Heed the warnings of others and do not service you car at Jennings. In fact don't buy your car from Jennings. They will do anything to charge you out of pocket costs when your extended warranty should be coving it. Mark Rolla the director refused to fix my starter and transmission claiming until I replaced a battery (out of pocket cost) he would do nothing to fix my car that died in the middle of the road endangering peoples lives. Under his pressure I replaced the battery. They never even looked further at my car as promised after that. I had the car back for a day when the car died in the middle of the road again the exact same way. Again endangering the lives of so many. This time he replaced my starter. Mark still refuses to give me his superiors information and now I'm still having transmission problems.

Made an appointment for routine service. Dropped my car off at 9:15 on the appointed day. By 3, they still HADN'T EVEN LOOKED AT IT! Ridiculous. They did pay for a rental, but thats literally the least they could do. And I still had the aggravation and time of picking that up and dealing with it. Took them almost 48 hours for something simple because they're backed up. Then why make appointments? Clown show.

I had a recall on my Chevy Suburban for 5 years. I had always called to see when I could make an appointment but they always said that they didn't have the parts. For five whole years. Finally my airbag light came on so I made an appointment so they could see what was wrong. They wanted to charge me $130 just to check what the problem was. They ended up replacing an airbag. But my light did not turn off. So I searched up what to do and all I had to do was switch a fuse. It took me ten minutes in all. That's all they needed to do. How do they want to charge $130 for 10 minutes?

Lindsey is AMAZING! My vehicle was towed to the shop after a bad accident. Lindsey communicated with me throughout the insurance process. She was very helpful, friendly and professional. My car ended up a "total". Lindsey was in contact with the insurance company from the start and helped get the matter expedited. Thank you Lindsey!

Always hesitant going into any Chevrolet Service Centers as there always seems to be something - whether an additional add-on or an over-the-top service charge. This time around, the Service Advisor who took care of me (Dorsey) was very helpful and accommodated my service requests with no add-ons or questions regarding the Chevrolet-issued voucher. I wish each visit to any Chevrolet Service Center would be this painless!

I took my father he to get a new key cut for his car. He paid nearly $60 for a key that didnt work....His car only has 16k miles on it, and is all factory original. The dealership refused to admit they could have made a mistake, and wouldn't do anything else to help him.I would recommend bringing your business some where else.

It's not a secret that my relationship with the Jennings service department hasn't always been a smooth one. They do make it right, though it can be a pain to have to re-hash problems that should have been fixed or handled the first time when they do come up and I would say a bit more than average- but most of it has been nickel and dime, nothing really major. I decided to test the waters and take my car to another Chevy dealer for service, and all I can say is the difference between Jennings' service dept and the other GM dealer's service dept is night and day. Yes, I've had to call Jennings out on price a few times for non-warranty work and they worked with me, but after the exp with this other dealer's service department in Wheeling, I can tell you that a bad day at Jennings beats a great day at that other dealer. Jennings not only fixed the issues the other Chevy dealer said were non-issues, but also fixed a small issue the "other dealer" broke and Jennings gave me a rental car (I bought my car from them). Jennings via Dave my service advisor kept me updated throughout the entire process. I could not have asked for better communication which kept my expectations in line with reality. I went over the car head to toe after I got it back and I have to say, they did a outstanding job. The work wasn't easy, which is prob why the other dealer didn't want to deal with it. One of the issues required removing both defective side mirrors and replacing them.....plus they had to be painted as the new parts don't come pre-painted.Overall lesson learned. You might (and I stress the might) be able to find better dealer service--MAYBE, but you can very easily do catastrophically worse as I found out the hard way. Needless to say, I'll be returning to the Jennings service dept again for future needs with my Chevy.

I had the BEST experience purchasing my vehicle today. Adel was very knowledgeable & funny. We talked over the phone first & everything was a breeze afterwards. If you re looking for a dependable car make sure you see Adel. He s truly AWESOME!

Quite Dissatisfied. Told them all my problems with my 2016 Suburban they did not look over any of them other than oil. Sad to see a customer pay over $70k for a car and get treated like i just bought a Honda. . There sales staff are very helpful but i will be looking for a new service center. Sad

I took my car in on November 14th for an alternator replacement and it is yet to be completed!Today is November 26th!So far 12 days in the shop and counting!Unacceptable!
