I usually check feedbacks before do any shopping around so I contact C&W auto glass to do the job to me and they was as I was expecting they have Great customer service with professional job service. I had a chip in my windshield. I called C & W Auto Glass and was given a VERY fair price. Not only did they come to my work to take care of it, but the gentleman informed me that the chip repair I had done from another company several years ago on a separate section was done incorrectly. The additional charge to fix the old one was incredibly fair. Both the old chip that he repaired and the new chip look about as perfect as they can now. If you have the unfortunate need for a chip repair, I recommend giving them a call. They'll treat you right, and they'll do a great job.

We love everyone at C&W Auto Glass! These guys and gals are the best in the business! Guaranteed! Their customer service is second to none, and they get things done quick. Decent service. Bottom corner was damaged, however took $75 off so guess that was fair.Just a piece of an advice for the receptionist. You may not want to speak negatively over the phone where customers can overhear. After getting the finger, I ll be right with you, she proceeded to bad mouth a service manager of a business they subcontract. After about 10 minutes she apologized that her owner likes to talk her ear off. Hmmmm. Don t you think the owner would want you to attend to the customer that is sitting right in front of you??? It just so happened she was bad mouthing the very business that recommended them. I promptly made a call to my friend to let them know probably best not to send them business in the future.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Quick and easy called my insurance told them a bump busted my windshield in 3 pieces and told them where I want to take it C&W auto glass called me in under 30 minutes made an appointment was done within a couple hours looks nice and doesn t leak

They replaced the windshield in my 2020 Volvo xc90, it was perfect inside. Now it has hand prints & what looks like something ran in on upholstery- dirty water or cleaner. I sent pictures day it was done, was told I'd get a call back, did not get contacted. I called again today left message, no call back. I guess I will be forced to take legal action.I even mentioned to the guy doing work that my interior could not be cleaned. I knew from when he was hanging on my open door that he would not take care of a nice vehicle. I am shocked not to get a call back, was told they were a reputable company. Seems it would be easier to do the right thing rather than force me to take corrective action. Zoom on pictures you can see it. 2nd picture see run marks. There are more these are easiest to see in pictures.It took several months & getting Farmers Insurance involved, now they are in the process of trying to get the parts in to correct itService: Auto windshield replacement

Friendly on the phone and friendly installers. Showed up on time and replaced my 2001 Audi windshield in under an hour. There were a couple of minor issues with the install and they came back immediately and took care of them at their expense. Good people to call if you need a windshield or other glass!!

Terrible customer service! The women who answers the phone will hang up on you when your explaining you frustrations to her after they canceled on me twice I will definitely not be giving them my business after the experience I just received. Wood river glass is 100$ cheaper and definitely better customer service!

Had a 2016 F150 they replaced the rear glass defrost lines at ford dealership Bommarito, did not re-install the glass defrost and defrost connections correctly and in turn caused my truck to catch fire and total out. Lost several thousand dollars in items I had inside the truck as well as my deductible.

Had a set appointment at a set location per them, sat for a hour and no show. No call nothing, state farm and my bmw dealership recommended them. WRONG decision

I called to set up a windshield repair, they called me back the same day letting me know they would call me the next morning to set up what time they could be there. I never got a call back.
