I go to displace it least once in a 2 weeks. And the experience was always fairly good. But today i was there twice and I met with us, Sam. He is the very knowable, kind and extremely helpful. I wish I have him working for me. The owner of this place shoulde proud to have such a exceptionally great worker

I think this review is for a corporation rather than a store. I took used oils for recycling, but the workers rejected my request. Before I stopped in, I researched the internet, and the Napa store will recycle used oils.I

I have been coming to this location for a long time and have never been disappointed. The staff for the most part has been there for a long time and they are knowledgeable and have no problem helping you find what your looking for. That is the problem with most other Auto Parts stores as there young kids and it's just a job for them with limited knowledge of cars, etc and so they can't really help you except looking it up on a computer. Hynes Auto Service is on back side of building, but I don't have any personal experience with them.

This Store on Waukegan road does a great job. Been there many times over the years and the staff has always been very helpful. I recently bought wiper blades and they offered to put them on my car for me! Service like the good old days!

This is one of the best NAPA around. The guys behind the counters are always helpful and knowledgeable. And they always seems to have the parts in stock too. Haven't disappoint me yet. This is definitely the place to go to for parts. Oh, and the prices are also very reasonable!!! Thanks, keep up the good work.

I went to the Napa Auto Parts in Glenview, IL on July 3. Kevin helped me. He was EXTREMELY helpful and basically saved the day. If I could give Kevin 5 stars I would!

manager and female employee look and act like meth heads. very disrespectful. attitude as soon as i walked in. couldn't get what I needed bc they do not care for their customers. never coming back

Went in here looking for a lug wrench for my 2013 Nissan Sentra but to no avail very difficult to find but the cats working here we're super informed and pointed me in the right direction. We decided it's now time to go to a junkyard and fish through the trunk space of old Nissan sentras that have passed away unfortunately....

I went into Glenview IL location this morning and experience was not pleasant at all. Lady employee at register was talking with another customer about me look at this guy, with no mask , then she looks at me and asks me to put a mask, I am vaccinated, I have my card with me at all times. I been going into other stores with no problem since the CDC and state of IL lifted the restrictions. It made me feel very uncomfortable so I left the store without purchase. Sad to see a Napa parts employee talk about customers behind their back.

I needed to replace a dead car battery and this store was less expenaexp than others nearby. Great customer service both on the phone and in person! They even checked the newly installed battery for me to ensure that I didn't have any outlying issues.

Been shopping this store for a long time, and they never disappoint me. They have what I need and the staff are very knowledgeable. Comparing it to other napa stores AL the General manager is the smartest guy I ever met. He knows a lot. Thank you guys! Keep the good work.

Manager was extraordinary rude to me for absolutely no reason. I asked him to Simply come out and check my dipstick to see if I was leaking oil and he proceeded to tell me that we don't do mechanical work here in a very snobby tone. If you know anything about cars you know that that is not a mechanical procedure it's a simple check-up and it takes all of 30 seconds. I will never go back to that place

The absolute best parts store with the most knowledgeable people in town! When I had an emergency, they went above and beyond to help my situation by going across town to another NAPA store to pick it up for me! What a great group of guys! Huge difference in quality in parts and service versus the competition!

Take care of your own vehicles? This is your must-use one-stop shop for parts, cleaning & tune-up supplies and expert free advice. Very competitive pricing ... Huge selection. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I work nearby, and have emailed them a few times before going in to ensure they had what I needed. They did each time, and, more importantly, they responded very promptly to my email's I submitted through their website. Always concise and friendly. Great service here.

First visit to this shop, although I've been in the neighborhood for years.Greeted by the Customer Service fellow, who had exactly the two unusual items I needed.Wonderful service and pleased by inventory and prices.Highly recommend this Napa Auto Parts shop.

Horrible customer service. I waited 10 minutes and three people saw me and no one said a thing. Not "can we help you?", "just a minute and we will be right with you". I'll never go back teher again there are too many competitors.

ordered a specific part via phone and was told it would be in the next day. The next morning I pop in and stated I ordered a part via phone and was here to pick it up. The rep who has no business working customer service asked if I had paid for it via credit card. I stated no. After about a 1 mintue silence he asked what I wanted then if I hadnt paid for it. I said never mind if you cant grasp the simplest of voice commands because I cant make this much simpler. I ordered a part that was to be here today and was here to pick it up, where is the confusion. Will never go back to this store again.

I've been a Glenbrook Auto Parts customer since 1963 when I worked at Rogers Shell, in Wilmette, and John O'leary was our salesman (R.i.p.). (Ray, you were barely born in 1963!)When I founded CARS of America in 1972, it was a logical transition because of the 9 years of great service I had received. Ray is doing a great job, in a tough business; as tough as Independent Auto Repair.Here's to another 54 years, Ray!

Would get five stars, because the people are knowledgeable and always have what I need, but the hours are really restrictive. I can never get there after work on a weekday ever.
