Very quick, efficient, and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and gave good recommendations. Only con is there is a small waiting room. Other than that it was a great experience for an oil change.

From when I called to ask a question until we pulled out of the station - everyone was nice, respectful, and efficient! As a women, it can be frustrating with typically male auto employees who treat women differently then men - but I spoke with 3 different male employees who all treated me respectfully. They performed the job quickly and made me feel comfortable to be there. Additionally, the pricing was fair and even beat out a couple other spots that I contacted. I will definitely go back to THIS Jiffy Lube in the future.

Best jiffy lube location I ve been to. Every time I come here they treat me so well. Honest, caring and so kind. Can t express how much I like this location. Thank you Marcus and Derrick for always taking such great care of my car!

I was there today to get an oil change. They also found my driver's side headlight was burned out, which was news to me. They also found my Bluetooth earbuds while vacuuming under the passenger seat. I'd been looking for those for months. All done with a smile. All three guys who worked on my car seemed to be motivated to do the best possible job. And they did.

I wish I could give more stars for the service we got today. Hal and Derek were so nice, so entertaining, were extremely helpful and did their jobs with a smile on their face. If I could, 10 STARS ALL ROUND!!!

I needed to have a couple of headlight bulbs changed (tried on my own but they were very hard to reach) and the employees were very courteous and took the time to do the job properly.

Entire staff was warm welcoming and fun. They serviced me 20 minutes before they closed. Thank you so much I hate being the late last person but I had a family emergency. $110 for an oil change???? (plus tax). Wow! Jiffy Lube is more expensive than dealership service departments!!I sent my teenage son to Jiffy Lube in Glenview to get his first lesson in getting an oil change for my SUBARU and damn! I got the lesson!!I normally take my car (Subaru & Honda) to a local mechanic who I believe has slightly overpriced pricing but is very reliable. Jiffy Lube has been around forever so I just figured they'd be fair and a great value.I called my sometimes overpriced mechanic and compared pricing and was told they'd charge $61 complete and include a free car wash at the local full-service car wash. A local SUBARU dealership quoted me $79.95. A local HONDA dealership quoted $63.I thought maybe there was an error so I called the Jiffy shop and asked the person who answered the call (Shane) for a quote, he quoted $110 plus tax but I could probably find a $15 coupon on the website. (There is a $10 coupon.) I cannot recall being so blatantly ripped off.UPDATE:I've had a couple very productive conversations with the store manager at Jiffy Lube, Trevor. He has been very professional in our discussions and even extended a partial credit because they did not meet my expectations. He explained how they value feedback, want to always do better. Also said that Jiffy Lube promotes their quality and speed of service. Rather than wait 1-4 hours for an oil change, Jiffy Lube will have you out in 30 minutes or less. I understand his point but don't agree that they should be charging $30-$50 more than the dealership for the same oil. That is just my opinion. Others may see value in spending this much more and it should be noted that not all independent shops and dealerships take 1-4 hours. It depends on how many people are waiting ahead of you. If none, then your wait is 30 minutes or less. I want to point out that Trevor's customer service handling of this situation was exceptional so I up'd the stars. I still think the $110 is way over priced considering the dealership is $79.95 and the independent shop was $61 and includes a high end car wash voucher. For me topping off fluids and getting in/out in under 30 minutes is not worth an extra $50.P.S. In comparing all service shop pricing, all use 100% synthetic oil.Service: Oil change

I just went to the Glenview Jiffy Lube for my 3rd oil change and I will continue to give them my service. Trevor always has the most amazing customer service and is beyond informative about my vehicles needs. I wish I had written the names of the guys that took care of me. It was 2/1/22 at around 4-5pm and there were three guys there that helped with getting my oil changed. I ve got to say it was the best customer service! They seem to take great pride in their work and know how to take good care of customers. Wish everyone was like them. Sorry if I forgot their names but please give them a good review. All of them especially the guy that was stationed on the furthest left lane were superb. I know it was just an oil change but when you have a great customer experience Jiffy Lube should be very proud of them!!! Thank you!Service: Oil change

These guys are great. Solved an issue I was having with my car that the dealership wanted to charge me 3x the price for. I don t know cars well and could have been taken advantage of, but that was not the case. This team took the time to explain everything to me before making any decisions and made it clear the options I had. It s my second time here and I won t be going anywhere else.Service: Oil change

Friendly service, knowledgeable team and quick turn around for an oil change, cabin filter and tire service. Would've given 5 stars but the hydraulic lift wasn't working so they couldn't perform the tire rotation.

The gentlemen who performed the service were efficient and knowledgeable. My advice to customers is to call a day ahead to make sure the opening time on the Jiffy Lube website is accurate; at the location I visited the website said the location opened at 7:AM and it actually did not open until 8 AM. Otherwise, I always know I'll get excellent service at Jiffy Lube.Service: Oil change
