Probably the most in depth and hands on car buying experience I've ever had. From start to finish it took about a month to select the vehicle I wanted and get the deal done. Throughout that entire process my dealer, Herbie Gaines, was with me making sure I was happy. Even after taking the new 2024 Palisade Calligraphy home, he is still making sure I'm happy and good to go. I would recommend Napleton Hyundai to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Plus, the 100K warranty is a nice insurance policy.

My experience at Napleton Hyundai Glenview was really great. Buying a new car can be intimidating and sometimes overwhelming, but Marc and his team at Napleton Hyundai provided quality service worth noting. On my first visit (without an appointment) I was welcomed by Marc. He took time to talk to me about different options and we test drove a few cars. He was never pushy, and always helpful. I received a few follow up calls from the team at Napleton, and when I went in to purchase the car that experience was seamless. The Sales Manager (Dan) and their Finance Manager were really great to work with. I received a follow-up call from Marc the day after I purchased my car to ensure that everything was good. I recommend anyone looking for a new car to call Marc and visit Napleton Hyundai Glenview. Their level of customer service and quality care is superior to other dealerships I had visited during my search.

Parking is odd, offices are interesting. Service was good. A small bit of logic during a recent repair would have made things a bit smoother but they honored their quote and had it done in two days (was promised in one but we get things change after starting the repair with the car).

Great experience with buying my new 2024 Santa Fe. Will was my salesman and went above and beyond. I test drove another color at a different dealer and it was a very brief drive. Will routed me from the main road, to a curved road to the highway so I could see how it handles in these conditions and to point out the safety features utilized during these times.I never felt any pressure to purchase but with an amazing car and great salesman, it was a no brainer. After the purchase he went through all the features again in detail, setting up accounts and making sure no question was left unanswered.I did go home and have a question about financing so reached out and shortly after he called me after speaking with finance and the manger to answer my questions. I would highly recommend anyone considering a new car purchase going to see Will.

My experience was 5 star with this dealership. Very little back and forth, they understood what I was looking for and they were able to produce a car that fit my needs exactly. They were cordial and well. versed on the features of their cars. I would recommend checking them out for a new Hyundai.

I took the car to replace the break caliper under warranty because it was leaking, which they said they would. But then they said that they needed to replace break pads and rotor due to contamination by the leak. That is when things got interesting... said replacement would cost me close to $1,000. I refused since the contamination was caused by the faulty part to be replaced by warranty. They claimed a safety issue and that needed to be replaced but refused to cover it because it was a normal wear/tear part (??). At the end, they replaced the leaking caliper and "allowed me" to take the car without replacing and paying what they wanted me to pay... not much of a safety concern if they need to pay for it I guess.At the end, it is impossible to walk away with that feeling of the dealer being a con artist trying to get money by any means possible. I get no sense of trust in these people.

I purchased a new Tucson with Adam Malec. When I came to the dealership, I was not sure if I wanted to purchase a new car but wanted to see what I would be offered. I came as a walk in. Even with saying that I wasn t sure if I would be purchasing, Adam was patient and explained every step of the process. He was always straight forward and I never felt that he was trying to find ways to get me to pay more (like my previous dealership). He helped me order the Tucson that I wanted. He always checked and made sure I was satisfied before continuing. His customer service was great! Even a few weeks after purchasing my car, he took the time to order some weather techs for my car through the dealership. The dealership s finance guy, Jacey, was also amazing! He was quick and did not try to add on anything extra. Fastest I have ever been in a finance office. Overall, a wonderful experience & would recommend to others!

Service here is quick, clean, and honest. The employees, like most work places these days, look like they don't want to be at work, and still managed to make it feel as of they were happy to help me. Our salesman Radek was exceptional as is the whole staff here. Super friendly and knowledgeable of all the features and specs of the Ioniq line of electric cars. Smooth and easy process to buying my new Ioniq 5. Will buy from them again for my next car!

I had a great experience purchasing a new Tucson Hybrid at Napleton. I haven't bought a new car since cash for clunkers. Marc Gibrick took me for our initial test drive and did a great job showing me all the new features added to cars over the last 15 years. He answered all my questions and shared info about how the hybrid differed from the standard model. Unfortunately, he was gone for the day when I went to go purchase the car. Adam Malec worked with me to discuss the options for purchase and was an honest and fair negotiator. We came to an agreement quickly and easily and it did not take very long to get the paperwork complete and for them to get the car ready, particularly in the evening during the deep freeze we had. Adam also took the time to walk me through all the settings in the infotainment, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend the folks at Napleton, from the sales team to finance, it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. They have also been very good at following-up to make sure I'm happy with my purchase and everything is working perfectly.

Great service and the best price in town. Trust me I have checked them all out within 100 miles. Ask for Elizabeth, the best sales person I have met to date. She is very knowledgeable, attentive and does not talk down to you like some other sales people that think you should thank them for even speaking with you. We purchased a used truck from here and Yordan was such a pleasure to work with! Honestly, I couldn t compliment his service, knowledge and professionalism enough!The one issue we had during our process was Jimmie Page. While negotiating pricing, he was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He tried really hard to puff out his chest or something and said some nasty things just for someone else to come in and give us more of a discount than we d even discussed. His attitude was disgusting and we actually planned to walk until Yordan grabbed someone else who had more pull than Jimmie. Jimmie s tone, aggression, and weird showboating has no place in sales or customer service and is truly a stain on the Napleton brand.

Promised Feature That Never Existed**When I purchased the car, the sales representative assured me that it came equipped with a specific feature. However, upon closer inspection, I discovered that this feature was nowhere to be found. It was as if they had promised me a magical unicorn that simply didn't exist. The disappointment was palpable.### **2. Dents, Alignment Issues, and Tire Problems**To add insult to injury, the car I received had visible dents, alignment issues, and tire problems. It was far from the pristine condition I had expected when signing the paperwork. Clearly, the dealership had neglected proper quality control.### **3. The Elusive Feature Testing**When I confronted the dealership about the missing feature, they scrambled to save face. They ran the car through various tests, involving several individuals from their staff. After what felt like an eternity, they finally admitted that the promised feature was never part of the car. It was a classic case of smoke and mirrors.### **4. Delayed Explanation and Frustration**Throughout the whole process, I repeatedly asked the staff to demonstrate how the elusive feature worked. Apology Without Action**The representative apologized profusely, but apologies don't fix cars or make up for deceptive practices. Their actions spoke louder than words, and it was clear that profit took precedence over customer satisfaction. I felt trapped, cheated, and utterly disappointed.### **Conclusion**Napleton Hyundai of Glenview's unethical behavior tarnishes their reputation. As a consumer, I urge others to think twice before dealing with this dealership. Trust is hard to regain once broken, and Napleton Hyundai has lost mine indefinitely.

We purchased a car for my teen aged daughter on Saturday. 2 sales people told us the car had a 150 point inspection, and there was nothing wrong with the car. Specifically, they said the car was safe, looking my 16 year old in the eye while assuring her. Lies were told, either in the fact that there was no inspection, or that they sold us an unsafe car. Do not do business with Napleton. They are snakes who willingly put young drivers at risk to make a buck. Shady as they come. Avoid this dealership at all costs, they are unsavory, unethical and lose no sleep over endangering new drivers.

I have purchased several cars - the last four being a Hyundai. Had the best over experience of them all with Adam Malec at Napleton Hyundai in Glenview. Even after the sale, he took the time to go through many of the features of my new Santa Fe.

Was completely happy with my purchase from this napleton until Jerry from finance called me threatening me financially all over an email he couldn t find that I sent twice and ended up being in a different folder

Poor communication and many calls and follow ups promised but did not happen. I'll try a different Hyundai service center.They charged me for a 12v battery that turned out to be under warranty. Hyundai USA reimbursed for that. Incorrectly diagnosed a heater issue even when I handed them the service bulletin. Waited for a part for a month that didn't fix the problem so it was Napleton and Hyundai parts shipping for the issue.I'm ready to try a different dealer.

I purchased a 2018 Kia Sportage at Napletons Hyundai Glenview. It had 106K miles, but I was shown a report showing all of the items that were inspected on the car. It was 2 pages with a cover page I was asked to sign. I was told this report would be included in my sales paperwork (it was not). There were 3 categories on that checklist report. 1 was in working order -no maintenance needed. 2 working but has issues and needs maintenance/repair, or 3 not working. Every category number 1 was checked. The report showed everything was in complete working order.My son followed me home from the dealership. I watched him in the rear view the entire way home. The next time he went to start it, it was dead in the garage. I spent 2 days trying to contact anyone at Napleton's. I texted, called, left voicemails, and emails to the sales person, the store manager, the online sales coordinator. No one returned any of these. I created an inquiry on a different car through the website and was called back within the hour. I explained to her that I was not looking for a car, but help with the dead car in my garage they sold me on Saturday night 11/11/23. She immediately transferred me to Dan Meegan the manager. Yet his phone does not accept voicemails and he once again did not answer.Called a tow company and had the car towed (on a flatbed) to the mechanic I have used over 15 years for various cars. The starter died. There are no signs of this so I don t fault Napleton's there. My issue is the radiator! And antifreeze! The car had maybe a gallon of antifreeze due to the radiator. There was no antifreeze on my garage floor. The radiator was bent FORWARD not backward if one hit something.I d heavily caution everyone from buying at that dealership. They put my child at risk. Without antifreeze the engine could have had serious issues. This all occurred 3 days after driving off the lot.Also, they handed me the auto check report that showed no accidents. I have since pulled the carfax. The car was in an accident on 8/28/23 and serviced on 9/29/23 at this dealership. It was offered for sale at this dealership on 10/23/23.

Overall terrible experience. Went here to purchase my first vehicle and I have ended up with a car who s mirror actuator failed within days and a passenger side fender flapping in the wind. Went in for an online price where all we needed to do was come in and sign, called to confirm the price per month and arrived to have that price hiked up over $30/month for the extended warranty. Did not care at all that I am a college student on a budget and quite literally tried to squeeze every last penny out of me. Four hours later, I leave with a car that would cause me problems for the next month. First the actuator in the mirror failing, thankfully covered by warranty. Prior to leaving the dealership, myself and my parents noticed a dent under the passenger door. Thinking it s just fine, since it s supposed to be CPO d, we drive off which was clearly a huge mistake since these guys are failing to take responsibility. After leaving my home four times in the two weeks I had the car prior to moving, we set off for a 4 hr car ride where, half way in, my cars fender is waving at me. We stop and notice the fender has become unattached from the car and purchase duct tape to reduce further damage. Note that I was never in an accident in the 2 weeks I had this car and it left my home 4 times: grocery store, doctors appointment, gas, Dunkin Donuts. We contact the dealer who are of no help and have taken their sweet time in responding. I go to the Hyundai where I am now located and they cannot do anything about the fender. Finally, I take the car to an auto body shop where the technician pieces together the accident that caused the wheel to be severely scraped which leads to the dent under the passenger door with yellow paint to the fender which also has yellow paint under it. Napleton Hyundai of Glenview claim the service record shows no notes of the yellow paint and that the car was in excellent condition and left here intact . While the vehicle did leave here with the fender seemingly attached, there is evidence that the fender becoming unattached was due to this vehicle hitting a yellow painted curb prior to me purchasing it. This may have simply been overlooked by the service member who performed the inspection but all we asked is for Napleton Hyundai of Glenview to realize this oversight and right a wrong and they are refusing to acknowledge this issue. At this point we have given them ample opportunities to right this wrong given that this car was purchased in the beginning of June. Have not heard anything from them regarding this issue since July. I don t ever give or write terrible reviews but here I am. Will never purchase a vehicle from anywhere near here. This entire experience has lead me to vow to write a check for the next vehicle I purchase, walk in, and walk right back out in the shortest time span possible. Horrible doesn t begin to describe this experience.

Absolutely the worst service in the state of Illinois. Other Hyundai dealerships have literally told me NOT to get service here. Should have listened. They do not know what they are doing both times they inspected the car only for me to discover major issues before taking it off the lot. Go anywhere except to these incompetent people

Love the whole team here. They take care of me every time I visit. Director Jimmie Page is the man btw. He'll go above and beyond to get you whatever you need. Go see him if you need anything at all. I've been eying those new electric vehicles from Hyundai and I'm only shopping with Napleton in Glenview once it's time!

I had an excellent experience with Napleton and specifically with Sean O'Keefe. I walked in with a long list of questions and he answered all of them in great detail and with much patience. I wasn't expecting to buy a new car, but that's what I did. My 2024 Tucson is beautiful and has everything I wanted & much more. Thank you, Sean.

They know they have the best vehicles around and they don't need to hard sell.Well organized, professional showroom which is beautiful. The customer service and professionalism is top tier. 5 stars.

If I had 0 starts. I would give this dealership with no question. I have cancelled my Gap insurance for over 3 months and lately I kept calling almost everyday to follow on the status JC from finance so so unprofessional with the way he talks and keeps promising me he will send me the info for the last 2 weeks. I call him and kept reminding him still nothing. I contacted WILL from finance manager and he was supposed to call me back and nothing happened. I will never going to buy anything from this place or recommend it. I will not stop until I reach the GM of this place or the corporate to solve my issue.
