they put me on hold again for a long period of time and never returned to the phone after i waited for a long period of time. This place needs to get it together that's a poor way to do customers.

Can't say enough positive words about this store. I've presented many off the wall issues, some of which I self (google) diagnosed, some of which the employees assisted. If the part I had been looking for was not in stock, they were able to obtain it in quicker fashion than if I ordered it online. Shopping local means paying more and paying slightly more is something I'm willing to do when there is knowledge and expertise backing it. Thank you for listening to my wild assumption about a locking mechanism, the part you all suggested did in fact do the trick. While I hope you don't NEED it; you have my business and referral so long as it's required.

Had to come home and write this review. Popped in there half an hour ago to get wiper blades. The two young men on shift were friendly and helpful. One guy had both sets of wipers installed practically before I finished checking out with the other one. Gotta appreciate great service!! Thanks guys!

Justin and the entire crew provided customer service above and beyond anything I have experienced from any retailer I have personally frequented in the last decade.That might seem like an exaggeration.It isn't.I will qualify this by explaining that poor customer service is so common today that exceptional customer service stands out, is memorable, and deserves recognition. The last time I received service anything near what Justin and crew rendered was from a customer service rep for major online retailer in December of 2013.Thank you Justin! I will remember my July 2020 experience in the Granite City Advance Auto Parts store as one of the highlights of the year!And thank you Advance Auto Parts!

Good price on parts. Staff at this location were slightly rude compared to other stores. I tried to describe a hose for a car I needed and they talked down at me like I knew nothing about car maintenance yet they did provide good advice.

This is the worst place to buy parts if you have a warranty problem. I bought a fuel pump five years ago, it went out and when I bought it they rang it up with the wrong part number, I took it back and they said there was nothing they could do, but they would sell me another one at full price. I told them I would pay the difference but they said no. Please do not patronize places like this, l already cost them four customers and l haven't even started on social media yet.Please go to O'Reillys they have always treated me right . I told them I will never buy there again. Please vote with your feet and maybe things will change. Thanks for your time, Tom.

Went to buy a cabin air filter and freon and they were charging double for the cabin air filter and around 25% more for the freon. Went to Walmart and got it all for way less. Won't be returning

One of the best Advance Auto Part places I have been to. The guy helping me Jimmy was extremely knowledgeable about what I needed and how to fix what was wrong with my car. Will definitely visit again as long as Jimmy is working there. Super helpful!

I was 70 miles away from home and broke down on the side of the road and this was the closest auto parts store to me. I called them to see if they could bring the part I needed to fix my car. They said they had the part in stock but they only deliver to shops so they couldn't help me. Now that's some great customer service. Just for the record Auto Zone was happy to deliver the part for me.

Was just yelled at for asking for an oxygen sensor n that no diagnostic tool from a 200$ to 14000$ can tell you what's causing the engine light to come on only what area has a problem. I'm a us army infantry vet who served in operation enduring freedom I don't deserve to be talked at like that. Also he told me to go find mike in Granite City. As an example who the eff is Mike LMAO

I like the staff at this place above all the places I have shopped as far as auto parts go. They are honest and forth coming with any sales or special offers as to save you money.i now shop here.
