I usually don't write reviews but Dan, Bill, & the rest of the team were absolutely AMAZING! The best customer service I've seen in a long time! Bill went above and beyond to make sure that my brake pads and rotors were good to go! I was nervous being a first-time used car buyer but Dan & his team put me at ease. They did a thorough inspection and guided me on all the necessary steps, worked with my policy on some replacements. I know I can always count on them to do an honest inspection. I'll be back for regular maintenance & have already recommended them to my coworkers!

They got my car in on short notice after damage to a tire. Staff were very pleasant and took the time to explain options and costs. Work was done timely as discussed and charges in alignment with the quote. Highly recommend and will be using them again as needed

I started using Hillerichs/greatwater to service my car in 2012 because they had a great reputation and I have never been disappointed. My car is 13 years old with less than 50,000 miles on it and they keep it running well and reliable. Have no plans for a new one and appreciate feeling secure going wherever I need to go in this one even if it is not far. I appreciate their honesty.

GreatWater 360 Auto Care is absolutely fantastic! I stopped in because I had one low tire and thought it may have been a nail. They adjusted all of my tires and sent me on my way. I was to watch my tire pressure and let them know if I still had a problem. They are super caring and treated me so nice. True professionals at what they do and customer service is top notch!!!

I actually had two issues with screws in tires on separate cars. Each time I called GreatWater I was greeted in a positive upbeat manner. I explained my situation and on each incident was able to bring my car in the same day. One tire they were able to repair. The second time I wasn't so lucky. Dan the manager gave me options as to what I could do but seeing that the screw was so close to the edge of the tire (not in the sidewall which is an automatic replacement) I chose to replace the tire. They had the tires the same day which surprised me as they are more of a performance tire and not easy to get. I have delt with this company for many years and they have always come through for me. They run a professional, fair, honest business and are pleasure to do business with.

The team at GreatWater is very knowledgeable and friendly.Gil and Dan were able to get my truck in for service on a very busy day so that I could take a long road trip safely. Thank you for accommodating me and taking care of my truck so quickly.

I highly recommend Great Water Auto for all your auto repair needs. Dan, Frank, and the entire team of employees are exceptional! Every time I had a problem with my car, they were there for me. They always gave be the best prices, quality care, and a loaner if I needed one. I truly appreciate how professional and caring your whole team is. I would never go anywhere else to get my car fixed. I m thankful for the good people and quality care they give to all their customers.

I recently purchased my leased auto. Before this and for the past 20+ years my vehicles were always under factory warranty. Living in Glenview and now needing a trustworthy, reliable service company I reached out to GreatWater. I initially brought my auto in because I was told by the dealer that I needed rear brakes. GreatWater inspected my breaks and told me that I didn t need brakes now and probably had 6 more months of break life. This I really appreciated. Since basic service on my fuel lines was required, I had them do this service.I will be using GreatWater from this point on for my auto service needs.

Bill and Dan are excellent. They arranged service for me on short notice, did a complete check of all systems in addition to that, with recommendations. My care was ready at the appointed hour. I recommend GreatWater highly.

Frank and the team are professionals. They are trustworthy and offer great advice. I am a person who values regular maintenance because I don t buy new cars every few years so I value honesty. They offer that and don t push for anything extra. I will keep coming back and would suggest to give this Company a chance

I had my spring maintenance on my Kia Soul : synthetic oil change, battery charge, cabin filter changed and the brakes were checked. Everything went fine and was in and out quickly. Greatwater does fine work and I highly recommend them.

Very good, fast service. Service advisor Gil Evaro call me with the quote before repair, he drove me home, and to pick up the car at the service. Overall I am very satisfied customer, Thank you very much.

I brought my truck in recently because of a sound it was making. The advisor test drove it & wasn't sure what it was. He said they could go ahead & lift it to make a diagnosis. I left my truck there for 1 1/2 days. No one kept in touch with me. I had to keep calling just to be told that they were busy & hadn't looked at it yet. If they were so busy, why did they even take my truck? To get the $85.38? To top it off, when they finally called me, they told me it would be over 1,300 to fix the immediate problem(s). I picked up my truck, listened to the advisor complain how he was supposed to already be gone for the day, paid the diagnostic fee & brought it to another mechanic to find out that none of those things were even wrong with my truck. Did they even check it? Or were they just trying to make a quick buck off what they must have assumed was a dumb girl? I brought my car there because they have been in business for many years, but never again! Very disappointed. I even sent feedback via email and never received a response.

Dan and the team are very customer focused and I would highly recommend this service center. They quickly got me in to fix a tire that had a nail in it. They completed the repair within an hour and washed my car afterwards. Thank you!

I recently visited GreatWater 360 Auto Care for an oil change for my older car and had a positive experience. The staff was polite and provided top-notch service. They conducted extra maintenance checks and gave me a detailed report of what needed attention. I appreciated that they didn't try to pressure me into getting additional services since my car is not my primary vehicle. Their recommendations were helpful, and I was satisfied with their service.

I love everything about one-stop car shop Great Water. They re my Glenview neighborhood go-to for both repairs and basic oil changes. My favorite part? I can walk home after dropping off the car, they get it done fast, and I walk back for pickup, all within 6 hours. The pricing and communication are great too. Very lucky to have GW so close by. Great staff!

Been here twice in a week due to both my front and back right tires being flat/needing patching. I live about 2 minutes away, and they had someone come out to my car, fill it with air, brought it to their shop, repaired it, AND brought it back to my house. They fixed my tire up today in a timely manner. Incredible service, highly recommend if you need anything done!

So this is almost embarrassing. I had a rattle in my car that I could not figure out so called Dan and he assured me it was OK to bring it in to see if they could find it. They found a couple of potential things and we addressed them and car is back to "normal". These are my go to guys!
