Just bought a 2021 Lincoln Aviator from here. I worked with Selma, Mike, and Tim in the process and they were all great. Bought the car remotely using lemon squad to inspect the car and the dealership was very accommodating and quickly addressed the only concern I raised about the vehicle.

I've been in the automotive business for a long time. This dealer will try every way to steal your money. They will twist words to get you to buy their add-ons when purchasing a vehicle. The service department overcharged on jobs, 20 hours of labor for a job that calls for 8 hours. And even want to charge for a multi point inspection, something you get included at every shop when bringing in your vehicle for service. When you request a conversation with a manager, you do not get a call back. Only go here if you want to throw away your hard earned money.

My husband contacted Gerry prior to visiting Napleton and explained what we were looking for. He had the SUV's we were interested in ready to test drive and thoroughly went thru all the features and differences. During our purchase we felt that both Gerry and Ira went out of their way to make sure our experience was efficient and we were eligible for all the current rebate offers and discounts. Would definitely shop with them again.

Tim did a great job explaining the features and functions of the Corsair PHEV that we bought. He was patient with explaining the the new technology used in the car. He also set up our phones and Apple Carplay. Very professional dealership.

I bought a vehicle exactly 4 years ago. They specifically told me we inspected the vehicle and runs and drives good. Come to find out the cabin filter was never changed nor the oil change. But was eager to offer me warranty? Get F out of here. Never again

They sold us a used car that they knew was a lemon, worse they priced it as if it weren't one. What dealerships fail to realize is that doing unscrupulous deals effects a whole family and their ability to work and function. I'm sure for a fair price with full disclosure someone would have been a fit for this junk heap. I drive for Uber and will continue to let people know not to shop at any of their dealerships. There are better and more reputable sellers out there

I recently moved to Chicago area, I took my Lincoln MKC SUV to Napleton Lincoln in Glenview with the engine light on. I was told and charged $213.00 to diagnose the problem. I received a phone call that the problem was the purging valve and it would cost me $895.00 out the door to fix it. I took the car to a mechanic and they fixed it for $210.00 out the door. It runs great and I saved $675.00. Adieu Napleton Lincoln forever.

Napleton Lincoln's Sales staff was fantastic. Peter Radlowski, Master Certified Sales Consultant and Ira Schreiber, General Sales Manager were a pleasure to work with. Due to Manufacturing and Supply Chain Issues the vehicle took a long time to build but Peter and Ira did everything they could to keep us informed and make the waiting process palatable. Provided Lincoln continues to produce vehicles we want to purchase, Napleton will be our Dealer of choice.

I was going on a 2400-mile road trip. Brought my Lincoln to Napleton Lincoln. This service department is the worst I've ever experienced. Very unprofessional and don't care if they repair your issues. It felt like getting me in and out was their priority. I had a light on my dash that would periodically come and go. They said they couldn't figure it out and to come get my truck. I asked to please keep it longer because of the long trip I couldn't afford to have any issues. Once I left the dealer literally a block away the light comes back on. I called to see if I could come back to get it scanned. I told them I was 2min away. They refused and told me to make an appointment. I ended up taking it to Al Piemonte Ford. This Ford dealer was amazing. They put paper on my mat ( Lincoln dealer didn't ). They washed it ( Lincoln dealer didn't).They wanted to keep my vehicle as long as it took to fix the issue. They showed genuine concern for the trip my family and I were taking. They fixed the problem and had an amazing trip. Napleton Lincoln is a sad excuse for a luxury vehicle dealer. Never again!

In a current nightmare situation with this dealer. Bought a Yukon 5 days ago. Within hours several issues popped up. Dead battery, trailer brake system error warning, 3 different transmission codes came up when the service engine light came on. Car wasn t detailed. They won t take the car back/cancel the sale and didn t have a loaner for us when they took it for service. Additional issues- no remote Or headphones for the tv that the car comes with.(maybe my fault I didn t notice). Only gave me one key that works. No license plate bracket for the front of the car and they ordered new plates after we told them we didn t need them. Go somewhere else people, trust me.

I went to get fixed my touch display with appointment. I waited for 7 hours to fix my Aviator 2022 touch display which they said will be done in 4 hours. Once came home same problem popped up. Returned my car with additional problem with park brake which i didn t had before.

Came down from Wisconsin to look at a 2019 CT6 sport. Platinum. Had a little trouble finding it because I went to the wrong napleton dealership.Tim Bernard patiently waited for me and when I finally arrived there he had the car. I was interested in sitting right out front and ready to look at. We went for a nice test drive and came back to make the deal.They gave me quite a handsome trade-in allowance on my 2013 XTS. And made the financing work to my advantage.Tim was very friendly and easy to deal with and 2 hours later I was driving home and my CT6. I was impressed with the service I received and would recommend Tim Bernard to anybody looking to buy a car.Thanks guys for putting me in this amazing machine

Contacted Napleton Lincoln for a 2020 MKZ they had for sale with low miles. Would highly recommend for a future purchase. Our salesman Matt Hasselquist was very professional and did not pressure us at all. This was the best car buying experience we had ever had. (12th Lincoln purchase). Had a wonderful experience working with Gerry and the whole team! Looking for a car is stressful, not to mention the millions of call and emails you receive from multiple people at the dealership. This experience was nothing like that. Gerry was very informative and did not make me feel smothered whatsoever. I would absolutely reccomend him if you are looking for a great salesman and person. I wasn t looking forward to purchasing a new car in this current market. I heard the low inventory and chip shortages were causing price increases and very long delays. There wasn t a lot of inventory available so I started reaching out to dealerships about ordering a vehicle and was surprised at the lack of customer service I was receiving. Times had really changed since my previous car purchase. No one wanted to talk with me, let alone negotiate on any vehicles. I found my way over to Napleton Lincoln in Glenview and was really impressed with the level of customer service I received as soon as I walked in the door. I worked with Gerry Zwolski and Ira Schreiber over the next week to place an order for the vehicle I wanted. I m extremely happy with the experience. They answered all my questions as production began and kept me informed of the process as it moved along. If you are looking for a vehicle, reach out, I don t think you will be disappointed.

What a wonderful and well-equipped team, especially Tim and Ira! They helped us purchase our vehicle with a trade-in. There were some accommodations needed and they were gracious enough to help. They didn't rush the process out of need to have the sale go through, but more so for us to be able to have the car same day, staying late and taking the time to answer all our questions.5/5 for quality service, professionalism, kindness and made our decision to go the dealership a great one. We had a terrible experience going to a dealer a few years ago and was weary of coming to one, but Tim and Ira (and the team!) made it an intimidation free experience. Thank you Tim and Ira!

Absolutely one of the worst service departments of the local dealerships. After bringing it in four times for HVAC problems with the air distribution and with a headrest that likes to rise by itself they still could not fix the headrest and they barely got the HVAC air distribution fixed and it had to be brought back three more times to another dealership but that's another review. You can definitely buy here but I would not service here especially if you've got a mechanic that can't even fix a headrest or needs two more mechanics and four tries to still not fix HVAC controls properly.

Great experience. I ve been using the same dealer for many years and this was my first experience shopping for a Lincoln. Matt and Brian made the process so easy. It was a very pleasant experience. I first went to just look at Lincoln s and wasn t sure I d be making a decision that day. There was never any pressure to move forward before I was ready. Matt was helpful in explaining the different features and packages. The dealer happened to have exactly what I wanted on the lot, I was having a good experience there, so I decided to make the purchase that same day. I would definitely shop at Napleton again.

Being from out-of-state, I inquired about a used vehicle through a salesperson, Tim. I explained to Tim that I would be flying to his dealership and driving 1,000 miles home and if the vehicle was worthy of the trip. Tim assured me that the vehicle would make the trip with no problems and that the vehicle came with a 90 day warranty. I also asked Tim to take pictures of any vehicle damage and send them to me. Tim took several pictures but neglected to send all damaged areas. We flew to Illinois to pick up the vehicle and found gouges in the rear bumper, scratches on the trunk, and paint on the passenger side of the vehicle. Tim did have the shop attempt to buff out the paint. Once we got to the finance deaprtment the total was a little more than the signed buyers agreement but we were able to negotiate back to the agreed amount. During my drive home a warning indicator of low voltage illuminated on the dash. I was able to make it home and had a service department determine I needed a new battery. I contacted Tim to see if the $188 battery was under warranty or if he would reimburse me for the battery, just crickets. The vehicle I purchased was $21,000 therefore the battery should have been replaced. It has been over a month since I purchased the vehicle and I have not received my registration documents with my temporary registration now expired.I would not reccomend this dealership.After this original post used manager, Mike Wilson, contacted me and is reimbursing me for the battery as well as sending another temporary registration. Mike was very professional and accommodating to my concerns. Mike asked that I contact him direct for any future needs.

I would be careful making purchases at Napleton dealership. Make sure you know what you are bargaining for. Check vehicle thoroughly.
