Very nice family owned business.I went 2 times to the pep boys and they cannot found a leak in my tire.In Weber shop they found right away, endup just a wheel corrosion and nothing wrong with the tire. 30 minutes and 30 bucks. Happy that no more of this anoying tire on the dashbord.

I have had my Porsche worked on by Weber Automotive for several years. They always do a fantastic job at a reasonable price. There are never any surprises and the work is usually done quickly. I would trust them with any vehicle. Their professionalism and value is better than any other mechanic I have ever used.

Bought BRAND new car with 37 miles on it. First ever new car I've owned. Took to dealership and was told "sorry but we can't duplicate any of the 5+ issues you have brought to our attention". Took to Weber Auto and experience was opposite. Assistance was very prompt, explanations were clear and concise, and costs were better than fair and reasonable. Pat explained to me what was wrong and printed out information to provide to dealership as to what the issues were and why they were occurring. Brought back to dealership (40 minute commute both ways no less) and provided with plain and simple FACTUAL data as to issues. Guess what? Had to leave car there for days and once again "sorry but we can't duplicate the problems your having and don't know what to tell you". Point of the story simple. Bring your car to a dealership, and you will simply waste your time, money, and end up with more issues than you went with. Bring your autos to Weber Auto and you will have a trustworthy shop you can count on. Thanks again Weber Auto, you've got a client for life.

Very honest and trustworthy! I have used Weber auto several times, and every time it is great service and quality repairs. Recently, I brought my car in to them with a loud rattling or knocking noise near left front wheel. Brake caliper was suspected as a root cause. They took apart the brake caliper, did not find anything wrong, put the caliper back together, and the rattling / knocking noise was gone. And, in this instance, there was no charge for labor!

Weber Automotive always does top quality work. They take the time to fully explain what needs to be done and they make sure the work is done correctly. It is the best auto repair shop I have ever gone to.

Just had struts and shocks done to my my truck. The guys at Weber Auto were so nice and understanding of my schedule. I was able to have a loaner car so that I didn't miss any appointments and the price was very resonable.Thanks guys!

Patrick Weber and Francis did an outstanding job replacing a burned out alternator in my classic Cadillac Eldorado as well as changing out badly worn V-belts. They always baby my car as if it was their own, and I am extremely satisfied with the work that they performed. The price that they charged me for the excellent work that they did was more than reasonable.On a side note, I want to highly recommend the towing service that they use: Grosse Pointe Towing. The receptionist at Grosse Pointe was very kind and helpful, as was the tow truck driver that they sent out to bring my car to Weber. Being an older car, the reality is that I will probably need to have it towed someday; it just is what it is. But Grosse Pointe Towing will be my #1 choice if that day comes, and Weber Automotive when I need to have it serviced, of course!

Great mechanics treat your car like their own. Last year, I had them replace the head gaskets and timing chain on my 11 year old Subaru Legacy. It's a huge job, and they had it for a while, but they gave me a decent loaner car for free - just had to top off the tank when I returned it. The engine work turned out great! No more leaking and the car runs better than ever. I just had it back in to take over a brake job that I ran into problems with (massive corrosion... broke a caliper bolt). Pat was really nice to take over and use the parts I already purchased. I also had him do an oil change and inspect the work from last year, and some other unrelated problems. I forgot to tell him to replace my cabin air filter (still the original from 11 years ago!), but he must have noticed the fan noise or lack of airflow, and checked it on his own (have to pull out the glovebox to get to it). Sure enough, it had around an inch of debris covering it. My a/c is now working absolutely amazing, and I can barely hear the fan on high! Pat said he had a bear of a time getting the old brakes off, and he did a compete brake fluid flush and fill. I'm planning to keep this car running to hand down to my sons when they get their licenses in 2 1/2 years, so I want to make sure the car is safe and reliable. I'll need some more work on the exhaust and suspension, but Pat is very good about saying what is most important, and what can be repaired later. He's an honest man, a very knowledgable and talented mechanic, and just a great guy to work with. They're not the cheapest, but they are very fair and honest about their charges, and they stand by their work. Plus, they can literally fix anything (and they have sources for anything they can't do in-house). I can trust them to do the serious jobs, like engine work. 5 STARS!

My experience with Weber Auto-motive was undoubtedly the best experience i have ever had with a Garage, they went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met with out ever asking for more money, they did not gouge me and say i need this or that, they only fixed what needed to be done and gave me the information, as to what i should look for in the future and they even followed up to check there work.Thank You.

Weber convinced me to buy a set of Nokia WR Tires in the past because they said they were the best all-season tires. Additionally, they said they would provide free wheel balancing and rotation. Unfortunately, a) these tires handled terribly during the spring, summer and fall months and b) they charged me when I went back for wheel rotation and balancing including claiming they never said they would provide free wheel rotation and balancing. As a result, I found this to be a 2nd rate operation!

Pat Weber comes from the old school of "do the job right or don't do it at all!" Pat does a lot of training for various organizations and also receives a lot of training. You can be sure that Pat can and will find the problem. Also, Pat is community oriented and does a lot of things behind the scenes to help others. Pat is a good human being, and trust is paramount with him!

Weber Automotive helped me to take care of the daunting problem of non starting of my Volvo S40 (2000). I never had to worry about it after they fixed the problem. Francis is very good .

A/C not cooling in my '05 Lexus LS430, a highly reliable auto. My usual mechanics told me to see Lexus dealer service since my possible "compressor problem" seemed out of their depth. From one experience, I know that Lexus would insist on a new A/C, which is $3000+. A little digging got me to Weber, who found the Freon level at zero, and recharged system for $200 & change. They put in a stain in case there was further leaking and arranged for free follow-up 2 weeks later. A/C still fine, follow up showed no leaks, and they also cleared some warning lights on the dash, and buffed out some scratches, all gratis. Pat Weber seems a very experienced, knowledgeable, and honest guy, as do his staff. They are a half hour from my home in Glencoe, but except for flat tires and oil changes, I am a Weber convert, certainly for anything ominous. (I already referred two others.)

I want to write a second review! Here it is. I CAN SEE!. my wifes 04 VW had horribly frosted lenses on the head lights. Weber Polished the lenses and we can see again. I did not know this could be done They are better than new. Thanks Pat!My GMC Yukon had leaky wheels. I would fill them weekly. The dealer would not help, Tire places would not help. Pat said he could and he did. Thanks pat and crew!

I have some cold start v8 engine problem with my bmwAfter Weber auto charge me for programming and said rough problem on hot engine fix (but problem is with cold start) and I got my transmission shift slowly and moonroof not workingNobody even call me after that.So, don t waste your time and money with this shop

Brought my truck in for a short list of issues. Pat cake up with a game plan and tackled them one by one. The icing on the cake was he was able to troubleshoot and repair problems with my TPMS than nobody else could. Also gave me a more than fair price. a little diffIcult to find becuz of no sign,,but WELL WORTH the effort. To wit far above competent work, priced less than chain auto repair locations w/ big ad budgets ,everything they need to do is explained if they find something else wrong they explain what it is and why its important to fix it now A throwback to the days when people cared for their customers ,WHY WOULD U GO ANYWHERE ELSE????
